I hadn’t noticed that the generator and water wasn’t included until hours before delivery and they were understanding and threw it in at no extra charge. Rob and Tyler were a pleasure to deal with. Comment: Everyone I communicated with was professional and courteous. Delivery was a little earlier than I anticipated, so Edwin showed me a photo of where he had placed my rental. I asked if he could move it slightly and by the time I arrived we discussed that it was not the safest option due to a slope of the ground. He patiently moved the trailer again to make sure it was in a location that worked best for our needs. Edwin was friendly and answered my questions while we waited to make sure the refrigerator trailer was cooling to an appropriate temperature. Excellent service; recommend this vendor.
