Save your money, this place is awful. Overpriced for what you get and the lashes fell out in less than 4 days. Ive been getting lash extensions for 2 years and had to find a back up while my normal girl was out on maternity leave, so I decided to try the Lash Lounge. I went in on a Tuesday and lost every lash by Friday. I tried to call to speak to someone about it but they dont answer the phone and only respond via text message. I went back for a re do which was also underwhelming. It was also disappointing because they only do 25-40 lashes depending on the level of the stylist, which is ridiculous for what they charge. Id recommend going ANYWHERE else. This place is trash.
My eyelash stylist that made me fall in love with my extensions and has gotten me to keep coming back for almost a year and half now is....ALICIA K...always love my eyelashes the second I look at myself in the mirror.When I came to her I was so lost...I had no idea how to care for my lashes and my lashes were falling out. At the beginning I was there every week getting half refills.Then I met Alicia K. She told me what we could do to get the look that I wanted. Then she walked me through eyelash maintenance. She really took her time to teach me. She is also great to talk to when I get my lashes done. The time flies when we start talking.I love my experience with the Lash Lounge! I’ve been coming here the past few months and absolutely love the service.I’ve had Brooke as my lash tech at every appointment. She’s such a sweetheart & I love talking to her! I’ve also had an appointment with Alicia and she is just as amazing!For the longest time i was hesitant about getting lashes. I jumped and ta da! Best decision ever.I was worried about the nightmare stories of “fake lashes ruin your current lashes” or “fake ones fall out like crazy”. Never had any of those problems. So i suggest if you are a newbie interested in lash extensions, come here! The quality of the lashes are fantastic.I will continue to come!

This was my first time having eyelash extensions. After much digging I ended up here at the Lash Lounge in Rochester Hills. Crystal was fabulous! She spent time with me during the consultation, and the process was very comfortable. I love that she said at each fill we will see how my lashes are doing and we can make any changes or modifications if my preference for the look changes. Heather at the front of the house was very efficient and pleasant. They also have all of the products you need to maintain your lashes in a bright, open reception area.Great first visit, and I already set up my fill in appointment.
I see Charlene for occasional eyelash tinting. She always does a phenomenal job. She explains everything shes doing, step-by-step. Excellent technique; I never have any stinging in my eyes and my lashes look great afterward. Its a very relaxing appointment; I almost wish it took longer.Update: April 26, 2022 Im still seeing Charlene about every 6 weeks for eyelash tinting. Its actually an appointment I look forward to. Charlene is very personable, and quite knowledgeable and talented in her craft. Shes always on time but never rushed during my appt.
I’ve come to Brooke with the worst case scenarios (grill frying off half my lashes) and she’s quick and makes me look great!

My eyelash fill was with Renee and she was great. This was my first time getting a fill in with Renee. She makes you feel comfortable and is easy to talk with. She has a feather like touch and the lashes look great.

Heather is an amazing Manager who genuinely puts the client first. She’s always very kind and goes above and beyond servicing her clients. She’s very knowledgeable about the services offered and responds in a timely manner. I want to also write about 3 lash artists.Melissa - She is a Top Notch Last Artist! Her volume refills are full, voluminous, and stunning. She has a soft touch and really focuses on quality over time. She never rushes her work and I really appreciate the time she takes. I’ve been going to her since the beginning. She’s very knowledgeable in handling my blonde, short lashes. I always feel comfortable with her and her work. I highly recommend Melissa if you’re picky and like perfection.I also want to extend a review on Taylor and Alicia. Both of these lash artist are phenomenal themselves. I want to also give these ladies a 5 star review. Whenever Melissa was unavailable, these ladies provide me with jaw dropping lashes that I always receive compliments on!If you’re looking for clean, professional, and friendly lash artist I would highly recommend Melissa, Taylor and Alicia in Rochester. It was so relaxing and painless, I actually dozed off. Checking out, Nancy helped me figure out the best products and maintenance program so I feel set. *If you dont want to read the whole thing look at the conclusion of my story toward the end 😁The girl that put my lashes on Elizabeth was the bomb. But I think for me this will be a one time thing. Idk. Im on the fence. Lashes are already half gone and it cost over $200.00 then you have to go in for refills every two weeks. They do have plans but then they sell you other stuff. Just way too expensive for my blood. 😆 So Idk. Decisions, Decisions. Its great if your going camping so you dont have to worry about makeup. 😉 it was a fun experience. ✌️*UPDATE* Well I went back and purchased the membership Im very happy with the results. Elizabeth is very knowledgeable and blast to talk to. What I didnt realize is you cannot submerge your face under water or you can lose your lashes. I went camping and swimming that whole weekend and submerged myself. 😆 So my fault my lashes didnt last. I will continue to go back. Thanks Elizabeth. 😁September 17th 2021 I Had Charlene today and she was amazing. I enjoyed our talk she is friendly, kind and smart. She did a great job on my eyelashes.Thanks Charlene. * UPDATE:* Had Alicia today, Oct.11th she is really good too. And easy to talk too, for some reason I spilled my guts out to her and she patiently listened. 😆 She was sweet, smart and a blast to talk to. Thanks so much Alicia, I hope I didnt scare you too much with my stories. 😳THE CONCLUSION UPDATE: So I CANCELLED my membership and got my eyelashes done for the last time the majority of them fell out within 3 days. When they started to fall off I realized I have NO LASHES OF MY OWN in some areas almost like if the glue may have stunted or stopped the growth of my REAL lashes. I dont know. My eyes look horrible, like two bald eagles or something. I hope this doesnt happen to anyone else. This is just my experience. NEVER AGAIN for me. Gosh I hope they grow back. 🥺😭 I changed my rating from 5 to 3.

I had the pleasure of having Melissa take care of my lashes extensions. Today was my second appointment for lashes fill in, and it was as great as i expected. Melissa is processional, ploite, and talented.I also have phopia that I dont like anything touching my lashes or my eyes, even my eye doctor knows that it is a drama session to give me an eye exam😁. However, with Melissas patience and gentleness, I think I am getting over my fears.Treat yourself for an appointment with Melissa. I now know what Im getting all my beloved female friends for Chritmas 😍😍.
I absolutely love this business so much. I have gotten extensions at other places before and did not realize that they are not supposed to feel like anything. I always go with Crystal, she is so kind and goes above and beyond to make sure I am always looking my best and that nothing is irritating my eyes. I had an eyelash tint and lift, Brooke was excellent! I barely felt it when she was adjusting the eyelashes and the solutions, she explained every step as this was my first time getting a lift professionally and I loved the result!
Melissa is amazing she’s been doing my eyelashes for a year and a half now and just as you skin changes with age and the seasons your eyelashes change too and she always adjusts to me needs wether it’s a change in glue or eyelash type she is truly amazing with her technique!
Elizabeth was great. I’ve had my lashes done several times from different salons and different lash techs. Elizabeth is by far the best set of lashes I have ever had. I was always unhappy to walk out of these places looking like Minnie Mouse lashes -she took her time and my lashes turned out full and natural. I will be back to Elizabeth from now on!

My stylist Melissa does a phenomenal job every time however, I cancelled my membership due to another issue with the schedule. I’ve had to cancel/re-schedule my appointments several times (they send a text to let me know it’s not going to work out for that day even though I scheduled weeks prior) at no fault of my own which I was willing to overlook. Today, I was informed that my upcoming appointment was no longer going to work so they had to re-schedule but since the schedule was full, they said I could re-schedule with another stylist but I would be charged an extra $10 because it was a ‘senior’ stylist. So I have to wait for an appointment that is further out, not with my requested stylist and I’m getting charged more?! Very unprofessional and unfortunately, it is the reason I will no longer be coming here.
I went there and had my Lashes with Brooke she is AMAZING, they look incredible, she was very nice, and informative every time i asked her something, quiet and respectful allowing me to relax while i was getting my Lashes done, 100% Recommend and will definetely go back. Recepcionist could be better, or inform you about promotions, or act like they care that you are the, it will be the only thing i would improve about it.
Words do not describe how incredible The Lash Lounge in Rochester Hills is, and especially how fabulous Melissa is! Melissa is an absolute sweetheart, and does an INCREDIBLE job on my lashes. My appointments with her are like therapy! Not only is she an expert at what she does, she genuinely cares about her clients! I always leave my appointment feeling better and happier than I did when I arrived; not only because of the amazing job Melissa did on my lashes, but because of the genuine care she displays. This was my first experience with lash extensions with Brooke! She was extremely professional and personable which is nice when getting something like this done because it does take a little bit of time. I’m a mom to a toddler so getting to relax in a welcoming environment was a really nice treat. The extensions were great, I wear glasses and contacts and had no issue with the lashes interfering at all. Would 10/10 recommend coming here and to Brooke for all of your lash needs!

I have been getting my eyelashes done for a few years. I have been to many different salons and never been100% satisfied. I have to say that when I had Gabriela do my eyelashes the first time, I knew that I finally found the best of the best! Not only she does amazing work but, she makes me feel like I am the only client she has. Very professional, helpful, and very pleasant young lady.

I absolutely LOVE this place!!! Im very blonde so my natural face has invisible brows and lashes and Im a roll out of bed type of person that will not take the time to put on makeup. It makes a huge difference just seeing me in lashes. Makes my eyes brighter and makes me feel better about myself. I love going to see Meredith. She is very professional but fun which I love! Also Im a talker so its nice that shell chat with me :-D. I know many people like to just fall asleep which shell let you do but if youre like me and just cant shes great for conversation during the process! And she is SO sweet. My lashes always look best when Meredith does them and stay on the longest which Ive had a problem with other girls Im not sure if its how the others washed my lashes or the glue used but Meredith seems to be able to keep mine long lasting!! I will note that I wash/care properly Im just SUPER oily and my lashes get really oily so I think its when not washed as well then they attach they come unglued faster because of my oils. So if youre like me and want long lasting beautiful roll out of bed lashes... Meredith is your girl!! :-)

All the staff are super friendly, informative, and do such a clean and professional job. I got my lashes done by Daniella, and she was awesome! So I’ve never had extensions done before and when I went in for them Brooke made me feel totally comfortable and did a fantastic job! She analyzed what my eye set was and how my natural lashes laid and took that all into consideration before applying a set customized for me. She was also so gentle and fun to talk to I never once felt rushed or uncomfortable.

My lash stylist Marley was very thorough in discussing the different options, the care of the lashes and the next continued steps as well as other options and services. She also helped me understand most Importantly what others do not; what was best for my lashes (length, strength, overall care and optimal look). You will get the best overall experience, and what’s most Important to me, the honesty of your eye/lash health. I am absolutely excited and very satisfied with my lashes and the health of my lashes! Had first full set of eyelash extensions done by Crystal. She was amazing! Ive never had extensions done before and Ive always been weird about others touching my face. She made me feel comfortable and answered all of my questions. She rocks! She did an awesome job with my more natural classic extensions, exactly what I was picturing.
I love Melissa...she is detail oriented and takes her time. I believe that signing up for a plan is a great option if you can wear lashes without any issues. However it is not accommodating to people that don’t do well with fake lashes, since it sounds like for one full set and one refill I paid almost $300. This is an corporate issue and doesn’t say anything about the Rochester location, which is terrific. I would recommend Melissa 🥰
Crystal Z. did it again! Left me leaving the Lash Lounge feeling like a new person! My lash refills were done to perfection. So light I could not feel them or see them through my eyes and not a snag of glue on a lash!
The Lash Lounge is hands down the best eyelash extension establishment. Their staff is trained to provide above and beyond quality and service. My lash artist Charlene is super personable and friendly and I cannot get over how skilled and professional she is at what she does. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my lashes!

Marley is extraordinary in so many ways. Her work is exceptional, my lashes not only last at least three weeks, they still look very good when I go in for my fill. But just as important is her customer service - which I mean as customer care. I swear she has a calming aura, which is so pleasant when you are having personal services performed. I have been going to the Lash Lounge in Rochester Hills since they opened.
Daniella is amazing and my lashes look great everytime I leave her! Never had an issue with lashes and she is by far the best lash stylist I’ve had ever! They never feel heavy or chunky. She is amazing and I will keep coming back!
First of all, MELISSA is the BEST. I always feel like a new person when I get my lashes done by her. She is extremely talented and she is an awesome person. I love coming here so much, I literally look forward to coming back as I walk out the door. Melissa always makes sure Im well taken care of, the shop is always super clean, and everyone is very friendly. 10/10!
Just got my lashes done by Melissa and I love them! They look so natural and she talked to me about all of my options that i didn’t even know i had, and things I liked and didn’t like during my consult. Which made it feel like so custom to me! Will definitely be back!

Brooke was PHENOMENAL (again!!). She literally takes the time to get to know you and understand what you want exactly! She is so knowledgeable and helpful when it came to understanding products and what I should be doing to keep my lash extensions lasting longer! The staff is so friendly and facilities are so clean! I will never go anywhere else, this place is definitely worth the money!

Have been seeing Melissa and have nothing bad to say! I love how my lashes look and I get so many compliments. One time I switched stylists simply due to a schedule conflict and I was underwhelmed. I came back to Melissa and told her what I didn’t love and she made sure to get my lashes back to how I love! Highly recommend the Lash Lounge. I have the monthly membership and it is so convenient
I’ve been a member for about a year and have NEVER had a bad experience. I just had to switch stylists b/c my last one doesn’t do the Lashes I wanted. I actually postponed switching for several months even though I wanted the thicker volume JUST B/C I loved Brooke (my old stylist) THAT MUCH. But I finally made the plunge last month and Charlene (my new Stylist) is WONDERFUL also. You just can’t go wrong at the Lash Lounge!!
I love getting my lashes done. I always come here and see my girl Sherry S. She takes great care of me and its always great to see her. The salon is very clean, service is great. A little pricey, but if you get the membership during a promo, its def worth it.
If you are going here to get your lashes done.. you need to request Gabriela.. she has taken care my lashes and me for the last year. I don’t plan on stopping! My lashes are prefect each and everytime!! They are natural and beautiful I get compliments all all day long and everyone thinks they are naturally real!! Love love love them and her!!!!

I love the way my lashes turned out, the membership they offer, and how the communicate (via text during open hours). 3 stars! What I didn’t like is when I came in for a fill the lash tech brought me back and then asked why I didn’t fill out paperwork... I’d never been there before but I was never Offered paperwork. The way she acted was like I was already supposed to know this. However, the service desk was really nice about it and gave me everything I needed to fill out and helped me with my membership. I just feel the experience was impersonal. I only came here because my prior lash lady is so booked and has limited hours, she no longer works with my schedule.
Crystal Z was wonderful. She explained everything she was doing and was very gentle. I fell asleep at least 3 times! And my lashes look outstanding - I would definitely recommend this place to get your extensions done 😊
Marley is the master stylist and the best!She has been doing lashes for years and it really shows! I had a bad job done from another salon and she took me in (without removing what I had on, because I cant go without my lashes!!), explained what she was going to do different and how we could achieve healthier lashes and after years of seeing only her I am still a faithful client of hers!

So I gave it a one star because for being a lash salon I was expecting way better results than what I got. When I attended my appt. for a classic set I knew that classics are a 1:1 application. As my appt. ended and went home I realized I had spots with missing lashes up to 5 in a spot without extension. And to be honest looked like I needed a fill. I went back the next day and the stylist who attended me said for it being a classic set corporate salon it works different and they use 60 -70 lashes per eye on a customer (so basically if you have full natural lashes get ready to pay more).The stylist Alicia added 80 per eye but still seemed empty in a way. Melissa who was the second stylist who attended me mentioned that my being my eye a bigger shape and bigger lash line I would need an extra fill- “meaning paying more” If this information was given to me at the beginning I would have book the appt. I can say both stylist were very polite and gentle. Unfortunately I did not like the outcome it did not meet my expectations, I will not be coming back to this salon.

About 4 months ago I decided I wanted to get eyelash extensions. I was very nervous about doing it, but really wanted to try them. I did my research and based on reviews and friends I decided I would go to Lash Lounge to get them put on. I’m so so happy I chose Lash Lounge. The spa is beautiful, clean and so relaxing. More importantly my girl, Gabriela, is the best. She is so gentle, works quickly, and the end result is just beyond perfect. I always feel so beautiful when I get my lashes refreshed, and I enjoy my time with Gabriela. I love her, Lash Lounge and I highly recommend Gabriela and the salon. If you’re nervous, don’t be, it’s the best decision I’ve made. Love my lashes.
Really pretty, clean and cozy space. Everyone is super friendly and professional. I’ve been to a lot of places in the Rochester Hills and Royal Oak area and this is hands down my favorite. Daniela did my lashes, I wanted a more natural look and that’s exactly what I got! She helped me pick the perfect set for the look I wanted and they came out perfect! She is also super nice and quick which is always a bonus. Overall, great experience and I would highly recommend Daniela.

I was really afraid to get volume lashes because I thought it might be too much but I was also afraid classic lashes wouldnt be enough. Marley offered an alternative that she said is really popular in the industry now, which was hybrid. A perfect mix of the two! I couldnt be happier! They still look natural but gave me more of a look than my everyday look, definitely not too much though! She was a very sweet girl and informative.

Marley is always concerned with the health of the natural lash. Shes honest and isnt afraid to tell you to take a break from the extensions if she feels its needed! I had some sparse spots in my lash line and she sold me the lash lounge neulash growth serum. I didnt want to take a break so she told me she would go down in thickness so my natural lashes could support the extensions. Everytime I come in for an appointment Marley updates me on my new growth. I really respect her opinion a lot and she always finds ways to make her clients happy.

I have major anxiety. When I came in for my appointment, I was very apprehensive. Marley made me feel very comfortable and while the perm solution was on, Marley held my head in a comforting way. She kept me updated on how much time was left, never made me feel alone and made me feel like there was no reason to worry. After my service i cried over how happy i was with the overall experience. I would recommend her to everyone!
Marley is by far my favorite lash technician and is the best at doing it!! She is the reason that I drive 20 minutes to Rochester instead of going to a place down the street from my house. She has perfected the art of doing lashes, which has gotten me several compliments almost everywhere I go! She is one of the most flexible, reliable, and sweet lash techs I have ever met. I recommend any person seeking a lash tech to try her out! I have also gotten my eyebrows threaded by Crystal multiple times, and of course she does an amazing job making sure to thread my brows to a perfect shape (and not too thin). Crystal is truly an all around amazing artist that knows the best for all of her clients!

I always leave with the best looking lashes that last a long time. The customer service at the front desk is wonderful and they treat everyone with respect and kindness. 2022-03-18Melissa was AMAZING!!! She definitely understood the assignment. Most places make my eyebrows way too thin even when I asked for them to just be cleaned up. They turned out perfect. So if you are a guy wanting to clean up your eyebrows, see Melissa and she will do them perfectly. She was also very friendly and took her time. Would recommend for anyone.

2022-01-07This was my first time getting my lashes lifted and I went with this company. It is a bit pricey, but the service was worth it to me. My stylist Melissa was wonderful, professional and made sure that I was aware of the process!The online communication when booking online is outstanding. The staff made sure that I was aware of when my appointment was and if there were changes they made sure that I was aware and had other stylists and options to choose from my original.

2022-06-21I had the most awful experience here at Lash Lounge of Rochester. they reached out to me and asked for my experience and I did not offer any solution. The lash tech, Lena rush through my lashes and the store manager was absolutely rude to me. She said she had didn’t have enough time when I had scheduled enough. It’s a week later now and all of my lashes are gone. Please see photos. The first two are photos from when the lashes were filled that day. It looks like I need to fill in already! I will not be coming back. Do NOT recommend, especially Lena.. avoid this tech at all costs! Super unprofessional and does not care about her work at all!

2022-02-25I got my lashes tinted with Daniella! She was super nice and a lot of fun to work with. I was expecting more from the tinting but they look better the next day so I’m happy :) I tint my brows somewhere else but might try lash lounge at some point. I saw everyone getting extensions and they looked awesome!

2022-06-02Love this place, best threading in the area! The pricing is great too, especially with the quality of work these ladies do. Charlene is amazing!!! You can tell she takes so much pride in her work, my eyebrows almost never end up even but she evened them out perfectly. I also have very sensitive skin and she used cortisol afterwards, and for the first time since I’ve gotten my eyebrows threaded, I didn’t have any redness or bumps after! The front desk staff is also so welcoming each time I come in. I’d recommend Lash Lounge in Rochester to anyone in the area!

2022-06-06I love all the staff. My lash tech is Lena and she does very good. Always a very natural look. Although, you do have to pay a whole lot to get a full look out of the lashes and it’s not the techs fault, I believe. I think this is just the way they are set up. But very great and professional setting. Great service. But you will need a fill every two week with the way they do lashes. I just never seem to get a fuller look after paying a lot extra. This is just for the people who possibly don’t like spending tons or struggling, It’s fine for a while but just so you know.
