Highly recommended! The tub was delivered on the scheduled date. The recommended electrician was excellent and performed a better installation than expected! The staff we interacted with were super friendly. We’d buy from them again without hesitation!
I cannot thank Donnie and the team enough for the outstanding customer experience they provided to my husband and I. We purchased a master spa from them back in July. The pool came in early and we did not have our pad set up yet. They graciously agreed to store our hot tub until we were ready for it. They worked with us to coordinate a crane company to coincide with the delivery so that we could get our swim spa over our backyard fence. The delivery went flawlessly. Once the electrical was done, the team came back on site to assemble the steps, assemble the pool cover and to show us how to use the pool, change the filters and maintain the chemicals. Because this was all new to me, I had a lot of questions and they were very patient with explaining everything during the prep process, the delivery process, how to use the pool, how to maintain the pool and use the chemicals. If you are looking for a hot tub or a swim spa, I highly recommend the hot tub store in Rochester Hills. The team goes over and above to make sure their customers are fully satisfied not only at the time of purchase but throughout the process. I will definitely use them for all my swim spa needs and highly recommend them.
Mike helped us choose our next spa we where nervous going in but Mike took his time and was very patient with us. He did not try and sell us on the highest model he found a spa that fit and matched all our wants and desires. I was well taken care of and will definitely we returning Thankyou hottub store
We purchased our first ever hot tub, the Twilight Series 8.25 in early April (2021) and have really enjoyed it. We went to several hot tub stores before purchasing from the Hot Tub Store. Certainly, the hot tub has been great, but the no-nonsense upfront service has been exceptional. I didnt post a review immediately after buying, not because the experience wasnt good, but because we all know its what happens after the sale thats more important. This family-owned and operated business has been great every step of the way. Answering questions over the phone, providing money saving tips, and their willingness to help even when there wasnt a dollar sign $ attached to it has been great. I have and will highly recommend them to anyone interested in getting into a hot tub or swim spa.

We recently had a part break on our tub. The friendly staff at The Hot Tub Store sent a technician out the very next day to replace the broken part. They were very prompt and courteous. We are very satisfied with our tub and are glad we purchased it from this store.
I have never written a review before but felt compelled to offer a few thoughts after the remarkable service I received from this wonderful family owned business. My first point of contact was via phone with the owners brother who answered all my questions without any pressure to make the sale. When I visited their store, they took me thru all the options and details, offering a unit that met my needs (Twilight 7.2), rather than trying to upsell a more expensive model. Later, I had some questions and received friendly answers from a woman on their team. When I commented about how well treated I was by the two brothers, she said: They better treat you right because they are my sons! Even the delivery crew was great, placing it exactly where I wanted and provided me with directions about how to set it up. Along the way, they advised me on how to inexpensively prep my pad and referred me to a great electrical contractor for the 220 service. To cap it all off, both the tub and the contractor showed up when scheduled, which was quite the delight in todays world. Of course, the final and most important detail is that we now have a fantastic low maintenance hot tub which was installed just in time for having family home for the holidays. I would highly recommend this store if you are considering a hot tub!!
Bought our master spa at the hot tub expo at lakeside mall in mi. and sales person Mike D. really took care of us. Went to the Rochester Hills store to get more questions and talked to Donny and really helped us out with all our ideas and concerns, cant wait to get delivery of our tub.
Mike,Nick and Donnie were very friendly, no sales pressure. Showed us multiple options and helped us decide which Hot Tub that was best suited for our needs. Definitely recommend buying from these guys.
Update: They continue to lie in their response. I at no point used vulgar or disrespectful language and I made no offers because their selection was a joke.Drove 3 hours round-trip to go to the Michigan Hot Tub Expo that promised the largest display of hot tubs and swim spas in Michigan only to find out it was just a store in a strip mall with limited selection and no savings compared to any other store.Complete waste of time due to their false advertising.
We just purchased a hot tub from TheHotTubStore a couple weeks ago. We had the best experience with Nick. He wasn’t pushy at all, just very helpful, answering all of our questions. We had our 15 month old daughter with us and he was very patient as well. He even sent us a kids float toy which was so nice! We really wanted a hot tub before winter and he made it happen for us! We got it in a week! The men who delivered it were very professional and got in all set up, even when it started pouring rain the last few minutes. The hot tub is great, we absolutely love it and are so thrilled we finally made the decision to buy one. We went to plenty of other hot tub stores and all of them were overly priced, very pushy and said it would take at least a year to come in. We couldn’t recommend this place enough to all of our family and friends!
I almost bought one a few years ago and wished I did. These guys were great to work with and pricing was fair especially given current inflation and the market in general, nice and friendly staff. Will definitely be back here!
To sum up my experience in one word would be hard to do, but I would say AMAZING!!!My wife chose them based upon their reviews online and from the moment we walked into the store I see why the reviews are so great. Juan was our salesman and he was knowledgeable and friendly and most importantly not pushy. We also had the extreme pleasure to speak to Nick and Donny and a local celebrity who shall remain nameless, (she knows who I’m talking about. LOL.) I can’t say enough great things about everyone involved in helping us purchase our first hot tub. Delivery was smooth and the guys were awesome and super friendly. My plug was missing and Nick and Donny got their electrician out next day. He hooked me up and got me running and he was awesome too. Thank you for everything and I will brag about you to anyone who will listen, and if you want a hot tub with the best customer service this is the only place in Michigan to go. From start to finish, this company has been amazing! Donny answered all of my questions and educated me on all things hot tubs. Even after the purchase, he was very helpful when a question would arise. I appreciate that the hot tubs and parts are all American made. It’s also great that this is a family owned business. Feel free to shop around, but you won’t find the customer service and care like this anywhere else. How the company treats you after you make the purchase is just as important and The Hot Tub Store is top notch!
My wife discovered The Hot Tub Store and I’m so glad she did. They explained all the difference between one model and the next. They are very professional and knowledgeable. We picked out our hut tub and delivery was made in only a few days. The crew that delivered the tub was awesome. Everything is perfect. Every part of the hot tub we purchased is made in the USA. If you are looking for a hot tub you have to stop in and talk to the staff.
We purchased a 19D Trainer and love the dual feature - hot tub and pool. The entire staff was very helpful through the entire process. We filled the unit with well water and had bunch of problems all due to our poor water quality. Nick, Donnie and Spa Marvel were all very helpful in determining what we needed to do. We ended up having to empty and refill the tub using softened well water. Nick/Donnie gave us free filters and chemicals needed for the refill even though it was our poor water quality that caused the issue. Spa Marvel also stood behind their product and gave us 3 free new bottles of Spa Marvel Water Treatment and Conditioner even though is wasnt their issue that caused our problem. Great individuals working at two quality companies makes for a great experience for us. I very seldom write reviews but felt the need to recognize these outstanding individuals and companies. Dont hesitate to visit them for your new hot tub! You can be guaranteed to get a great product with incredible service.
I was extremely pleased with the service that was provided to me from the hot tub store employees. Nick and Helene are both very knowledgeable individuals in the hot tub space, and assisted me with ordering parts for my parent’s Master Spa. Also, Matt one of their technicians, came out to install the new part and was also very knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. He answered all of my questions regarding the Master Spa (all while fixing the broken part on the tub) and went out of his way to teach me some tips about cleaning and sanitizing the tub. I was impressed. Overall, I would recommend this small business to anyone looking for a replacement part for their tub, or if they are in the market for a new tub!
Went in about a week ago to purchase a hot tub! I came from a hot tub store in Warren where the staff were dismissive and not interested in helping. Complete opposite experience here!Juan and Donny are amazing and super friendly. They answered all my questions and I even called Donny as I was setting up the tub for him to walk me through what chemicals to use and everything! When I was browsing, Juan was really insightful, showing off all the features and getting me numbers when I asked about running costs and how each tub was different.I ended up with a great deal, an amazing hot tub, and knowing that theres a resource I can call if I have any more questions.EDIT: Went back when I had questions today, and once again, amazing experience. This is the store to buy your next hot tub from. The salesman, Donny did a fantastic job listening to our needs and describing the different benifits of each tub. I have really bad shoulders and lower back that really needs hydrotherapy. We ended up chosing a tub that not only met our needs but has all the bells and whistles that we were hoping to get but thought they were out of our price range. We have been researching different hot tubs and distributors and The Hot Tub Store definitely comes out on top for price and customer service. Donny and Nick (owner) made the whole experience fun. Let me first say 3 of my really good friends all bought from The Hot Tub Store and I can see why they highly recommended me them. I came to the store with an anticipated budget in mind and I met with the owner Nick. He made me feel at ease almost immediately and after telling him my budget worked with me and never tried to upsell me at anytime and gave me the pros and cons of all the tubs and to allow me to decide which one best suited for my family. The anticipated delivery time was 3-4 weeks and came in just around the 3 week mark. They scheduled me for immediate delivery once they had the tub. Matt, Tyrone and Matthew delivered the tub with ease and were all kind, professional and allowed me to ask a multitude of questions responding back with the same enthusiasm as I had being a new hot tub owner. On top of it all Nick is readily available with any questions and guarantees customer service every time. I am fortunate to have found their local and family owned store and can’t stress it enough if you’re looking for your first hot tub like I was - first come to The Hot Tub Store!!!!
There are quite a few Hot tub stores in the area. Save yourself some time and shopping around and check out The Hot Tub Store at Rochester Rd and Avon Rd in Rochester.They had the tub I wanted in stock and didn’t price gouge. The delivery was super quick and easy and from start to finish the process was great? Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The Master Spa brand is superior to most and it seems like a great quality product.Thank you for the great experience
They have the absolute best customer service I have ever experienced in my life! Years after buying a Hot Tub they still are so helpful. The hot tub is great I have owned four other hot tubs starting with a redwood hot tub which were the first to come out and the other ones I had gave me lots of issues. The hot tub I got here is so simple to maintain and has never had an issue in 2 years!
In July, I purchased a hot tub from a local competitor - Lifestyles Hot Tubs. A delivery timeline of 10 to 12 weeks turned out to really mean 7 months. The timeline was not as much the problem as the blatant dishonesty and horrible customer service. As the experience continued to get worse with no returned calls and nobody answering phones, I cancelled my order (driving to 2 locations to accomplish that).After doing more research on hot tubs, it led me to The Hot Tub Store where I met Donny and Nick - brothers who own and operate the store. I immediately went from the worst experience buying a hot tub to the best. Nick and Donny are extremely knowledgable and spent a tremendous amount of time sharing their knowledge. They not only had a tremendous amount of knowledge about Master Spas, they also knew everything about the original hot tub I purchased.I ultimately purchased the TS 8.2 and was fortunate to get the hot tub delivered very quickly as I was able to get a tub that was already sold but the customer was not able to take delivery until spring. They went out of their way to help every step of the way and delivered the tub a week ahead of originally scheduled. Nick and Donny have been amazing thus far and I am confident they will continue to support me and the tub for years to come. It is evident they take great pride in their business and the customers they serve.After a horrible experience, I am grateful it didnt work out. I was able to do business with a much better company run by better people who sold me an amazing tub. I would recommend The Hot Tub Store to anyone. Thank you both!
After shopping at nearly all the hot tub stores in a 50 mile radius, we ended up choosing an amazing tub from The Hot Tub Store. We spoke at length with the store owner, Nick, as well as some of the other employees (Hi, Jeff!) and had a great experience. They were extremely knowledgeable without ever making us feel pressured, or dumb about what we didn’t know. I can’t recommend The Hot Tub Store enough!
Purchased in September and received in October. Very happy with my experience from sales to set up to the electrician that wired my unit. This is my second hot tub. Very happy I didn’t go with bromine hot tub which was my first tub experience. I was skeptical at first but the water is so much easier to maintain. Very happy with my purchase. Thank you!
Purchased a Master Spa Twilight series on August 1st and Juan was our sales rep. Juan was extremely helpful as well as knowledgeable on the products. The spa was finally delivered on February 23rd (due to high demand for the spas). The delivery crew from Canton, OH was very professional and managed to get the spa down our hillside to the back of the house. A distance of over 150 feet! The store reps are very helpful and friendly. Seems to be a family run business and they all are so good to work with. I never felt I was being pressured on anything. Thanks gang!! Looking forward to enjoying our new spa!
If you are looking for a hot tub, this is the ONLY place that you should go to. Everyone here is very knowledgeable in what they are selling to you, family owned and operated ...they treat you like family too, every time you stop in! We purchased a MasterSpa twilight series.... it is amazing!! Super happy with our choice and even more grateful for the education we received while we were there trying to make our decision on this purchase. Better yet, this Spa is made in the USA. My husband and I were very pleased with our experience and love our hot tub! Donny answered all of our questuons and guided us to our perfect hot tub. We didnt know much going into the process, but learned so much about the quality of product lines and how to care for our tub. We were drawn to the family owned business and American made parts. We got the MasterSpa Balance 8. He even was able to reccomend a reputable architect and crane company to get it installed safely on our deck. We use it nearly everyday. Weve had it for about a month and no regrets! I would definitely reccomend this place!
After stopping at multiple spa stores, we landed here and are so glad we did! Customer service was impeccable even with us showing up 10 minutes to close. I cant say enough about the service we received at from Juan and the entire staff at The Hot Tub Store. My wife suffers from chronic back pain and we had researched that hot tubs can be extremely beneficial to helping ease that pain. Unfortunately we know very little about hot tubs so we were really in need of help. Juan was incredibly informative and knowledgeable about not only the hot tubs themselves, but about the therapeutic properties of using one. When he learned that my wife is a doctor, and on her feet for 14 hour shifts with no breaks, he went above and beyond to ensure that we had the best possible hot tub at the best possible price. I would recommend Juan to anyone in the market without hesitation.

One store actually gave us a card with a web address and said call us with any questions and rushed us out the door. Then we found the Hot tub store! Tyrone was an excellent technician. Not only did he fix my hot tub but he took the time to go over all the general maintenance I should be doing. My issue with the tub was not even maintenance related he just wanted to make sure I knew how often to change the filters change the water how often to use the chlorine excellent service

2022-04-15My husband and I went to the Hot Tub store last weekend. I was actually dreading looking for the right tub and having to deal with the pressure of a sales person. With many manufacturers making hot tubs its hard to determine what a good buy is. I could not have been happier with the whole experience. From the minute we walked in the door we were greeted and approached by the owner who was up front honest and genuine. We ended up buying a Master Spa and are so excited. Donny was so approachable and knowledgeable. Juan was also kind and helpful. We appreciate the timethat was spent ensuring we were making the best choice for our needs. Thanks so much guys!!

2022-02-28Nick and Donny are amazing to work with!! I have been a proud owner of the hot tub for over a year. Anytime I need anything, I can drop by the store and they will help me out. I am currently working with them on moving my hot tub locally to a new home. It’s last minute, oversized (9x8’) and it’s freezing outside. Because I’m Dutch - I shopped around and not only can Nick and Donny get it done, but also at a very competitive price. They took some of the stress out of a very stressful time. I value and appreciate them and their knowledge and expertise throughout the hot tub ownership process. Excellent customer service all the time! Can’t imagine a better team to work with when buying/owning a hot tub.

They listened to our needs and did not try to sell us a model we did not need. Even though our hot tub isn’t delivered until next week I can’t imagine the experience being any different. 2022-02-28My Wife and I were shopping for a hot tub for about 3 weeks. I wish we came here first and saved ourselves the trouble.. Donnie and Nick werent pushy what so ever, told it like it was while at the same time very welcoming as soon as you walked in. Were able to fit a tub to my wife and Is needs and budget right away. We had shopped multiple stores; they didnt come close to comparing with The Hot Tub Store. Biggest show room with the most options. Best in price. Best in water treatment options. Color combo options. The list goes on! What really caught our attention was they had a ton of tubs in stock! We purchased our tub on a Monday and delivery was set up a week later exactly. Would 100% recommend making this your first stop.

2022-06-07I bought my Hot Tub almost one year ago. I had a small leak due to a defective part and the Hot Tub Store Service team promptly solved it. In less than 48hours ! 2021-10-15Very friendly and helpful staff, never too pushy with the sale. I was having issues getting my patio installed. Which delayed the delivery of my hot tub, due to the contractors not the hot tub store. When I called to let them know it’s gonna be a few more months they said no worries at all. They told me that they leased additional warehouse space so they could store everyone’s hot tub’s, at no additional cost. The hot tub was delivered installed exactly where it was needed and then they even referred me to an electrician that hooked it up within the week. Could not be happier with the products and the service, highly recommend these guys

2022-04-04We came in about a half hour before they closed for the day, and walked out having bought a tub. It took at least 2 hours at all the other local stores we went to get through everything, so I really appreciated how easy it was to work with our sales rep Juan. We got all the answers we needed quickly and he guided us to the right tub for our needs. Low pressure and we got a great deal in the end. Looking forward to getting our made in America tub!
