The Home Depot in other cities:
This place has THE WORST customer service ever. I don’t know why I come here, I can never get the help I need the closest I got to being helped here today was an employee standing in my way helping another customer and keeping me from the product I was trying to get to. Oh well, off to Lowe’s, maybe they’ll have better customer service today.
Worst experience Ive ever had I was simply looking for tablets to put in your outdoor pond to kill the misqueto larvae and was told by 3 employees it was in lane 9 by plumbing and another 2 that it was in lane 46 and 47 the employees in lane 46 and 47 were extremely rude and finally I was so fed up between walking back in forth I left and whent to Menards also as I was walking past a elderly man asked an employee where the porch finature was which was right agiasnt the wall to left of this employee and he told him he didnt know he look it up seriously worst home depot Ive ever been to they dont know where anything is at
Always a cluster f#@k at the Traverse city location so Im not super surprised by my recent visit. Out of the five workers standing around in the lumber section, not a single one offered to help load 16ft pressure treated 4x4s. After they had to go restock them because I asked for them so obviously they knew what I needed. (Which was a pain getting help, you would think I was asking for donor kidneys or something.) Considering closing my home depot accounts finally and just sticking with Menards or Lowes. If youre wondering where to shop.... It is not here!! Save time, money and the headache and go somewhere else!
I love The Home Depot!! I shop this store a lot because I know where everything is at. Which is good, because trying to find an employee is difficult, but if you do happen to flag one down youre in for a treat. Everyone is so helpful and happy to help. Knowledgeable staff, clean store, comparable prices. Love the garden center in the spring/fall
I have tried to buy power tools from the store twice. Both times I’ve looked up a good price online, and the store is listed as having the power tool. But when you get there a) it is exceedingly difficult to find somebody to help you b)when they do find you and you do wait to get help quite often they can’t find what they’ve advertised is there, and the staff doesn’t seem all that conversant with their inventory system. So it ends up as a giant bait and switch.
Their website showed a workbench for $75 on sale, said it was available to buy in store, but it rang up $125 at the register. Cashier called a manager who said they would meet me halfway and give me the price if I signed up for a credit card. Insane bait and switch behavior. I politely declined and went to leave but the cashier finally decided to honor the price.Overall the store was clean and well put together. Cashier and other staff on the floor were friendly. It just seems like theres a lot of weird pitfalls you can fall into when simply trying to buy things. If your time and sanity is valuable to you, you may want to shop elsewhere.
Don’t ever pay for something over $1,000 in cash. I purchased a washer and dryer and paid a portion of it in cash. When I exchanged it for a different color, I was told I had to do a total return and new purchase. Ok fine no issue with that, but the problem is they wont give you cash back! They have to call headquarters and send you a check via mail so I currently have paid for 2 units. Here I am THREE weeks later still waiting for my money. Why can you take my cash, but not give cash back? Makes no sense what so ever. I was also told Home Depot doesn’t have that kind of money in the store. You’re telling me with all the sales you do in one day, you don’t have $1500 in your drawers? Moral of the story, don’t ever pay in cash here. This has been an absolutely beyond frustrating.
I am a teenage girl and my father still drags me inside this dust bucket. I get why old men like this place, I really do, but PLEASE just leave your children out of it. (Only giving a 4 because I dont have anything directly against homedepot and I do see veterans here from time to time so thats nice)
Its a Home Depot. A mans man kind of place to go. Has everything a man could need. Along with whatever else a family would need from building to tools to equipment, overall has everything a house would need or project requires. Reliable place and pretty knowledgeable staff. Always a good experience coming here.
My wife and i are building a house and went to purchase appliances, kitchen cabinets and a garage refrigerator. The only employee we could find in the appliance section was busy so we started looking for another employee to help us. The only person we could find was at the flooring section so we went to ask him for help or if he could call someone to help. He was very rude and told us he couldn’t help us and to go wait. We were ready to order and probably open home depot card to save a little money. Not interested in wasting time with rude employees. The people at Lowes were very nice and helpful and we can save 20% with out first purchase on a lowes card and 5% every purchase after. Looks like we will be going back there for the rest of our kitchen, bathroom and appliance needs.
I Like Home Depot one hand. However I am more the Lowes fan. Home Depot has laid out very nicely but they dont offer the deals they should be offering like Lowes and other stores do offer. The help is generally very nice. And most have a background in construction or their perspective fields. However I am still a Lowes fan
My daughter and I were purchasing several items for which we needed Customer Service to assist with the Will Call and Out-of-Stock items on our list. Drew in CS was able to help us with everything. He was professional, efficient, and fun to deal with! Recognizing everyone is short handed, we especially appreciated the time and pleasure he took in getting the job order placed correctly. Drew is an asset to the Home Depot team for sure.
One of the most famous stores in traverse City customer service never answers the phone. Been over 20 minutes with my phone just ringing nobody answers. But they swear the whole mighty person that works there is always there to help. What a way to lose money. Cant answer the phone and answer two questions cant get my money
Most employees are super friendly and extremely willing to help!! (A select few not so much) I visit this location several times a day and look forward to the smiling faces of the associates that I have gotten to know. The only negative thing about this location is the lumber department. I find it terribly unorganized my orders are NEVER ready, 99% of the time it seems I’m speaking another language because no ever knows what I’m talking about. As I sit out back of the store at this very moment waiting not so patiently at this point for an order that should’ve been ready yeaterday, they are now attempting to pick the order and load it! I have been here an hour now. It’s Reminiscent of a circus full of clowns. And when I spoke with a manager about how it’s like this every time, his response was “They’re busy!” He should be the spokesperson for Customer Service. Honestly if I had another option for lumber, I wouldn’t come back but alas I’ll have to continue attending the 3 ring circus.
Home depot is one of 2 great companys, Lowes is the other. They both honor veterans and have great service..Everyone should be buying survival gear and tools,Tools that are old school. Gardening equipment and lots of vegetable seeds. This world is about to get a rude awakening. TRULY TRULY ONE LIKE THE SON OF ATOM MAN IS HERE AMONG us, Hebrews 6-3 in secret as he is also.
Ive been there quite a few times over the years and the one thing thats always stuck with me besides obviously large selection of things for DIY projects and professional contracting materials. Has always been the fast and friendly service, theyre always willing to go beyond and help you find exactly what youre looking for and even help order it if they dont have it in stock, which can then be shipped to the store for pickup or straight to your home if thats easier.
DO NOT buy appliances or anything that needs to be ordered from here. We waited 6 weeks to get our washer and dryer only to be told it would be another 6 weeks before they come in just 3 days before the original install date. Best Buy will be installing our washer and dryer in 6 days. Yes there are inventory issues, but the fact that Home Depot doesnt have a clue on what inventory they have in their distribution center says a lot. This was a terrible experience on every level.
Each visit is different. Some days the staff is quick, safe and curious. Other days, the opposite. The online ordering platform is a bit finicky: be sure you choose the right store (sometimes it will set the default store to one out of town).Overall, I do not hesitate to shop there (Traverse City location). Just be conciencious that the service can be inconsistent at times.
Less than, satisfying. Advertise they have orcon xk-50 seam tape in stock. Of course only stock 1 type orcon tape. The is Roberts which aint no orcon. Then go to check out get Id to buy carpet tool, ring it up only to be told this doesnt take cash. Really, taking show on the road.
I dont even know where to start. This is probably the worst experience I have ever had. I would highly advise anyone to think twice about using AIS through the home depot. We ordered carpet the end of march. Was told end of april for the latest possible install date. Got a phone call for May 18th. oh well, we went with it. The first guys there claimed they couldnt get the carpet down the stairs and left after putting down the padding and tack strips. Then we were rescheduled for 2 weeks from that on a saturday to finish the install. 2 oclock rolls around and NO ONE SHOWED UP. Not even a phone call. Call them and no knows anything as to why no one showed up. So we get rescheduled again for the following friday. Two new people show up and inform me that they cannot install the carpet due to problem with the pad and tack strips that the first guys put down. They left. They noted that the first guys actually installed some of the tack strips and padding wrong to begin with. Called AIS 6 days later after not receiving a phone call from them to reschedule and then they say the soonest they can install is 6 WEEKS LATER (end of July). After all the issues we had they are still not making up for the mistakes they made. Very irritating to work with and absolutely no remorse or any eagerness to make the situation right. I have done nothing wrong and have been scheduled 3 times and have yet to have my carpet installed. Please, please do not use AIS I would highly recommend finding another company. Nothing but excuses from them. Again this has probably been the worst experience I have ever had in my life. Home depot does not hold AIS accountable, and that is probably the most frustrating part. I will be shopping around now and finding some else to buy carpet from even if we have to wait longer at this point it will be worth it to just be done with the Home Depot and AIS. I for a fact will never spend another dime here again.
We ordered and paid for appliances(washer, dryer, microwave, fridge, stove and dishwasher) in June to be sure they would be delivered once we closed on a house we were having built. Original delivery was set for August 18th. We got a call saying 1 item was back ordered so they had to push back the delivery to September 10th. We then get a call saying the item we were waiting for to complete the order still wasn’t going to be available so they were going to upgrade the stove to make sure the delivery was on time. On September 10th nothing was delivered so we checked on the status and we were told by a new person that only thing available was the washer and dryer and they don’t do partial deliveries so our new delivery date was October 23rd. What kind of circus does Home Depot run when they have such terrible lack of communication. They wouldn’t even try to help upgrade or change items to get the sale. We cancelled our order and Best Buy price matched and worked with is to make sure items were delivered as soon as possible. Last time I buy anything from Home Depot.
Went in to get blinds cut and told the older man 29 1/2 as the inside opening was 30. He took his sweet time cutting them and to top it off it was cut at the wrong measurements. So I had to come in and make another trip to get them cut correctly. While I was there I passed two associates and asked him to help me which worked in that department. They both walked right past me and said I’m too busy. And are I began searching for another associate. A gentleman who was off the clock said he will try to find someone for me. I asked if it would not be an older gentleman as the older gentleman had done it incorrectly. He sent the exact same gentleman over that cut it wrong the first time. That gentleman then proceeded to say that he cut it correctly even though it was at 29 and five eights. He began to argue with me as another man approached and offered to cut them. He check the measurements and also saw that it was cut incorrectly. He suggested taking off even more to make sure it was going to fit. The older gentleman then held my car in place so I was not able to approach the new guy. I asked him to please let go of my cart and why is he stopping me?! He said he was going to measure and help with the rest and I told him absolutely not that the other guy will work with me instead. He aggressively said fine by all means and walked away while grumbling under his breath. The new person that was cutting my blinds then continued to debate and argue with me that my measurements were wrong and that there should be even more taken off now. This should not be ever happening. Because of Home Depot my day is a fluster and I am very upset. I come in every month and spend thousands of dollars at home repair and remodeling and this is the behavior I get. Why could they not just not say I’m sorry and cut correctly? Needless to say I left Home Depot and headed to Menards to get the rest of my supplies which by the way are equivalent to over $10,000. I will also be buying my new cabinetry and appliances at Menards instead of Home Depot. Home Depot for the loss and Will not be returning!
Shopped for a new washer machine online for Traverse City location on Home Depot.com. (They are $200 more expensive than buying direct from Whirlpool I learned after the fact, by the way!) I bought a $750 Whirlpool washer that I had to wait OVER 3 weeks for delivery but a few days before, I received a call from Whirlpool saying they did not have that in stock any longer. They only gave me one other option in which I wasnt even able to view this product. They nickel and dime you at check out. Long and terrible experience. Will never buy an appliance from Home Depot ever again. They are clearly too big to manage this process well. Very disappointed with my first major large appliance purchase experience. Why do you sell things online that you dont have available?! Unethical. Thanks for tying up $800 of my money for nothing for over 3 weeks.Such a painful process, took too much effort on the customer end, too long of wait times, too expensive. Feel ripped off and cheated. Thanks for your disloyalty Home Depot! BUY LOCAL! Thanks for the terrible experience! You never fail to disappoint!
They took $1800 out of my bank account but declined my order. They are doing nothing to get it back to me and I missed the black Friday sale and cant take advantage of cyber Monday. Main concern is my business is taking the hit. Bought a $4200 furnace a month ago through them and then an $1800 plow which was charged for but the order was canceled by them. They still have my $1800 and will no longer receive a penny from me. They have done nothing to offer any compensation since I missed my black Friday deal and now cyber Monday deals due to their mistake.
The store has what you need. What they dont have are bags strong enough to hold three light cans of spray paint. Had one tear and drop them in the checkout line, replaced it and had the next one give out in the parking lot. At least the checkout attendant blamed China instead of home depot who has the ultimate control of what they use.
Great selection and good pricing, but your better off researching online for tools or help. I asked an associate that worked there for a tool and he said in his 12 plus years there he has never seen it... 2 minutes later i literally found it on the shelf behind where he was standing.
Was shopping in the garden center, and asked a young male employee if there were flat carts, because I was going to buy several bags of potting soil.He said, honestly, I dont know, there may be some outside. And then proceeded to ignore me, talking to another employee, while I loaded four 50 QT bags into a regular cart. Some employees here are well trained and helpful, like Mike Sharp, but everyone else Ive encountered has been the opposite of helpful. Not in line with the brand I think Home Depot is trying to create. Customer service training may help. Its not a good look when your employees are too busy talking to each other to bother to be even vaguely helpful.Le sigh.
Would be nice to get some people in there that actually want to help customers, been going for years and it seems like no one really cares, bad attitudes. Younger male team members like to walk away while talking to you when you ask for help, or just straight up sarcasm. An educated plumbing professional is needed bad at this location.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. I’ve gone to this store for everything, never even contemplated another home improvement store. This last experience has driven me out for good. Ordered a new washer and dryer. Waited a week for it to arrive to find the new washer leaked on the first wash. They ordered a replacement, and we waited another week for that one to show up. Once it did, it had a huge dent in the front when they un packaged it. We refused delivery so they took the replacement and the original and left us with nothing. They ordered another and you guessed it, another week went by. 3 weeks we went without a washer because they can’t get it together. After the replacement was damaged I called the store I ended up dealing with a manager. We couldn’t wait another week for a washer, and we shouldn’t of had to. After several back and forth calls of getting nowhere with these people, he just stopped taking or returning my calls. What great customer service! These people are idiots. As a local contractor I’ve spent Hundreds of thousands of dollars in that store! I’ll never step foot in there again, for anything. And I’ll do my best to make sure nobody else I know does either. Shop at your own risk!
Disappointed in the lack of Customer Service from more than one associate. Two different gals at the Pro Desk. Each were terribly rude and we chose not to make a purchase as a result. Surely only a select few but it sent us directly to Lowe’s where we had a wonderful experience.
Great staff in this location. Has just about everything you would expect at a home depot and found everything I needed quickly. Ive always had good luck finding great clearance items at this location. Ive never had to do a return at this location though so I cant speak to that.
If you’re worried about your health and Covid 19, don’t shop here. I was in the store several times recently and each time I saw several people without masks. When I asked the cashier why they allowed people to come in without masks, she said they weren’t the police. That did it for me. Most stores in Traverse City are strictly adhering to the mask and social distancing guidelines that protect all of us. Not Home Depot.
I shop here often. Generally several times per week. The store is always clean and the employees are always polite when you interact with them. My major grievance with Home Depot is that their employees, more often than not, tend to ignore you as you walk around. When you do manage to track one down and ask them a question(e.g., where can I find this item, does your store carry x, y, or z), it is at best a 50/50 chance that they can answer it.
Tons of people standing around, but NO ONE can seem to actually help when you need them! They send you off to someone else whos useless! Seriously HD needs to start training people for the area they will be placed in or start firing people for acting or being ignorant.
Delivered us a broken dishwasher. We paid for instillation wich was alot and they didn’t know how to shut off the water. Currently they have no way to contact them as every number leads to a machine and I can’t find a email. So I’m hoping this post finds them and someone contacts me. It’s been over a week.... A really unprofessional/unorganized company
Went to buy a new lawn tractor, we got there, and there was nobody around to help us with our purchase. We went to the desk and they pointed out an associate named Mike, who told us he was with another customer, but he would be over to help us in just a minute. 25 minutes later, we went back to the front desk, and Mike had gone home, without helping us, or informing anyone else that we were waiting. Another 10 minutes later, we finally got some attention, the product we were interested in was no longer available, and the employee that helped us did not offer any sort of raincheck, or comparable deal on a similar product, which is standard customer service protocol. I work in construction, and we make several purchases on a regular basis, but if this is the kind of service we can expect from your company, I will see to it that our purchases will be made from your competitors.
Awful. Twice in 2 weeks went to HD. I purchased products (air compressor and yard trimmer) found out when I got home the products did not contain any accessories. Went to HD and they do not sell the accessories in the store. Stupid. I wont be purchasing anything more from the Home Despot.
Sorry to say Home Depot is getting worse all the time. They have screwed over so many employees that they are now at the bottom of the barrel and hiring anyone. Many employees have no clue about what they are doing and nearly zero ability to help you. The baskets and wagons have bad wheels and clunk and screech after you go get your one from the parking lot.The last three times Ive been in there they no one at the return register
Awesome people working here! I came in later needing the last crucial piece to finish the project - a small can of stain with a home depot only color.. Many team members assisted and special shout out to Katie, she even mixed the stain color after she had punched out! Thanks, you guys are amazing!!
Clean, helpful staff, nice kitchen remodeling area. They sometimes have a hotdog stand running in the store, which is a nice touch. Im marking it down for the wierd entrances and parking lot. There are 2 front entrances that you can enter as a shopper but as you enter, they sort of go off at an angle until you reach the actual inside of the store. Its awkward and off putting. There is also a pickup entrance which has shading, but you cant enter through there unless if you purchased something to load up. The plaza that its located in has probably the hottest parking lot of tc.
Been shopping at the HD since it opened, guess its time to use Lowes.I can NEVER get them to answer the the phone. I do spend a lot of money there, just recently a house full of appliances and a John Deere riding tractor.I started this review being upset by waiting for someone there to pick up.You guessed it, its still ringing. Dang...how long can this go on??????Still waitin...frickin discussed...more like The Home DontCareAlot
The good....It’s a big Home Depot and has mostly what you need. The bad...every time i come in there, the floor is cluttered with things blocking the aisles. Also, they allow dogs there which is fine, if they are people friendly. We were there Saturday March 3, 2018 and a Rottweiler mix was there. The dog kept going after people barking and trying to bite. I had my children with me. People shouldn’t have to be afraid to walk around an aisle and run into a dog. It’s only a matter of time before someone is bit and you get sued.
My mom went in to look at Refrigerators and possibly a stove. The man sat on his stool, reluctantly looking online for what she would need and did not want to really spend time helping us. We finally walked away and went to a different store. So tired of unhelpful workers.
I recently spent over $2,700.00 on new flooring and was assured multiple times the flooring materials would be in. Each day for a week now either myself or my contractor would follow up with the Pro Desk.Today I called to follow AGAIN and was told the ONLY way to track an order was via phone number or order number which i find to be a very poor way to search. The gal at the Pro Desk was not helpful was extremely RUDE therefore I had to escalate this issue further. I asked that she transfer me to a manager that could assist me in obtaining a delivery date. Finally I was told that the materials were arriving today....I was told the Same thing last week too.My home has been in disarray for over a week waiting for materials to come in.I also spent $550.00 on a new Dishwasher. So a total of $3,250.00 later and I promise I will NEVER go to Home Depot again.Lowe’s, Menards, McLeans, Do it Best etc...are MUCH better choices !!!
Super rude employee in Paint Section! Lady was in front of me in line and employee was in the middle of helping her, and without saying a word, just walked away from her and left her waiting holding her baby without a care in the world. I left after 5 more minutes of waiting and the lady just kept waiting with her baby since the employee left her there still needing her paint, I would recommend Walmart, they at least stick with a customer until they have finished.
Carts of merchandise clogging the aisles, out of stock on basic plumbing materials. Always seems to be understaffed.edit 06-09-2020. This place is worse than ever, no carts, out of stock and still a big mess! Cashier asked if I found everything then made excuses why it was out of stock. It is to bad that they were considered essential!!
I placed an online order to get a next day delivery on a refrigerator for our office. The online experience allowed no room for delivery customization or pick up requests for old appliances. After getting the 30 minute warning call from the delivery driver stating that he would be “dropping off our fridge at the front of our building” I called into the Traverse City location and spoke with the manager. He agreed to send two delivery drivers out nearly immediately (in 15 minutes) to come to the office to complete the order, FREE OF CHARGE. Which included placing the fridge where it needed to go and removal of the broken fridge. Excellent service and customer service, and why my office CONTINUES to be loyal customers. Thanks again!
Worst customer service. No training, customer service rep with a 3 years service pin couldnt figure out how to phone the credit card line. Employees yell across the store to ask the manager questions and the managers scream back. Aisles are full of carts full of empty boxes so you cant get down the aisles. I wont be going back. Menards all the way for me from now on.
We called for a specific kind of wood and they had it and we made sure they would cut it. She said no problem come on in! We get there and the man that was working the “cutting machine” said they he would not cut the board that small. Just makes me frustrated when one persons says one thing and another says something different. He was NOT happy, but he cut it and made sure we knew HE WOULD NOT DO IT AGAIN! Just don’t be rude, guy!
Well first of all they need electric wheel chairs or something better than old fashion wheel chairs for handicaps we cant push a wheel chair and a cart of stuff big stuff and its hard to get help there alot of workers doing nothing..A gave the cashier a coupon after she wrong my stuff up and she said I dont work that way. What? Who says that to a customer? Over it.
Home Depot in Traverse City seems to have decided to not enforce the wearing of masks. In MI wearing masks in public spaces is required and is supposed to be enforced by retailers. I will not be returning to this store or any other retailer that values money over the safety of their customers.
Went to Traverse City HD looking for a bathroom mirror, the one that I liked was out of stock.Looking for help , couldnt find one but later found Beth who was headed to her 15 minute break.WOW!! Not only did she not go on break but she stopped and helped order one and shipped to my house. She went ABCD on me, Above, Beyond, Call of Duty!!!Way to go Beth and I just got my mirror and its AWESOME Sauce!

2022-03-05Good selection of pretty much anything you could need for a home project. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Garden center is always well stocked. Appreciate the very large selection of smart home devices and LED light bulbs. Can’t think of a time they haven’t had what I needed!

2022-02-10Home Depot had tons of things you need and decent prices. Just dont use the in store pick up option EVER. Have used it before and hated how long the line for pick up was, even though item all paid for in line. No way to pick up without waiting in line. And its always a SLOOOOW line. Needed something this week and ordered on line to give it another try. Yikes. Just as bad and slow as before. They need to have combination lockers so prepaid items can be picked up without contact. And that wasnt as bad as trying to then return items I had bought on line and picked up the week prior! THEY STILL HAD THE YELLOW ORDER STICKERS ON THEM FROM THE STORE yet still got stuck with store credit on one item that somehow kept showing up as not returnable! Im going to try Lowes.

2022-05-17I can’t explain what an incredible experience I had her recently with a customer service worker named Drew. He was kind, patient, and so helpful when I found myself in a sticky situation with an instore and online order. I called the next day to praise him to his manager but was never able to get anyone on the line, so I’m here to leave a review and say Thank you SO MUCH for helping us out in what could have been a very stressful experience! :D

2022-02-05Just moved here. I have been to this store 3 times. I needed help all 3 times and was not impressed with customer service. The team members spent more time talking amongst themselves and telling me - Sorry, thats not my department or Im stocking and cant provide help. What a far cry from what Home Depot used to be... Now, Home Depot has become just another big corporation that made billions off the middle class that now could care less about people like me...Shop somewhere else.

2022-06-16Extremely disappointed with the lack of service at this store. I was purchasing lumber to build a shed. Had to ask for them to get 16 foot pressure treated 4 x 4s from the back so they knew what I was getting. SIX employees standing watching me load them! Seriously?? I spent $500 dollars in one trip to the store . Three carts fully loaded with the concrete and lumber combined. Will definitely be going to a different store for the rest of the shed.

2022-04-21We ordered dry wall and paid extra for them to bring it through the threshold… they called us to let us know they will not be doing that today(we paid extra for this service)they stated they would be leaving it on the WET GROUND! We tried to speak with someone so many times. No apologies just “I don’t know what to tell you” and snarky attitudes. Customer service was horrendous! Go somewhere else this place and their delivery service is a joke.

2022-04-02Everyone was helpful until I needed help with the amount of lumber needed for my Green house. The man I talked to said he didnt have time to look up the lumber needed. When I told him I was sent to him for help he told me to talk to a contractor. So I went to manards and got my lumber.

2022-06-24Im not a big HD fan but this store is my 2nd favorite of all the ones I visit in the state. Alpena is the best. It must be the northern Michigan people that make it nice.

2022-04-21I went shopping in the garden center/succulent end and I did get a plant… but wasn’t tooo crazy about the cashier a lil over bit of a over sharer and touchy… I did try to get away but got cornered and startled by the other garden center guy… I am a person who doesn’t like to be touched and like my bubble… I love the store and the friendliness but gonna probably have to start sending my bf to shop for plants or go somewhere else I don’t mind driving if it’s for something I like to do
