Comment: This law firm is a joke and their ratings and reviews on Google must be made up. I am %1000 dissatisfied with their lack of help and services regarding my injury case. Dont expect to actually speak to a lawyer if you call them. Their promise of being up front and communicative with their clients is a blatant lie. They dont actually do work for your case, they just delegate it off to smaller more obscure firms. Youre better off representing yourself. DO NOT HIRE THESE SNAKES!!Edit 7/12/19 - still no response or reply to this review. So you know they dont care. All they have to do is sit back and let idiots sign their paperwork so they can SCAM the client out of their money. Q: Do legitimate and trustworthy law firms need to advertise their services at all?(television, billboards, written ads) A: NO, they do not. Run far and fast from this sham business.Edit 2/25/20 - I see someone at LHP has been tasked with responding to my review. I already stated why Im dissatisfied with this law firm. Its far too late to try to reach out for customer service sake. I dont feel like being on hold and then eventually getting told Ill get a call back in a week or two once a paralegal feels like talking. Ive already retained a REAL lawyer who actually cares about me and my case. Comment: My wife and my kids got into an accident. Called larry H parkers office. They sweet talked her into singing for a case. When it came to the settlement they changed her way to much. She took home les then a 3rd of the settlement. When it came to my kids they got paid but said with all the fees our kids would get nothing. We argued and got something but like with my wife they got less then a 3rd of what the insurance paid. To top it off they are rude and unprofessional. Made my wife call and get paperwork that they should have done in the first place. Please save your time and stress and find a better law firm.

Comment: This review is longer overdue and quite frankly I’m still pissed about it. Back in 2014-2015 I started a lawsuit against Amazon because of a personal injury in which would have never happened had they followed their own safety guidelines. I don’t remember which attorney took my case but he was definitely a snake. I had to go meet up with him to discuss my case and a possible settlement. I took my guardian with my at the time because I knew I would not understand anything. After driving for almost 2 hours to their office. I met uwith my assigned attorney. He had informed me that Amazon had made an offer with a very small settlement. My guardian, myself, and the attorney all agreed that the amount was very little and it would not cover my expenses for the doctor’s appointments, pain, and suffering. So he had me signed stating that we aren’t accepting the settlement. About a month later I received a check in the mail of the settlement check that we all agreed that I would not accept. When I tried to get a hold of the attorney he was out of office but on vacation possibly with the money Amazon paid him to sell me out. I remember the commercial would say that he would fight for you but they only fight for themselves to benefit their pockets. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU TRY A DIFFERENT FIRM.

I had to continuously call ( they never initiated a call) and when I did the lawyer(s) handling my case had to constantly remind herself who I was and review her notes each and every time I called.A driver running from the police w/ o his lights (10pm) T boned me coming out of a McDonald’s. I could have been killed ( he was doing 80mph) the police did not have their sirens or lights on. This law firm did not go after the city…? Just took the uninsured motorist money from my own insurance co. ( yup he had no insurance) how lazy can a law firm be.. smh..

Comment: For the most part I had an extreme mishandling of my case. I started off my case with Margaret Woods. On three separate occasions, the first being the police report, I had contacted Margaret to check on status and she told me she was waiting on documents to move forward, and on every occasion, I forwarded her emails showing her I had sent them weeks prior. Several times documents were not achieved and I had to do the work I was paying this law firm for. Ms. Woods then advised me to go to both my hospital and their separate doctor to rack up bills, when I wanted to solely visit my doctor. In the end, because I also visited their doctor, I lost several thousand dollars out of my final settlement. An extreme mishandling on her part. I also asked Margaret if I could reach out to my insurance, as I had medical payments as part of my policy, and I was running out of funds to pay bills. She told me it was not possible, I couldnt. A few weeks later I received notification from my insurance they had sent a $2000 check to the law offices. I now couldnt access this money. The worst part was they ended up taking their percentages out of that money because they technically requested the money after they told me I couldnt. Money that is technically only meant for medical costs. Again, they mishandled and I ended up paying for it. In June of this year, Margaret informed me she had sent over the final settlement request and it should be in shortly thereafter (they had 30 days to respond). Six weeks later I called to check in as Margaret was not responding to my emails. I was told Margaret was no longer handling my case and they didnt know who was. As you can imagine, I was both infuriated and terrified. They said they would try to figure it out and give me a call the next day. I was later called by Marilyn, who at first was not the most friendly (she later did get things wrapped up which Im grateful for), and told that NOTHING had been sent over to my insurance. Not only had Margaret lied about sending over the settlement but I had been waiting over a month and no one at these law offices was diligent enough to contact me. If I hadnt been doing the work they were supposed to do, my case may still be sitting untouched. I was later put in touch with a supervisor and once again documents I gave the supervisor, (surgery quotes from doctor) were not shared and would not have been included if I had not double checked. To top it off, I was informed of my final settlement the beginning of August and told it would be direct deposited soon thereafter. A month later I reached out and they told me my payment had been deposited into my bank 8 days prior. The money was nowhere to be found. My bank confirmed no payment was attempted. Today I FINALLY received my final settlement and am still having to take care of a hospital bill on my own. I am thankful that this whole ordeal is over but I firmly believe my case was extremely mishandled and do believe they didnt deserve the money they took out of my settlement. Especially because I did a large sum of what I was told was their job and duty.I was EXTREMELY let down during one of the hardest times of my life. They provided more stress than comfort and help unfortunately. I kept documents as proof.

Comment: DO NOT RECOMMEND! My mother has a worker’s comp case with them and for the longevity of the case it has been extremely difficult to get a hold of anyone. They have switched the legal rep assigned to the case so many times and the latest rep, Reyna, fails to return the calls after so many attempts and voicemails. When you call their office, they simply transfer you to someone’s voice mail to get rid of you, the very last time I called they ended up merging my call with another client’s call. All the staff is very dismissive and doesn’t show any sense of urgency to handle your requests or address your concerns. It is impossible to speak to the attorney as well. They definitely do not make you feel as a priority and do not make any effort to make you feel at ease with your case and fail to ensure you have a full understanding of your case. I had to find out through a completely different attorney that my mother has a deposition date of 09/01, no one from Larry Parker’s office has even bothered to call me about this. Please don’t waste your time and go with another attorney. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB for failure to assist their clients with their needs and concerns.

Wow! So when we asked for management or atleast someone on the case we were transferred to Claudia a law assistant that isnt on the case and didnt know anything that was going on. She wouldnt transfer us to a manager, she yelled at us and told us there was nothing she can do. That the deposition will be rescheduled and thats all. Unacceptable!! This law office is so unprofessional. They left my husband to fend for himself during his deposition where he had to ask to reschedule because he couldnt get ahold of his attorney. No one from the law office called or even apologized. This is how this place does business. Do not hire them.

They sent me to their doctor and i got massages, chiropractor service treatment, etc. The staff always kept me updated on my case. They told me not to be in contact with the other car insurance staff that tried to get me to make a deal with them. It did take a year for me to get paid, but i got a settlement of 3500 dollars with larry h parker.

Comment: Avoid this firm at all costs. Do not believe the advertisements or the online reviews. The most important fact you need to know about this firm is that your case will never be handled by an attorney unless your case goes to litigation and will be assigned a pre-litigation assistant. I was not able to determine that the assistants who are handling the cases have any credentialed qualifications (ie. a paralegal) but are trained in-house. The incompetent handling of my case was a result of this fact. I could list many examples of how LHP was subpar and cost me so much unnecessary stress. The most glaring example of this incompetence is as follows; my new attorney immediately identified that LHP had not addressed that I had loss of use of my vehicle which should be compensated. My attorney actually recouped these funds directly from LHP. You can believe many of the other negative reviews of this firm. I still get upset seeing the LHP billboards and thinking about my experience with this office. I hope this review will help prevent others from the same experience.

Stay away guys. There are many good attorneys out there who can help you. The lady who is our case manager is rude and unprofessional. She assumes before we speak and then tells us something which we are not intended to say. Our case is not still presented as the time is yet to be. But we are more worried on how it will end. Comment: After my accident I felt that I needed someone to guide me as too many issues including pain and a loss of a vehicle were the primary worries. During the case I would have never been able to clearly identify what I needed to make sure that my injuries and my time lost were compensated for even a very clear (clean-cut) case. Mitchell was a great guide through the whole process and making sure that my medical bills were funded until my case was over and that I was meeting with the best doctors and the best care to recover as quickly as possible. Also due to the COVID-19 pandemic the courts rescheduled my case out for an entire year to mid-2021. When I learned that my case was being affected by the courts and my injuries were very serious that will require present and future care, Mitchel increased pressure on the other partys insurance and was able to reach a settlement that was more than acceptable in such a short time. I was literally shocked when he called me and notified me that my case was agreed to be settled because otherwise I would have to wait until mid 2021 for my court case to be heard.

Comment: As a motorcyclist in California its only a matter of time as to when youre going to go down and for me my time was February 13th 2018. It is recommended for riders to use an attorney that specializes in motorcycle crashes but for some reason I gravitated towards Larry H. Parker and their team and Im glade I did. The staff was helpful, they answered all my questions via phone or email, and they kept me updated with everything that was going on with my case. It was at the worst time in my life and I was in a pretty good amount of pain, but the team at Larry H. Parker made me feel at ease. If there was documents that needed to be signed or they needed from me they either sent someone to get it from me or I emailed them the info. After a year since my accident my case is now settled and I couldnt be happier with the results. All I wanted from my pursue in legal action was 3 things, I didnt want to pay for my medical bills since I didnt cause the accident, I didnt want to pay for the bike since it was totaled in the accident, and I wanted the driver to know that they could have took me away from my family due to their negligence and I got all 3 and then some. My daughter and I were on a Daddy - Daughter date night to go toy shopping and then off to the movies, however we never made it to either of our original destinations. I have never been in an accident like that and did not have the slightest clue as to how to go about the situation, so I called LHP. My first point of contact was Ms. Pat Patel. From the very beginning her main concern was for my daughter and I, not the vehicle, not the paperwork, but us as humans. This really stood out me. Ms. Patel was extremely knowledgeable in every aspect of her job and always explained everything in full detail with me. I had to do some extensive chiropractic therapy due to the accident, however I also have a full time job in the mortgage industry. As anyone in that line of work knows, you can be in the office literally all day. Comment: So far so good,Honest and raw review.I got in a bad auto accident leaving me without a license and helpless with epileptic seizures on a weekly basis even with medication. Working for the department of corrections a punctual attitude and professionalism is in my nature. These guys are extremely talented and very professional. There had been a case a year ago my friend had tried to approach them with and after an I depth evaluation they were honest and said they couldnt take the case. Having seen them around and having family use their services before I took my case to them. Every time I call in I never get the Run around from Ashley Sharke and get in depth details of how the case is currently being conducted, I even have their sister branch handling my workers comp case for injuries I had previously sustained and even they are amazing. Right now Im a bit frightened from the fact that the insurance company were pursuing filed bankruptcy after my case was taken, but regardless; I know with these group of professionals there will still be a positive outcome.

Comment: Sent email inquiry to get my case evaluated. Javier O. Sent me an email assuming that I have a phone number in northern California, that I must live there. Brushed me off b1. y telling me to call HUD for northern California. I live in san Diego. The correct way to handle that situation was to acknowledge that I do have a northern California number, but ask where it is I live. Talked with his supervisor Rick. Told him of the situation, and suggested that Javier to be trained further in customer service.Rick became immediately defensive and informed me of the following;1. Javier has been there for 21 years2. He doesnt need training3. Told me that they dont take cases like mine after supposedly reading over my email.I say supposedly because it takes a minute to read my email. It was long. Of course, to search for my name and number. Never once confirmed my name or the number. Did actually read my email? Total call was 4 minutes and 24 seconds. Half of it was me asking to be transferred to Rick. So, I basically was lied to. I complained about the response, and the supervisor didnt want to hear any of it and I git brushed off twice. This law firm sees dollar signs. Easy dollars. Theyll be rude to you very quickly if they assume that youre not the the case. This industry is SATURATED with lawyers that do this work. If a law firm will not be respectful to you or to others upfront, why on earth would you give them your business. Dont do business here. Ive had plenty of experience with bad law firms, and this is one of them. Buyer BEWARE!

Comment: Really helped us out a lot in our case. We had a drunk driver and our insurance AAA would next help us. His insurance was giving us the run around and delaying everything, not even allowing us to go to the doctor. They were fantastic at the law office and helped us very much. We only have a bad experience with one assistant who was very rude and didnt care much about our concerns and injuries. But right away Chris called us back and made everything fine again. Overall, if not for the assistant, I would give them 5 stars. We went to the doctor, and got our check on a timely basis. I believe without them we wouldnt have been treated so well by another lawyer nor the insurance company. Their communication is fantastic and I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Everything takes way too long. No calls back. No update about my case. No one was fighting for me. I got hit by a car while riding my bicycle to work. Got hit by a car on my left leg. I was told that my settlement wouldve been better if I were wearing a helmet. A helmet? I got hit in my left knee. Cant hike anymore or run. My leg hurts for no reason. Since there were two portions to my case it was complicated with many communications between many different people, agencies, and offices. Everything was kept clear and I was constantly in the loop with frequent updates. If there were delays the reasons were quickly explained to me. My car was completely smashed in the back from being rear ended and I experienced terrible whiplash. Comment: In a horrible car accident. My car was absolutely totaled. Went to some bootleg chiropractic office. After the allotted visits, I suppose, the chiropractor kicked me out--with much attitude and said that there was nothing else he could do for me. Not one ounce or emotion. No calls returned form Larry H Parker legal aide person. Got one call from a lawyer there, never heard from him again. I still have major pain in one area. Accident was in May 2014, and here we are March 2015. I dare them to come and settle on some benign amount. Placed a call today. Still have not heard form said legal aide person . Nice commercials Larry! I got suckered BIG TIME.

Comment: Was involved in an auto accident a couple of months back and decided to give these guys a try based on their commercials - which I grew up watching. They did not disappoint! I received outstanding care from my first phone call to my many doctors visits and finally, the generous settlement of my case! My case was handled by Stacy Bass - who was always available to me whenever I had questions or concerns. Comment: WORST SERVICE EVER!!! Me & my husband have been in a car accident earlier this year and still havent gotten an update on our case. They ignore you & Never return our calls. The only reason why we went through Larry H Parker is because we were told that their services are good. We shouldnt have! I am fed up & wished that we went with someone else. TERRIBLE SERVICES!!!!!!!
