The Home Depot in other cities:
This is my number one go to place for anything from house plants, supplies for my church to security cams. Usually I go online to see if they have what I need in store before I go out to make my purchases. Couldn’t give 5 stars cause sometimes online doesn’t match up with in store items availability. But still my number 1 go to store for the majority of my household and garden needs among other things. The employees there are very kind as well.
Little more helpful today than my last 3 star review. Very helpful in windows and doors! I posted yesterday that I was unhappy with the service received in Kitchen design, Im keeping the 4 star rating for Home Depot overall, as I think this store in particular can greatly improve customer service. I was unfair in my review of the kitchen designer though, she was following protocol and Home Depot really doesnt support walk in design services because the impact it could have on those that made appointments. This was not explained to us at the time, but I get it and its a fair policy. We did get our design work done at another Home Depot that had really excellent service though and yes, I did make an appointment this time. :)
On Monday, July 27th, Home Depot was supposed to deliver and install both my washer and dryer. I paid for this so that I would know it was hooked up correctly and I could have “no hassle” getting it installed. What I got was the exact opposite. They claimed that water lines where corroded and also refused to hook up the dryer. They did nothing but drop them off and even bent the tubing going out the back of the dryer. They didn’t hook up the gas line or level the washer even though that had nothing to do with the water line.I then called Home Depot to find out what could be done. After being on hold for an hour. They said I needed to have a plumber fix the pipes, and then they would install everything like they were supposed to. I asked if they had a plumber they recommended and called them. The plumber showed up the Tuesday the next day, and said there was NOTHING WRONG with the water lines. He said that this was the 3rd house this week where he showed up and Home Depot wouldn’t install washers and dryers, and there was nothing wrong with the system. The plumber they recommended charged me 45 bucks for just the call to conform there was nothing wrong. Again, I called Home Depot about this time they put me on hold 3 hours and transferred they said it would be another 2 weeks before they could hook everything up. The plumber said he would hook up everything for 30 bucks more that same day.I called Home Depot a 3rd time to get my refund for the installation and was I given the run-around on the phone once again. This time was the worst, they put me hold FOR AN HOUR each time in between taking. They transferred my call to delivery service back to Home Depot and then to LG and then back again to Home Depot. In the end, I was only given a pathetic $20 refund.I will never do business with Home Depot again, even thought it is a mile from my house. I would rather drive 10 miles to their competitor just to avoid another situation like this.
I bought a snowblower 1.5 month ago and I got curbside they brought it to my car with no box and no manual. Yesterday we got snow. When I tried to turn it on after one minute it stopped working. I took it back and explained the situation three times, then a guy very very unprofessional said he is the manager he told us three times I will not accept the email receipt and he said 3 times “leave or I will kick you out “ ???They wanted to kick us out for WHAT? It’s brand new never used, I asked for help since the snow is on my driveway and sidewalk. This is how they treating customers. I expended almost 10-15k since July to fix my house. I could support the Low’s or small local businesses and never be treated like that:(.
Shopping experience was good. Had a few questions and the associate in plumbing was very helpful. No cashiers were on registers so you had to use self checkout which can be annoying. There is always one item you need help with and you have to wait ten minutes because Home Depot only has one cashier working the self checkout lanes. If not for this, I would have given 5 stars!
They will not price match their own online store. Some of the items inside the store are marked up 90% compared to the online price. They also no longer price match many of their competitors. They refuse to price match Walmart. When youre willing to sell something for 90% less that means that you are just avidly price gouging your customers. Also the store in Dearborn Heights always appears Ram sacked. With horrible business practices you will never be able to retain any reasonable employees. I know in my heart the store will continue to deteriorate to the point where they just shut the door and walk away. Without any regard for what happens to the community after they leave. The property will fall into disrepair until it is torn down.
Was painting the house, hadnt done that in 25 years( Ive moved 3 times since the last time I painted) So was acting like a rookie, they answered all my questions pointed out the stuff I needed to make it easier on me & my 1 armed brother-in-law who volunteered to help my old a__. Well its done after a week & it looks great! Thanks to all that helped (told u I was old cant remember all the names)!!!
The staff here though are amazing. Every one of they are cool and very helpful. The paint lady Jackie is the coolest I have ever seen she gives me the right paint for the job and does it fast. She works on hardware now but she really knows her stuff! Now for why this place is one star: They discriminate against poor people here. This one had only 4 self checkouts that have recently been converted to 2 staffed checkouts. The Home Depot down the street in the White neighborhood has 10-12 self checkouts and only one or two staffed checkouts.Maybe there is more theft here that is why they do it. But I really feel the discriminatory profiling at this store.
Very disappointed. I went in and the place wasnt crowded. I was looking to buy a power tool, and stood in the area for quite some time. Nobody ever came into the vacinity to even ask for help. Bought some screws. Again, nobody in line. Instead, this time I had to wait for the cashier to finish her conversation with another employee before she would ring me up. Bummer.
Ive always loved hardware stores & this one is a bit (a lot) better than the rest. The store staff is always willing to help find whatever it is youre looking for. They will make sure of that.Im sure youve been in some stores where if you can find someone to help you the only part of them is their back as they disappear around the end of the isle (never to be seen by you again) lol .This Home Depot IS NOT like that.Im almost sure the rest of Home Depot stores are operated the same way. If an individual cant find what youre looking for they will find someone to help them.
Hello everyone I dont recommend to anyone be at this store I place order on Monday to I can pick up the order Wednesday I went there at 7:30 pm and my order was not ready I told them no issue I like to place other order and if you can make it both ready tomorrow they say yes will be ready tomorrow then I called today morning to conform the order ready they say no its not going to be ready today we have one person do all the order I ask for MOD I talk to Mod there she told me we can’t do anything I told here OK then cancelled my order she told me no problem and they refund me the money to my AMX this is west time for my project also delay everything my worker I have to pay them for the time the truck I rented for this purpose I do not recommend anyone to order anything from this store because they are short staff and they are not care about any customer they have very bad customers service not help not care about you as customer all I ask and my opinion not deal with this store at all you going to west your time and your project going to be delayed on what are you do.
We rented a utility trailer from this Home Depot. After voicing concern about the condition of the wood to the employee, he brushed it off and ensured my husband the lawn mower would go up on it… well it didn’t. And that was the beginning of the nightmare. Both pins on the gates broke (I imagine due to the fact they were not the correct ones) and the gates came down while on the road. So here I am… in the middle of a busy road, looking for parts to the Home Depot trailer! TRASH!!! Not to mention, this could have been a very dangerous situation!
Im probably being biased, being that I grew up down the street from this specific location, but this is by far my favorite home depot location. They have a good stock of inventory, and its organized well for the most part. The staff is excellent, most of the employees are informative and have good advice, not to mention all of the pretty woman who work there 😁
Home depot does not care about customer satisfaction. We ordered a refrigerator but when they delivered it,the doors would not open....The next date for delivery was cancelled and then the third was cancelled both by the delivery company.Where is customer satisfaction?Where is my refrigerator?Do not order appliances from home depot. This is enough to make me go to Lowes without question.Your incompetence deserves zero stars.
Dont shop here unless using cash or else you may fall victim to credit/debit card theft. Their employees are crooks and will steal your card information to make a copy of your card and use it at another location to buy gift cards. If you shopped at the Dearborn Heights (Michigan Ave) location recently and used a card, check your bill statements to verify all your transactions. You can search me on Facebook to see my post regarding this incident for more details. If your card details were stolen from with location I would love to speak to you as I feel Home Depot is doing nothing regarding this situation and doing nothing to protect other customers from being targeted. Please feel free to reach me on Facebook messenger. My card information was stolen from the Home Depot in Dearborn Heights on Michigan Ave and then used at The Home Depot in Canton on Michigan Ave to purchase gift cards.
I was there today, and couldnt find an item that was noted as being in stock online. I got there, couldnt find it, and almost walked out angry! However, an AWESOME employee in the paint department named Laurel, went the extra mile! She found the item for me, and saved my day!
Tried to apply for a job there and I cant complete the assessment because the site is down. Called the location and was told to apply on the website WHICH I EXPLAINED TO THEM WAS DOWN. I have zero problem completing an application at other home depot locations and I find this extremely aggravating.
I came in with the goal of getting some wood to create a raised garden bed. I asked several staff members for help but they were all busy and I almost left the store. I was waiting for a good 20 minutes. The last person I asked for help was Chris Washington. He went above and beyond. He took the time to help me with measurements and directed me to the product I was looking for, and cut the wood for me to the right sizes. But that’s not all. I asked him where I can find the deck screws and he grabbed two options and suggested the best one for my project. Than I asked him for drill suggestions because Lord knows I have no idea. He suggested not just the drill but the other things that I needed with the drill. I went home happy. I give Chris 5 stars but the store in general 4 because of the time it took to get assistance. Thank you Chris! I put the raised bed together thanks to you!
Never order appliances at this store. My 80 year old mother waited all day for a delivery that never showed up. They texted her at the end of the day and said it was coming five days later in the morning. Again it didn’t show up. What’s worse is how the store manager treated us. He refused to compensate us in any way whatsoever. I had to file a complaint with corporate. My wife is a nurse at Promedica and takes care of Covid patients. She does what she says she’s going to do. This store manager can’t even get an appliance delivered two miles down the road.
Very bad customer service we were about to buy stuff worth of 2000$ but the manager would not give us discount for on an open box chain saw. Even though it was the last piece in the store. So we had to return 90% of the merchandise because it was the same brand. We were disappointed 😞 because as far as we know that if an item is an open box you will get at least 10 to 20% off discounted price. But unfortunately this wasnt the case because the manager her name is Joey was extremely mean and she told us that if u dont want to buy this item in this condition will put it back on the shelf and some one else will buy it with the same price. So we end up returning all the items. If I was to give it a a number of a scale from 0 to 10 I will -1
I called ahead looking to by a drill, etc, the person I spoke with was very professional and informative. The same person actually helped me when I arrived at the store, unfortunately I dont remember his name but, he was wonderful and I definitely will shop at Home Depot in Dearborn on Michigan Ave again.
I dont remember the gentleman who helped us but he was the first to ever. I wi see if I meet him again and review later. BUT it took 45 min to get through the line bc of a customer with a big order. So finally after 20 she decided to call for help. After that the customer needed manager approval for the order which then took another 25 minutes for her respond. Management please step up your game!
Ordered online. Went to pick up and decided to look for a couple items. Needed more tile thought they might have. Tile guy looked it up we went over to the tiles. They had none. He looked on his phone said I would not find any since I bought it a few months ago. Went online today and going to Taylor they have it there. Dearborn needs someone new in tile. My other pickup went smoothly and my husband is disabled picked up some nails. They were very sweet and allowed him to purchase at the pickup counter and not have to go to regular register.😁
The online store said that this location had two of the item I was looking for. Couldnt find them of course they werent in the right spot. Very very nice employee looked all over the place for me. We finally found one so I was very pleased. This employee went way out of her way I really appreciated it.
Be diligent about checking the website for in stock status it seems to be correct but never ever assume a home depot just has it. Be sure all of your products have a barcode on them especially if you use the u-scan. Be sure every product is what you intend like if you pull a small part out of a box theres a good chance another customer pulled it from another box, took two seconds of observance, forgot where it came from and bailed on it like me at Livonia home depot. Buckets = hand baskets like at grocery stores/Northville home depot that also cost $4ish if you need them past the cashier/u-scan. Cashiers are friendly and do their job well. Stay out of employees way. Youre just the customer 👍🏼.
DO NOT GET ANYTHING DELIVERED FROM THIS LOCATION!! THEY USE THRID COMPANIES FOR DELIVERES THE BUMS THAT CAME ARRIVED VERY LATE AND WHERE AWFULLY RUDE. AS TIME GOES ON IM GETTING MORE AND MORE FED UP WITH THERE LEVEL OF SERVICE AND KNOWLEDGE FROM NOW ON I WILL BE AT LOWES OR MENARDS
My experience with this location thier Department employees arent very knowledgeable with inquiries about the location of materials let alone what any of the products do or what theyre used for. But I would say if you dont mind looking around and know what you need, they do have a good variety of products to choose from for several projects that you might need tackled at work or home so I give this location 3 stars
I have to be honest I made a big order with Home Depot for the most part things were goin great until some of the material came in wrong and different colors I understand mistakes happen and things get delayed but wen you ask to talk to a manger and they fully understand and try to work to your Benefit you will easily forget about the hassle.. and that’s wen Tim came in and he was fully understanding with targeting and investigating the issue and he had it resolved immediately . He was very very patient and understanding and he made sure I walked out with a smile on my face.
Hmmm this home depot....it used to me MY STORE as of recently NOT....out of stock on a lot.... HIGH prices ....RUDE staff....except my love at the cashier I will write his name down next time and update this review. He is the sweetest boy he has a disability but he performs his job with SUCH heart and he is soooo helpful and smiles A LOT...the reason I gave the extra star. I only go here now because its a straight shot down Gully for me.
I reserved a Penske moving truck online. I got an email saying to pick it up at this Home Depot, but they had no trucks available when I got here, even though I reserved one.I was told by the clerk that the online reservation system doesnt work. Seems odd that Penske and Home Depot cant create a reservation system that works. Maybe they dont have enough money. To top off the experience they decided to not help me at all... Shooing me out the door without offering any alternative or even giving me Penskes number to call.I guess I should have known better than to try and rent a Penske truck from a place that rents Penske trucks.Typical Detroit bull$hit.
Bought a water heater. Didnt pick it up till a few days later. They were helpful when I got there. The online register cashier also enlightened me about the work shop for kids. I liked that because I had my daughter with me. They gave her a home Depot apron. 😊😊 It was crowded but I will take her next time. I also had to go into the plumbing area. He was very nice guy. Walks fast but hey, I kept up. Overall I had a good and successful experience at this location.
I wish I can give the online order team a negative 5 stars. I went to pick up my online order they sent a big guy to go get it, it took him 1 hour and he didnt come back. They paged him multiple times with no response. I spoke to their manager, and ended up sending a lady to go find it. 2 hours later with nothing. I ended up abandoning my order and leaving the store. I will send a similar message to their district manager.
Ill never got back to Home Depot again Ill stick to Lowes! We walked in there were 5 associates standing around not one even greeted us or asked us if they could help. We couldnt find anyone to help as we were walking through the store! The only nice person was the cashier!
Tried to over charge me for lumber when the price is clearly listed different. Cashier told me oh well, thats what its ringing up for instead of instead asking for someone to check the price or offering any solution. After talking to customer service The cashier was still not understanding. She still told me that thats what it rang out for and there was nothing she could do. Im explaining to her if you were to go shopping and you were being overcharged $50 would you just pay it or would you maybe say hey your over charging me and expect someone to solve the problem. not tell you theres nothing I can do about it. that cashier was completely rude and I am amazed at how she is working at Home Depot and able to treat people like that.
Not doing too good during the covid19 restrictions. went to purchase a storm door which their website said it had two in stock and the door handle which it said it had four in stock. only had only door with the box opened and zero door handles in stock. purchased the door and upon getting home and opening the box realized that someone had taken the installation hardware out of it. dont know why this would be stored with the new doors (Id say 30% of the boxes were opened, I assumed to get a look at the color of the door) or why their inventory would be so far off. so after trying to verify the items i wanted for my trip were there i actually get screwed for my efforts. good luck finding any employees of much help too.
Bought Whirlpool fridge and delivery said they could not change door due to mfg issues and I had to accept since waited over a month for delivery. Home Depot said Wirlpool would call but never did after I called twice. Had appliance repair man come and paid additional cost to have issue fixed, still no call back.
As late as I went, I was happy they were open especially on a holiday. Plus, there was no line to get in. Normally the entrance is centrally located and you shop one side of the place or the other. However, due to covid-19, theres only one way in and one way out. So you park centrally, walk all the way to one end of the store to enter, then all the way to the other end to shop, then back to the middle to pay and exit. I was looking for a quick run in and out but it isnt possible anymore.
Want curbside? Dont bother. I waited 20 minutes without so much as a be right out with nobody else in the curbside spots. Turns out, your order is ready doesnt actually mean they have an employee doing curbside. Have fun going into one of the businesses the state cited for not caring about masks or covid!
I go there for most of my home improvement and DIY projects. Tools to appliances are all available here. Painting job supplies, lights projects, garage items, outdoor tools for gardening and snow cleaning are also available. There is mostly a very gentle greeting person at the entrance. Customer service is mostly timely. Support staff in the store give you advice on choice of items and how to make the best of your purchases. Timings are easy and location is easy too.
I came back to return a few items I had purchased from this location. They agreed on taking my items which was great. The cashiers were nice and understanding even though there was a little bit of dirt on the item cause it was on the ground outside. I then noticed that I forgot my wallet. So I told them I would be back shortly and that I had to run home really quick to get it. Which was 5 minutes away. So upon my return one of the younger ladies who must have been a supervisor had addressed me in a very nasty and rude tone and claimed that she would not return the items because here was dirt on them. She walked past me several times but only waited till after I ran home and back to deny me my return. TOTAL inconvenience. : (Never had a probelm with home depot before but obviously this store in particular has hired some very unprofessional people to over see their business. Hopefully I can just go to another location to return my items. No double trips needed and no attitudes. I wont be coming here anymore and I will inform anybody whose interested in going here to find a better more customer friendly location. : (
Purchased 300.00 in garden dept. Over 80% was dead, dry no water for days.I needed the plants because they were a present for my daughter. For 3 days I watered and gave them lots of water, sunshine and shelter and are finally flourishing.I live in area....but in the future I will travel additional miles ...#toomuchtrouble
The checkout lady was very rude didnt want to help me at all. There was one item left that was damaged she didnt want to take any bit of the money off of that. One big line all the way back to the store of the building. This lady had no people skills at all no one to help you over there everybody post to be social distancing but they had one line everybody packed in it was ridiculous over there and no people skills at all this lady had it was like she was trying to make it harder on you for some reason.
I worked at this place for about 8 months. The people are really great!! The managers are a bit dislocated from a lot of what happens and it makes it hard to get stuff done, and they have an expectation on you that is unreasonable. But everyone was hard working, very nice to be around!
This is my favorite home Depot to shop at. I go to this location very often to shop for tools and supplies for my houses. This place is a great place to go. The staff here is very knowledgeable with with flooring, counters, tools you name it. They also are very friendly and are wick to ask if you need help with anything.
Items out of stock, 1x 3x 12, 8 & 10 corner bead and garage door openers. The store is a mess, palets of stock left in isles and not put on shelves, mouldings are in disarray with damaged goods on the shelves. Always seem to be short of help at the pro check registers. This cant be all blamed on covid 19, store closes a 8:00 pm that should be enough time to restock and clean up before the next morning.
No curbside pickup, AWFUL mask compliance by staff. I stood in line and watched someome who looked like a manager without a mask touch his face, followed by the register, a customers items I feel awful for the elderly people who work there in masks and face guards trying to stay safe. Do better.
I went to home Depot ask for help finding a part in the plumbing department a lady who work there paged someone to come no one ever did. A hour and a half later I left with the wrong part next time I came back to replace the wrong part the guy was talking and helping somebody in the plumbing aisle. I asked him for help when he was done. When he was done with that other guy he took off for the next aisle and was doing other stuff. He would not come back to help me I walked around looking for someone to help couldnt find anybody else that work there for a whole 40 minutes .30 minutes later I saw 5 of them walking together ask for help one tried to help and Page the same guy said hed be there in a minute and he never showed up I will never go back to that home Depot rude workers will not help
Employees are using covid19 as an opportunity to be very rude & have extremely poor customer service. We even heard employees saying they could be making double on unemployment F this place (HD). We appreciate them being open and the work their doing but will remember this treatment.
The sales person said the first time i asked him, I cannot help you we don’t have what you’re looking for in stock then when i chose another color he said the carpet cutting machine is not working, you should go to a carpet place. Just insane how you treat your customers.
Its a wonderful store. I had to take an fan back and return to have another. A nice older lady asked whether anything was wrong. I said it didnt work. She said it because its in a box. Bless her heart. She should be in management. I went to the back to retrieve another fan and another staff member, Bill was extremely helpful. Thanks to these folks, my experience on this day was wonderful. Thank you folks.
It seems like whenever you go to a home Depot no matter what you need its going to take an hour to get in and out.Not at this one, the staff is knowledgeable about the products in the department they work in, always in stock, and hands down is the quickest home Depot I know of to get in and out
Place is a joke. Ordered a NEW $400grill to be assembled and ready for pick up. Got a email few hours later that it’s ready for pick up.They tried to sell me a rusted out dented up floor model, after I said it was unacceptable they called the Dearborn store and sent me over there. They didn’t have one assembled and said it would be a week. Just took the box and did it myself .Asked to be followed up with by a manager since my online pick up took me over 3 hours and 2 different stores to just pick up and then almost 3 hours of installation........ still no follow up.Go to Lowe’s or your local hardware store for MUCH better service.
My wife and I found Toby in hardware to be especially helpful, patient, knowledgeable and friendly. He has been a blessing to us for several years. His service is the reason we come to this location even though the Allen Park store is much closer to our home.We will be back!!
I have to give a huge shout out to Bill for helping me find the right extension cords. As simple as this might seem, I was in HD for over an hour walking and walking trying to figure out the right ones for my project. The three men at the service desk were no help at all. Then came Bill. And my project is completed!! I am one happy camper!!!
This location needs some customer service training, everytime I go here it is always a challenge. You may as well just look for items yourself and hope you find them since their own associates dont know where things are. Isles are full of trash, carts all over the place inside the store or in the parking lot not by the entrance. Hardware items are usually in the wrong boxes, lumber is rough. Seems you always need to dig to the bottom of the stack to get to some useable peices. Prices are about average. And this is all before you even make it to the checkout, the registers always have a line because most of the registers are either closed or broken. This used to be a great store but I think there was a management change or something because it is not like it was.One last thing, if you find a price online, make sure your location is set for the store you are going to because it may be cheaper online but once you get to the store they will not honor the online price and tell you it was at a different location. If this review helped you please click the like button, thanks
Well, What can I say about The Home Depot in Dearborn Heights. To start the employees were very willing to help. The issue I have is that they dont enforce social distancing or covid protocol at all. They allowed shoppers to pull masks down and walk throughout the store. Many employees were not wearing there masks properly. I saw many with their noses exposed & even an older gentleman named Tony who was working in the door department had his mask so low I could see his teeth. He rubbed his nose and then touched the shared computer, even coughed covering his mouth with his hand and then touched the computer again. No hand sanitizer in sight. He even handed me an object with those same unsanitised hands. I read that they were just fined $4000 by the health department for not following the CDCs Covid 19 protocol. I guess they have money to burn!
My children Sam micheal and alley all walked into this Home Deposit and for the first time we got to learn many things from our lovely neighbors the staff were rightly cooked ground beef my children ate we left full this has got to be one of the best restaurants I’ve ever gone to this Mexican tourist attraction has to be rated 6 stars
We went in on june 8th purchased a door, after we paid home depot to measure the week before.Said we would be contacted in 48 hours to set up installation. After 10 days they finally book appt another week & half out. This whole process is taking 4 weeks.Which is absolutely ridiculous.Used Home Depot in the past and have never had a problem until coming to the store.......
Always a great place to get your home fixtures,paints,ect..they even sell washer, dryers and kitchen appliances. Workers are friendly and helpful, they have just about anything you need to make home improvements all in one place, even rent out machines such as sanders for floors ect..
This review is aimed at the tool rental division at this Home Depot.I spoke with a man named Jerry over the phone about the rates for a concrete saw rental and what it would cost to extend the rental. The conversation lasted maybe 2 minutes. I didnt understand what he was saying regarding the prices, and when I asked him a follow-up question regarding the rental, he began speaking louder and with an attitude. I felt very disrespected and belittled from his tone of voice as I was trying to figure out what to do next to avoid any additional costs for rental. I was incredibly angry at the way he was speaking with me so I thanked him for his time and hung up. And to top it all off, he didnt even answer my question, I looked it up online instead. That is not how you talk to customers and as a result, I will never rent any tools from this place again.
Usually impossible to get help from an associate. Many will also ignore you unless you stalk them or verbally express you need help. On top of that home depot continues to reduce their in-store inventory. Definitely hit or miss, and im not even talking about specialty items.........
The Dearborn Heights one is okay, not that great. It always seems like its hard to get help here, you can never find the department people. The electrical guy is almost never there. But of course, Im not in this store all day and nights. Other days and work shifts may be much better than what Ive experienced. Or they may be worse.
Bought a refrigerator there. Turns out Home Depot sells appliances they dont have. Theyre nothing but a showroom for the mfrs, but you cant talk to mfr or the sub-contracted delivery services. Home Depot wont take responsibility once they have your money. Its been over 3 weeks and two failed attempts at delivery so far. Both units they attempted to deliver were incredibly, visibly damaged. One had a fork lift run into the door and the other had been attacked by a ball-peen hammer. Go elsewhere.
Home depot has everything you need to build a home, Problem is most of the employs in the departments dont really know what the hell theyre talking about and thats a major downfall but the stories clean reasonably priced I do shop there I prefer lowes because of the education of the employees.. Brow so home depot does carry good brands at a fair price in has good sales

2022-04-15I rented a truck from them to pick up a few desks. The service was excellent; I paid $40 per day and was charged $1.00 each mile. Everything went perfectly thanks to the good truck. Excellent service and value for money. Appliance rental is recommended.

2022-02-07My husband and I shop here often and have always had a positive experience. We have dealt with the younger guy with glasses that works at the customer service counter (apologize I cannot recall his name) several times and he has always been pleasant and professional. Would definitely recommend this location!

2022-05-23I called to ask a simple question and was left on hold for 30 minutes. I will be taking my business elsewhere as a place that cant get such a simple customer service task correctly is absolutely not one that I can trust with anything else. Hire more people or train your current people to be better.

2022-05-09This branch was really good a few years ago, but then started to go down and become the worst in everything, not organized, many items with no price and the worse is when you ask for help and found no body to help you , and even when you go to cashier and he call someone for you via speaker or phone , no body will come and i just waited for 40 minutes for nothing….it happened with me and many of my friends and neighbors who go to this branch. Staff were before friendly, but now you feel that they are angry and sad and hate their work…..many started to go to lowes instead after were only the Home Depot customers

2022-06-16Gotta love home depot, especially when your renovating! Sometimes I wonder how they fit so much different items in these stores, on top of that they have an entire civilization of birds up in the rafters in the outside gardening area.

2021-06-15Home Depot is my second home! The staff is amazing! These wonderful employees don’t point you in the direction of what you’re looking for but they walk with you and help you until you’re finished. I love that you can always find someone to help! I can write a book on this awesome business. From customer service to Tool Rental to checkout the store is simply amazing!
