Comment: Ratchet apartments with Ratchet tenants for luxury apartment prices. Rent a house for the love of God2 cars towed and 2 cars broken into in less than 10 months. Wouldnt recommend ANYONE live here!

Comment: We’ve been living here for 3 years now and we love the area coz it’s close the school. Anyway, My car got towed the other day due to parking in guest parking and unfortunately when we came home theirs no available parking at that time that’s why we end up parking at the guest parking. I wasn’t aware that if you’re a residents here you’re not allowed to park at guest parking. I would’ve think only certain time like for instance from 8 am to 10 pm guest parking will be for guest and after 10 pm residents can park there. As I’ve mentioned earlier there’s no available parking at the time we arrive and when I called the RT towing company he said he towed it at 12:30 am and theirs available 5 I believe he said parking space and so what we have to go out and keep checking if theirs available space. The RT towing company is not really far but man they charged me $416. I mean, as i residents here at Harlow we don’t have privilege to park in guest parking and we got ripped by this towing thing. It’s sad coz I thought we will be protected and safe when we lived here but instead we experienced this. I mean if this is the policy then I seen a lot of car parking in guest parking and they don’t get tow. I don’t know it’s pretty upsetting and disappointed about this. The RT towing personnel that I talked too is very rude.Anyway, just a heads up don’t park in guest parking if you’re a residents or you have a permit to park.

Comment: Im tired of seeing big cockroaches in my home. Its a big inconvenience because then they send pest control into your home and you gotta move everything out! Dont move here. They charge too much and you cant even use the amenities, theyre shut down when the office is closed. Its only for show, we cant use it because were all at work during the day. Weekend its full of kids. Kids run around the apartments too, unsupervised. Front gate is always broke, we dont get remotes for the gate.

Comment: Horrible inconsiderate neigbors and play music as loud as they want and don’t care about neighbors the whole place is trash people smoke weed on site also not worth the amount of rent you pay hereAlso those pictures are definitely not what it looks like here

Comment: Save yourself the headache don’t rent here.. In the past year these apartments have turned upside down.. our car has been hit 3 times wheels stolen twice.. no security ever, adults and kids wondering around all hours leaving a mess being loud, smoking weed even though it’s a “no smoking” property… we don’t feel safe going outside, we had to call police multiple times ppl fighting outside there’s always squad cars here.. to the “owner” who replied iv called the office multiple times they do not care !

Comment: My experiences with The Harlow have always been excellent. Elizabeth the manager, and Jeannette the assistant manager have always provided excellent customer service, and whenever there has been a need, they have always seen to it that it was addressed A.S.A.P.! Today, Friday, June 18th, 2021, I called the office and advised Jeannette that there was a wasp nest forming on our patio, and that tomorrow we are having a family cookout, and it would make BBQing somewhat difficult for my son in law. Within about an hour to an hour and a half, the maintenance personnel, Rob and Cory, were at my door to address the need. And they did an outstanding job as usual. No more wasp, and now our family can enjoy the day tomorrow without dodging stinging wasps. They even took my trash out for me too. And no, I didnt ask them too, they just offered. In addition to being professionals at what they do, Rob and Cory are both friendly, and never make you feel like their job is a chore. They make you feel like they are happy to be of service. The entire staff at The Harlow, from the management to the maintenance personnel are great! My family and I enjoy living here.

Comment: My unit is near the office, and I absolutely love how respectful and responsive all the staff is. Elizabeth and Jeanette always have time for a quick question and are very knowledgeable. Bob and Cory are the”bomb”, always prompt, courteous and respectful, if and when I need their assistance. I enjoy living here, and am not planning to move anytime soon.

Comment: The maintenance staff are wonderful. They respond quickly to any maintenance issue and are very professional. Cory went out of his way to help me with a very large package that I was unable to carry on my own. He provided a dolly for me and helped me load it into my car. I am forever grateful.

Comment: I would like to thank rob cory for excellent work installing a new water heater. We were having issues with our water heater were it would turn on and off. We reported it to rob cory and he was on it. He got a new unit in 1 day and the next day after that he came took the old unit out and installed the new unit. Thank you so much, I’m glad I won’t need to take cold showers. Awesome maintenance team Harlow

They are very efficient and get the job done. Im so happy to call this place my home. To have a wonderful team to deal with. They all go above and beyond to make sure we all are happy here. Comment: I work with Harlow Apartments and Rob specifically. Rob is so knowledgeable about maintenance repair and problem solving, I am beyond impressed with his skills. He also has a great attitude and is wonderful to work with. I think this would be a great place to live (amazing pool!) and they would alway be on top of resolving any reasonable issues or problems if there every was one.

Maintenance staff are amazing and always come quickly when a problem arises! Also the apartments are nice and clean compared to any others that Ive lived at previously! Hands down 5 Stars!

Comment: I been living here since July of 2019. I have no complaints with the apartment itself the newly remodeled apartments are gorgeous and the older ones are very nice as well. I personally have had no problem communicating any concern to the maintenance gentleman’s or office ladies. The only complaint I have that can’t really be fixed is the noise of the cars it does kind of suck but I am facing a busy street. Overall, some reviews I noticed are talking about noisy people but I cannot relate. Although, I can share that when first moving in a neighbor did tell me that this is the quieter side of the apartments. Now that I have been here for a couple months I think it’s only because the other side on the left of the office has a lot of children and big families but I think it’s because the larger apartments are on that side. Just don’t quote me on that.

Comment: Living here has been a nightmare. Weve never been able to enjoy and have a peace in our apartment. The neighbors are horrible, making noise constantly all night and day, screaming, banging on walls, loud music.... We have asked the management to step in multiple times, called security and corporate. Unfortunately, they were not able to help.The lease clearly states that no noise should transfer into the next apartment and any nuisance should be reported to the management and they should take care of it!

Comment: I give summertime apartments a one star rating because, the management in charge of the application process was terrible. They said confidently that I would be able to move in according to my income and paystubs...the only problem was a couple minor errors on the application due to the complexity of the online applications format which was hard to understand. However, the manager contacted me in regards to the inconsistency but, I explained what shouldve been put and she said that shed fix it. Then the day of moving in, she called me again saying the corporate office declined my application due to the errors of the application which I was told that it would be fixed which she didnt and claimed that she couldnt make any changes to the application... therefore, I was lied to and got screwed over and wasted my time.

Comment: They just want your moneyDont move here.They dont give you what you pay for. They charged for light cleaning when we spent 4+ hours cleaning it ourselves. So, I dont know what the hell they cleaned..When we got the apartment at first, there was a ton of holes in the walls. There was mismatched paint. There were chips. Their workers showed up late, and stayed later than they were supposed to and left holes in the wall. The maintenance said theyd fix leak in the bath tub. They didnt and it left water damage. The ceiling was dirty when we moved in. There are always loud cars driving through at 1am.The staff is rude. During one of our walk throughs, one of the women literally pushed me out of the way because she saw a lizard.And they wanted us to pay more rent if we renewed our lease.. We were already paying more than what its worth. Dont waste your time or money here.

Comment: Love my apartment, its so cozy and comfortable. I like the two ton colors and the floors. My granddaughter loves the pool in the summer. And the new owners are awesome theyre making so many updates. The only thing is the rent is Sky high and my lease will be up soon and Im afraid my rent is going up! 🤔😭

We put our holding deposit down for an apartment, but when we get there to pay and get the keys on move in day were told that they gave the apartment to someone else and that our paperwork was lost! Completely unacceptable! On top of that they offer us a SMALLER apartment as compensation. SERIOUSLY!?
