Helped out with an event here. If anyone planning, Ive included some pictures of the inside of the hall. We used to have many events here in the past but have cut down mainly because the management decided to put security cameras inside the hall and bathroom hallway. Plan accordingly if this is of concern to your privacy or your religious views. There are also no window coverings so you may need to get curtains/bed sheets/table covers to cover the windows. Here are the windows/doors in the hall: (4x) 72x69 large windows, (2x) 70x84 main doors, (4x) 64x36 small windows, 80x30 bathroom hallway side door. They have a large ground behind the hall which should be partly converted to a parking lot but for now, you and your guests are limited to street parking only. Just dont park in the fire lane, in front of someones mailbox or driveway or youll get a ticket!

Excellent location in and around club house for relaxation of an evening ; or celebrations .The well maintained lawn and childrens play area is quite refreshing. The walkway around is even , and good for walking . Quite energy imbibing a place for a large number of residents of this community ...The Hamlet.....by itself is one of the posh residential community..Kudos and compliments to MI Homes , Pulte and Toll brothers for the development of this area.

The Hamlet Clubhouse is very accommodating and offers a great space for summer get togethers. The hardwood floors are always clean and the outside area is large and pretty. The parking is a little unclear.

Not the largest community hall, however, it is pretty nice. Clean hardwood floors and a small updated kitchen. A lot more room outside, great for summer get-togethers. I believe you need to live in this subdivision to rent it out.

To all whoevers concerned,It is very nice place to meet and walk. Also theres volleyball coat where manny boys, girls and manny other are playing. Older people and women are walking and passing time
