This store has a great selection and can help you find something in the price you are looking for. The sales associate who helped was Renee. She was so knowledgeable, professional and personnable.I took quite awhile of her time and she was so patient with me. I would definetly recommend this store. You just can’t find help like this at the big box stores.
A bracket for my really old ceiling fan broke and I tried my local hardware store for help. They were unable to supply me with the correct bracket. I figured I would try the lighting corner because they had lots of lights. One of the ladies up front brought out Cory and he told me my fan had an old style of bracket that was out of code. He told me to bring the fan in and he could look at it. I brought in the post and connectors. Basically, he gave me a few old parts and told me what might work even though the pieces didnt fit because of the age of the fan. Anyways, they went well beyond the customer service I would ever expect since they knew I wasnt there to buy any lighting. Yes they did show me a fan that was on sale. But no pressure to buy.
We had a great experience yesterday at the Lighting Corner. Excellent service. Excellent products. Excellent price! Do yourself a serious favor - skip the poor products, poor service, and poor selection at all of the big box stores and start here instead! You will not be disappointed!Thank You Lighting Corner!

2022-05-21The service I received was less than average. For a company that’s been around and in my neighborhood my entire life, I was expecting something else. For brevity, I’ll summarize that I brought in two lamps for repair on a weekend. I received a quote over the phone the following week and I carefully explained what I wanted. Three weeks go by and I never received a call back so finally I reached out to figure out what was going on. It turned out that they just never called me…When I picked up the repaired lamps, I paid *full price* for one lamp that had a used (very obviously used) non-functional part added to it and a socket that wasn’t the color/finish I specifically discussed over the phone and thought I was getting. Unfortunately, the other lamp came back with a *significant scratch* on the base that occurred while it was in The Lighting Corner’s possession. Perhaps they thought I wouldn’t notice these things? I’m not entirely sure how it was this bad. It is really disappointing service and not an experience I’d recommend. Based on other reviews I’ve read, I’d say theres a trend of this kind of poor service here.

2021-02-24We used the lighting corner for the majority of our lights in our new build. They were an absolute joy to work with. Even through a pandemic and many unknowns, they always kept us in the loop and did their absolute best to give top notch service. The lights themselves are all holding up beautifully. Even with one minor flaw on a light (that we very much could have lived with), they were happy to replace it immediately. We couldn’t be happier. You will not be disappointed to give them your business!

2021-01-19I enjoy using the showroom, the online database and also the ladies at the desk are very helpful! I appreciate the customer service that is always offered and the friendly faces. They are always changing their displays, which is nice as well. It is hard to envison lighting sometimes and the showroom has a lot to look at in person!

2021-01-19Horrible service!!! The gal behind the counter was much more interested in socializing with her co-worker than helping us. She spent enough time stating and whispering than actually coming out behind the counter. We were very specific in explaining what we wanted. Never did she offer suggestions. We asked if a spot on the shade was lint or actual dirt...she thought lint but never so much as attempted to remove it. Too bad as there were many items on our list. We went 12 minutes down the road to Kendall Electric. They were thrilled to show us where items were, answered all our questions, made a $700 sale with double that in another order.

2019-12-17Beautiful lights, plenty to choose from between their showroom and online options, and friendly customer service (when ordering). However, beware of them following through with what they say they will do, because for us they didn’t. I was clearly told when purchasing nine new lights from them with at least 20 bulbs, that if any of the LED bulbs went out, or if I was not happy with the brightness of them, they would easily swap them out. The employee even told me there were three different brightness levels available on the bulbs and that I could swap them out for any of those brightness levels. Made sense to me because we spent a boatload of money with them, they are an upscale lighting store, and usually upscale stores want to keep customers happy — swapping out bulbs with different brightness levels didn’t seem too difficult. We were happy with the bulbs in all nine of our brand new light fixtures, except for the ones in our laundry room, not nearly bright enough for what that room needed. When I brought the bulbs in they told me I needed to pay the price difference to swap out bulbs with different brightness levels. I reminded them of what they had told me when I ordered, and the response was “the employee that told you that no longer works up front, she works in the back now.” They said that indeed I would have to pay the difference in price, which totaled . . . . $2.07Yes . . . they made me pay the $2.07 instead of just eating the minimal cost. I told her “I won’t stand here and argue over $2.07, but it’s the principle behind it that I think you are wrong about.” When an employee/store promises you something, & you are spending a lot of money with them, they should certainly follow through with it, especially when the difference is $2.07. So beware of how nitpicky they can be when it comes to money at The Lighting Corner, and if you are told about any type of guarantee or made promises – get them in writing!

2020-10-05Cindy Strong combined her 30 years of expertise with our desire of what we wanted. We left having such a better picture of what we wanted for our kitchen light fixture. Some of the best customer service ever.Edit: We picked out the light Cindy reccomended! Its so amazing we love it and are so thankful for the help!
