I go to Home Depot at least once a week. This is a great story because it never seems to busy and the staff is friendly andVery helpful. Their garden section always has a great selection. Everywhere else in the store also seems to always be in stock. Their staff is also very knowledgeable about tools, plants, paint and everything else they have in their store.
Being a busy person with no time to waste, I love how Knowledgeable every staff member is. No matter who I asked not only did they help me, but they took me exactly to the product I was looking for. The customer service here is impeccable. Whomever the GM is of this store be proud of your staff from lawn in and garden to your painting department to your customer service,lumber, flooring, and check out. You have a very special gourmet working here and everytime I come (very often) everyone is friendly. Thanks for everything you guys do Especially during these trying times with Covid
Very rude workers my mom and I were there last night this heavy set man thst works there ran over before I was even done scanning everything in my cart , checking my screen to make sure I scanned everything, when we were leaving I asked him if he wanted to check my bill again he said no and thank you for not stealing! Very rudely at that! This home depot is terrible for service, and now the staff is rude! Stealing? I never got a chance to scan everything before I was accused! Never going to this home depot again always a unpleasant experience!
Home Depot is the worst! Ordered a washer and dryer, tracked it, got the text and email saying it was on the truck for delivery the next day, which is was scheduled for, but I NEVER received a call for the delivery window. I called their support and was told the items were in stock, no kidding they are on the truck for delivery, and was told I would be notified when they would be delivered. You call the appliance number and you can not talk to a person, just a computer that says you will be notified and then it hangs up on you. After SEVERAL HOURS of intentionally calling the wrong department, I was finally transferred to a person in the appliance department, just to hear the same thing. I waited for my reschedule, thinking it would be just one day later since it was all ready on the truck for delivery; I couldnt have been more wrong, it was set for TWO WEEKS AFTER THE ORIGINAL SCHEDULED DELIVERY DATE. I had all ready waited over two weeks and I was not going to wait another two, so I went online to cancel my order since it was well over 72 hours before the scheduled delivery date, but to no surprise, the system would not let me cancel the order. I again spent several hours trying to get through to a real person and ended up having to use the chat option, they definitely do not want to talk to you. I cancelled my order and the rep in the chat said I would receive an email of the cancellation shortly and I would be refunded within three to five days. Its been over a week, still not email and still no refund, so once again I spent an extensive amount of time on the phone trying to get a real person and had to play the transfer game, again. The rep Ashley was as clueless as could be, so I asked for a supervisor and was transferred to Marlin B. Marlin is completely incompetent and could only repeat what I was told in the chat, I would receive my refund in three to five days. I explained that the order shows that the cancellation was successful in my online account and that I had waited for over week, but I still hadnt received my refund or the email, but incompetent Marlin just kept saying that I would be refunded in three to five days. I asked for his boss and he said there wasnt anyone above him; Marlin B. is in the Resolution Department, but he cant resolve anything. Avoid Home Depot, they are the worst!
Thought they would have a larger selection of dryer vent parts. Couldnt get length we needed.Back to home depot for sump pump. Found it in app. Love that they list exactly what aisle and bin number Id find it in. No walking up and down every plumbing aisle to find it.
John is really great over in pro sales. But why is he the only employee in staff?! I’m picking up one sheet of subfloor, and have been waiting for over half an hour to be helped. Can you please hire some more employees or train any of the several employees standing around doing nothing!
They always have what Im looking for!Tonight, handrail brackets.While I was shopping for my hardware, my wife found some Halloween lighting decorations that we were in need of too!Ive purchased online and arranged for an in-store pickup which quite well but the downside was I had to wait in a long line in order to pick up my online order. I think next time I will choose curbside delivery so they all be able to just bring it to me while Im in my car.
If I could give a negative rating to Home Depot I would.AVOID ordering any appliances from Home Depot. Their ordering, delivery and cancellation/return policy is the worst. We purchased an electric dryer instead of a gas one. The electric one got delivered and left in the laundry room and they would not accept me returning the electric one to buy a gas dryer. Note that the electric dryer was never used even once or even hooked up. Gas dryers are MORE EXPENSIVE. I was trying to return a cheaper product to purchase a more expensive one from the same manufacturer (GE) and Home Depot would not take the return mentioning that GE would not allow it. This has been the worst experience ever. Their internal processes are not set up to help customers. The big companies DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR VALUE YOU AS A CUSTOMER.Firstly most of their workers in the store are clueless of how their own system and processes work. They keep wasting your time on a phone and transfer you to another clueless worker.Overall, I am now stuck with a dryer that cannot be returned. I usually never complain but this has been a terrible experience. HOme Depot has lost my business for good and I will be telling anyone that I come across to never purchase from them and save yourself the unnecessary stress of going through a company that does not care about you.
Always find what Im looking for at a great price! I can honestly say Ive never walked in and not been asked by a store employee if I need assistance its just how friendly and personable the staff are! I love that they all know their departments and you can stop any of them and they will tell you what isle the item your looking for is on and will show and take you straight to it. Their prices are definetly lower then lowes no pun intended!! I highly recommend i would give more stars if I could! Currently moving and will miss this location as we go at least once a week gotta love being engaged to a carpenter!! Again love this store the employees and I highly recommend to everyone!!
Well as a heaven for tools whats not to love my only dislike of Home Depot is the layout of the stores. I swear its like a child designed it. But to be fair that can be said about a lot of places so it doesnt affect the review. They have done great with stock during the pandemic unless you want there nontraditional items like air purifiers or something but thats not what most people come there for. Theyve done a top notch job during all this madness so 5 stars from me.
If there is 0 star, i better gave them 0 star. There is NO SIGN of RECEIPT REQUIRED UPON EXISTING. A man stopped me and asked for my receipt. I resisted, asked why. He said policy. Ok, receipt showed. Called back, ask for manager. Ask 2 questions. 1) is there a policy for showing receipt when leaving? Yes. 2) why there is no sign, anywhere in the store? We dont need a sign, thats our policies same as Walmart. Hang up the phone. Thats how rude the lady answered the phone. I better spend my money where else.
My father in law had a very good encounter with one of the workers at the canton store on Michigan Ave. his name was Doug and he went above and beyond to help him out. Very friendly and very helpful with finding things, in store and searching other stores to find what he needed. Helped him load it all and was just an all around friendly helpful guy. He tried to tip him but he politely declined as they are not allowed to accept tips.
Came in to buy a new thermostat, went to one register the person was polite and said sorry, youll have to go to the other registers on the otherside, I cant leave. We went to the ONLY registers that were open which were the self check out, stood in line for a while, then was told oh youll have to go to a different line to get this, since apparently all of the thermostats are locked up. We already rang up our other products.After that we just left. There wasnt a shortage of staff when we had to walk through many staff members just standing in the isle way to get to the registers to begin with.I guess we have to find a new Home Depot location, since the one in Canton has been a let down again.
Normally I love HD and enjoy my trips there, browsing for new diy ideas. Sadly, they were out of stock of two of the four items we went for this time. 50/50 odds is slipping into Lowes territory, which is definitely not good.We were approached to see if we needed help finding anything! Thats never happened at any HD before, ever! Plus one star for that!
Normally the employees are helpful but not this visit. The lady at the east express checkout didnt greet any of the customers coming in when I did. I stood there about 45 seconds trying to figure out where the moving supplies are located. She never asked if I needed help. Just leaning against a partition. I also noticed other customers looking for help. Employees were there but of no assistance. One employee walked by us on her cellphone. Truly disappointed in the service.
I never go to HD because one of the executives is a Trump loving maniac who went on tv to say he hopes people who disagree with him dont shop there. But, I was stuck and without other options. This store smells like insecticide, so...a poisonous experience in multiple ways. At least the employees didnt act like their boss didnt want us there.
Home depot has lost a customer with my household. This was an online purchase. We had a hired contractor to install the item but it was not available the day indicated. The order was changed to be ready for store pickup the following day and still was not ready despite it being at the store I was picking it up at. Two days after the day my item was suppose to be ready I finally got an email to pick up. Two workers loaded it in the truck inside an unmarked box. Once the item was in my driveway we opened the box to find its the wrong color. Later finding out it was completely the wrong item also. The vanity was a nice with the exception of it not being my first choice in color, so my husband and I decided to settle since our contractor was leaving town and we were contracted with him. I called home depot to express concern with their online orders. I stated their may be an issue with the warehouse that should be addressed. I eventually got to Josh from the escalations team who continued putting words in my mouth and had no concern for the issues that took place. He barely listened to what I was trying to say and continued jumping to his own conclusions. I even at one point nicely asked him if we can start over and he just listen to what I was trying to say. Josh had no intention on hearing me out. He began the conversation with a smart month before I even said anything but hello. My whole point in calling was because I wanted to continue being a customer and wanted to assure the next item I ordered would be the right item. Josh had his own interpretation of everything. Might I mention this is not the first issue we have had with Home Depots online orders. I can understand a mistake but the mistakes have been continuous. Sadly we have spent quite a bit of money as a Home Depot customer but we will take our business elsewhere.
Was there to buy a zero turn mower, which I was told was in stock and ready for purchase. I arrived to find it was there, but, not uncrated and the person who does this would not be in for 2-3 days.The employees in the Garden Center were so overwhelmed with the amount of customers. One of them told me that if they had scheduled enough people, then, they may have been able to help. The staff was clearly frustrated and very intolerant.
Pricing is good. Customer service is awful. Ordered a snowblower, and had it delivered. Home Depot sent it to my home here in Canton via a local freight company called Non Stop Delivery. Arrived in a box that looked like it was in a tornado. The machine was dented and damaged. Customer service offered to pickup the item and take it back, free of charge to me. They sent Non Stop Delivery out again. All was well until the delivery driver told me I was good as they were wheeling the box back to their truck. No paperwork to prove it was picked up? Yeah right. I took a photo. Except one of the guys doing the pickup flipped out and started cursing at me for taking a photo, stepping toward me, violently shouting profanities and hostilities, ripping the box apart and tossing it everywhere in the road and toward my driveway. Horrible experience. Nearly called the police (probably should have).Called Home Depot to tell them how horrible their contracted delivery service was yet again, they wanted me to complain to the delivery company, except you cant actually get hold of anyone there. Its some fly by night company. Asked for a supervisor at Home Depot, and Khalid (or Caleb?) took my call, told him the situation, and he didnt even apologize. Just said thats unfortunate. Told him I was hoping they would change carriers and he didnt say anything. Told him I wouldnt reorder any bulky items from them because I dont want this same company delivering it, after the poor condition in which it arrived and the poor abusive service when the picked it up and he said thats your prerogative. Nice. Avoid buying big expensive items from Home Depot if you live in Canton.
If I could give 0 stars I would this place is completely unprofessional. I ordered a washer and dryer January 4th 2021. After 3 different delivery’s set up I still have no washer nor dryer. Due to the fact every time they come and deliver the product it comes damage. On 3 different occasions like dang seriously! I have completely given up and asked for a full refund. Mind you I paid cash well first they hit me with they have to wait for the refund to process blah blah blah should take 2 business days what I was told I said ok fine waited 2 business days still no call back or follow up. 1 week later i get a call back saying that it was processed and I could come back and pick up my refund when she told me amount of my refund it was only half of what I had paid for here now I’m beyond furious. Later to find out half the refund was only because the dryer was never processed for a refund like OMG here we go again! Everything finally gets settled and I’m able to receive my refund but now they are telling me I have to wait for a check to get mailed out to me which could take up to 2 weeks!!!!!!! It’s now March 20th and I still have yet to receive anything I will NEVER do business with this company ever again!
Very disappointed with our experience with the flooring department. They strung us around on a hardwood floor installation project for our home. We spent time and effort on multiple discussions with the flooring people and even visited the store twice. They sent someone to take measurements and took full payment and then backed out of the project. Though they refunded the payments, the time and effort wasted from our side would not be compensated. Very dissatisfied with the experience...
To start with i did get what I as going for. Thank you for that. However for me to get what I needed was a struggle. I walked in expecting to be able to get a dry flat cart to hold my purchases. Nothing was up front with the shopping carts. Nothing. No flat carts in site. I an other customers that were in need of their own flat carts also had to go back outside all the way to the front of the garden center to get a flat cart. Or walk all the way to the other side of the lumber area to get there own flat cart. It would have been a better experience if the individual who was whipping down shopping carts would also make sure there a proper equipment so the shoppers can do their shopping and get in and out.
The employees here were very helpful and they knew what they were doing. I wasnt too thrilled with the products that I bought. Probably going to have to return them soon. Husky is a very cheap line of tools which Home Depot should be ashamed of instead of pushing as their main brand.
I enjoy shopping at this Home Depot which is so close to home and can find just about anything I need. My husband also loves it and when theres something that needs fixing or updating, hes sure to stop here. My favorite aisle is where all the cleaning supplies are stocked and always finding I need at an excellent price. The best part are the great staff who make it all happen for us to find items.
Please don’t buy any appliances here . It’s completely a big scam combined with Samsung on the return policy . Once you buy an appliance it’s a trap and you cannot return it no matter what . Though they say we can return in only two days, no body cares after that . It’s someone on the phone after a long wait makes some confirmation and when you at the store they don’t take it back and suggest you to sell it in facebook . It’s $1200 appliance purchase and suggested to sell in Facebook by Home Depot people . It’s all a big trap on appliance purchase , please don’t buy at Home Depot any kind of appliance .
Home Depot was very friendly and helpful when I was looking for a refrigerator. An outside company was supposed to deliver the fridge, but we had problems with them, they were lazy and didn’t want to take the time to fit it into the space. When I told Home Depot about what happened, the sent their own professionals out to install my fridge. They were very friendly and knew just what to do. I am very happy with their work.
Customer service lacks. I was here for an hour waiting on someone to assit me with finding the right product that I needed for a project. 5 different employees walked past me not one asked if I needed any assistance. The 6th employee that I sought out said he didnt work in the department that I needed assistance in and blew me off. Didnt even offer to find someone who does.
This store is horrible. I get the COVID19 issue but why am I forced into a tight line right down the middle of the main isle just to have the clueless “attendant” come up to me within inches to ask if I am going to pay cash or card. This store knows COVID is an issue but the managerial staff has done nothing to implement any strategy worthwhile. No other store is like this. Please shop elsewhere.
I always have found exactly what I need at home depot! But, if purchasing driveway calk, stay clear of the type in cardboard type package for calk guns in the summer months. Unfortunately, humidity in the building hardens it in the tube! Received refund, bought type in plastic tube instead for a calk gun application. Works great!
8/12/20 counter, sink, dishwasher, range, & over range microwave delivery and install scheduled. Counter in as planned, but plumber for sink was a no show. Made it out the next day and tried to charge me $575 for 2 hrs work already paid for. Turned out the regular guy backed out and called my $275/hr guy. Dishwasher, range, and microwave next, right? Nope, installers refused to install dishwasher due to pvc pipes which was no issue for the $275/hr sink guy. While on phone calling the Depot my installers left unannounced without installing range and over range microwave. Rescheduled install & got the range done ~3 weeks late. Missing hardware for microwave leaves that still in a box in my living room. Installed the dishwasher myself. No follow up on microwave install so I called the store. Just got the phone with the only accountable person I’ve dealt with so far, Denise. Microwave scheduled for 9/25. Guessing I’ve spent close to 3 hours on the phone, wish I could charge them my plumbers rate.
The women who helped us with our window blinds was awesome. She gets 5 stars and is the reason this is not a 1 star review. However, the guys in lumber and the woman at the pro desk were awful. We asked a gentlemen for a 4x4 piece of lumber with one cut. The guy went to get the lumber and then went on break for 30 mins before cutting the wood. We tried to get someone else to come help us, but the women at the or desk said we had to wait till his break was over. She was also very rude and annoyed that we asked her for help. We waited 40 mins in all just to get a single piece of lumber cut. Might try Lowes next time.
This my favorite HD. Everything I need or want is always in stock. My husband does construction and were constantly there purchasing, exchanging, and returning. We never have any issues. The employees are always friendly and extremely helpful. Thank you for being an em easy fixture for us.
This is one of my home stores... but at this location was my first time. People are very friendly and very nice there. Normally I dont need help to find what I want but this time it took me a while to find what I needed so I requested for help. It took a while for somebody to come and help me (after they have announced twice) but I got what I wanted and I was happy with service.
The wood cutting services are horrible in the A.M. The guy tells customers hes helping someone but, is walking around doing nothing for at least 20mins while a couple of people are waiting for him to help. Hes also got a horrible attitude when asked to help something, which is odd because I thought home depot prides themselves on their customer service.Went there 2 weeks ago for wood again, piss poor service. Im never going for wood there again unless they get a more friendly and helpful person back there.I did however get wonderful service at the carpet department which is why Im not going to completely deem it a no go store.
Not happy at all. I made a order online through their website at this location . Within 15 mins my cc info was stolen and charged at another Home Depot location for different amounts. I called the other location and they couldn’t give any answers and just told me to call my cc company and have them deal with it. Ridiculous
HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! BEWARE OF BLACK FRIDAY SALE!!! I bought 4 appliances only one delivered working. The delivery team was unprofessional and seemed determined to blow up my home while trying to get the gas stove to work. Stove sitting in my home still in packaging materials because they wouldnt remove it once they bring it inside. When I called the Canton Home Depot to complain, manager Justins reply after checking on some things was, I have no idea when you will get your appliances. We are so overwhelmed with this Black Friday sale and so are the appliance companies - GE and Whirlpool. We have had to hire delivery temps.UPDATE: I had a handyman at my house to do some other work, and he discovered that the reason the stove wasnt working is because it was not properly installed. He reinstalled it and it is working just fine. Spend your money elsewhere!!!!
As much as I like Home Depot. I went there too purchase a replacement window shade. The guy that was cutting shades and blinds was working. My problem is they dont have enough help to serve the customer. Whats also an issue is they have workers that look like floaters to me.
Management at this place is pretty rude! Went to buy some Halloween decorations with my four year old son today and half the Halloween area was closed off (still assembling animatronics figures) the other half was open no gates and the shelves were stocked. Started looking at stuff on the open side and when I went to leave with my items there was a gate across the area where I came in through. The manager in the area was snotty and said this area is closed off, which I told her nicely there was no gate when we came through. Shes said theres a sign!!! Yeah theres a sign on the gate..... that wasnt there when we came through🤦♂️ Not worth arguing Ill just take my business to Lowes down the street on Ford Rd!
Brought my 1 year old dog in with me this morning while I made purchase. He has accompanied me in the past and Ive had no issues and this Home Depot has been dog friendly in the past. My dog had an accident due to being a little overwhelmed with people coming up to him and loud hi-lo driving by. The lady at self checkout said it was fine and I cleaned it up but another older male employee yelled at me over it which in my opinion is unacceptable. I will be going to the Carpenter Road location from now on.
My boyfriend and I recently bought a house and have been to a few home depots in the process of painting, spackling, getting tools and supplies.. etc... this home depot is the closest to us, and I am SO glad. We have had the best help. From them not blinking an eye at us getting paint for 8 rooms, to providing stellar advice on blinds. We had an outstanding associate recently named Kristen. Who helped us pick blinds & brought other options to our attention for little fixes in our house. Really was so thankful she went above and beyond for us. Going to happily continue shopping here!
It was a quick in and out on our shopping trip. We first utilize the website found the store had seven items of the six that we needed. The website told us what aisle and what bay to find these items. We were in and out so quick I almost felt the door hitting us on the backside on the way out
Over the phone I was sold a 40 gallon tank of propane for $50.when the guys went to pick it up they gave them a 15 gallon tank of propane that was half empty. The next day when I went to exchange the tank they informed me that they only charged me for a 20 gallon tank. And they try to give me a new 20 gallon tank. I politely let them hear a recording of the call where I purchased a 40 gallon tank. the manager gave me a 20 gallon tank and refunded me the whole price $50 for the inconvenience. Im happy.
We easily found what we came in for, and we were greeted warmly by the cashier. However, when we entered the store, we found a cart near the front door (the few others that were available were located far from the entrance) and took it to be able to shop. As we were walking away, two employees at the customer service counter started yelling at the top of their lungs at us that it was their cart. People all around us were looking at us like wed done something wrong. How embarrassing! All I can say is we definitely didnt feel a warm Welcome to Home Depot vibe as they started laughing when we left the cart there and walked away into the store without it. To verify, feel free to check your surveillance cameras at about 4:30 or so today. Be sure to turn up the volume. 😰 Only bad experience weve ever had here.
I am extremely dissatisfied with Home Depot this last few weeks. We ordered window blinds from the Michigan Avenue location in Canton, MI roughly 7 weeks ago. We had someone come out and measure our windows and ordered the blinds immediately. We received a call from the installer 2 weeks later asking when we would like for him to come out and install the windows to which I replied we havent heard from Home Depot, do you know if our blinds are in? He told us we would have to call the store and ask which we did and were told that the lady we needed to speak with was not in and she would call us back later. I was unaware that it took someone specific to look up an order, but okay, we would wait for a phone call. Which, by the way we never received. 2 WEEKS later (on a Friday) we received an email saying we could come pickup our order first thing Monday morning. However, we received a phone call on Saturday saying that our blinds were discontinued and we would have to come back to the store and pick out new blinds. I told the gentleman that I received an email yesterday saying I could come pick them up Monday, and his response was well, I dont know anything about that, let me speak with Teresa and call you back. My husband and I were not at all surprised when no one contacted us. After work Monday we went up to the store, and there were some blinds ready for pickup but not all of them. We spoke to customer service who spoke to Teresa and her exact words were I did not realize when you scheduled a purchaser pickup it would email the purchaser a time and day to pickup. Now training your people how to use the computer system is a different issue, but I suggest someone does that. We received a call on Tuesday that our blinds were officially ready for us to come get them, so again after work we drove to the store and picked up our blinds (YAY). Then Wednesday came and we received yet another call from Home Depot telling us our blinds are in and when are we going to come pick them up. After about 5 minutes of going back and forth with the guy he decided to drop them off because it was their fault (thats great). When he got to our house he realized what had happened- the blinds they gave us on Tuesday were uncut! Hopefully, everything will work out on Tuesday when the installer comes, however I do not have high hopes especially because the installer said he has come out to install blinds before and they were not cut or were the wrong size.
I bought a dryer, had an issue. I called there and of course no one could help me but the Manager of the department named Q. Took him a week to return my call after having to call again twice. He call me left a msg. I called him back, he was with a customer and promised to call me back when he was done. That was 3 weeks ago. Worst customer service ever!!! I will never spend one penny at this store again! I will also tell everyone that i know. So many more option in the area to go somewhere else with my future purchases!
Dear Home Depot. Your parking sucks and seems made only for compact cars. Its never full, not even on Black Friday so heres a suggestion; make the parking spaces wider. Many of your customers come with SUVs, PU Trucks and Vans. Take a look how they park how they get in and out of their vehicles and how they load their merchandise. Not a pretty sight.
Had two totally different experiences in the course of two hours. First checkout, guy was so helpful, friendly and polite. Went back to exchange a light and the first lady says well my register is tied up so youll just have to wait or go over there (to another area). I get new items and find there is NO ONE at the regular registers so I go to the self checkout. The lady says what, you need help too? Youre gonna have to wait. Its gonna be awhile. Really? Would it kill someone to say, Im so sorry Im tied up a minute. Be right with you. ?
Ridiculous wait, needed crown molding cut and the the associate was talking, then he started doing multiple things instead of helping my husband and I as our wait turned into 20 minutes. I tried asking at the front was someone else available to help. He said in a few and never came back. This happened during our first trip. Terrible customer service.....and still waiting!!!!!!
Great place to just have a walk around to look and dream. Seriously this is so much better than what is available in the UK with a massive selection of tools, materials and all things DIY as well as for the more serious builder. I love this place but sometimes there is no staff to help you when you need it...
If I could give zero stars I would. Im extremely disappointed with the customer service my husband got on Friday night. Our basement was flooding from a bad sump pump. We found it at 9:45 at night. We live down the street from the Home Depot so my husband went running in and asked for help and told them it was an emergency. Instead of someone coming to help him and show him what he needed for sump pump replacement he was told there was 4 minute until the registers closed. If he wasnt up there he wasnt going to be able to buy anything. I dont think that is how a customer that is having an emergency in a really bad night should have been treated. We have spent a couple Thousand dollars with Home Depot over the last few months we will now be taking our business down to Lowes
Extremely poor service, I needed a 4x8 piece of plywood cut in half. I actually had to teach the employee how to operate the stores saw because he could not find a single other employee who knew how to do it.... whats up with that? Its a circular saw, really home depot?
The Home Depot-Penske truck rental is a FAIL. Penske is gauging customers in a Pandemic, shame on you! Noel said she needed to know if we were local or one way before she could provide availability. Initially there were no 16 trucks then magically one appeared at $500 . Unethical business practice, dont recommend !! HD is putting their reputation on the line for a company that has unethical business practices, corporate needs to rethink this epic failure.
Cant wait for Menards to be open. The saw that the employees use to cut sheets of plywood down is currently broke. Therefore i had to take a trip back home and make arrangements with a larger vehicle. Your Home Depot, how can you not have a saw that works, this location is never has the same employees working, making it hard to biuld a trust in the employees. On my second trip back in my wood was held for me, i had to speak with the MIC to get my wood, not a big deal, however he knew it was my second trip in, he never said sorry or offered help loading the wood in my vehicle. Like i said, cant wait for Menards to open.
Does anyone ever feel like you you need to have a blinking florescent sign that says Im handicap I need help, please. Im fairly young, just bought my first housewith my fiance. Ive had spinal surgery and brain surgery, I cant stand for long periods of time when Im flaring, which I was that day. I was at this home depot store the other day standing in the appliance center trying to find someone to help me. Not only did the workers there ignore me,but also refused to paige someone to come over. I was standing and walking for over half an hour on a concrete floor to find someone finally I got so angry after hunting someone down that also refused to help me. I said well it seems to me that if I were over 40 Id get some help here. And I walked away. The guy then followed me and tried to help me, but only after I got mad at the situation. I do appreciate the gentleman that did finally try to help me. looked at the handicap chairs they provide at the front and decided against using one so someone else who may have more difficulty than I could use it. I now regret that decision. Even though this is the closest hardware store to my home I will be going elsewhere from now on.
Horrible place to get wood cut asked somebody to help get some wood cut they had my brother an I standing in the middle of the isle waiting hour went by no one still didnt come by to help us, we even asked someone to get somebody over there to cut the wood but yet no one showed. The Employees at this location are are rude an never likes help anyone.

2022-05-24I bought a very expensive power washer at this Home Depot last year. It worked great last year with no issues. Today we started it up and it’s not pumping out water at all. We took it back to get it repaired or replaced and the Store Manager told us it would take 4-6 weeks for the repair and they can not switch it out since it’s out their (Policy). Please think twice before going to this particular HD. Thank you.

2022-04-09It was not the first time I shop there and not the first time I used the website. Website is not user-friendly and frustrating. The customer service is really bad also or maybe it just depends on who you are thats the feeling I got. Im an older woman and cannot seem to get any help or assistance. I left the store drove down the road a few miles and went to Menards what a difference. Great customer service that Home Depot should maybe try practicing. I will never go to Home Depot again.

2022-06-21Shot out to their healthy selection of outdoor plants in the garden center. Went there to get some annual hanging plants because Mendards just wasnt cutting it...nor were they lasting more than a weekend. Even before entering Home Depots actual garden center, I found my annuals on the entrance racks, beautiful and Im sure long lasting!

2022-06-27I recieved phenomenal service from Kyle yesterday at this HomeDepot. He went above and beyond to fulfill our request. Item was in an hard to reach overhead area but he was able to get it down despite taking some time. and effort. Good serivce, will definitely shop here again.

2022-06-13Had the product we wanted. They were supposed to deliver, but called the day it was supposed to get delivered and told us they couldnt. So we had to go pick up. The people who were supposed to help load us were rude and unhelpful, because we have an old van that only the side doors open. Will be shopping at Lowes from now on.
