Macomb Group is one of the greats in our industry. They certainly care about their customers and are always available for any questions ive ever had regarding their products. Their team is knowledgeable, considerate and a pleasure to talk to and I look forward with continuing to do business with them in the future. Highly recommend them.

I have used the company a few times and previously had reasonable service. However, delivery took too long to arrive (10-15 days). Also, things are not so good if anything goes wrong. My latest orders still havent been delivered and a message was sent 4 days ago still havent had a reply.

When you work here, its imperative that you can do everything on your own without undergoing training - they dont offer training here. You have to work on your own and understand how things go without support from managers or even your colleagues. If youre up to that, go ahead and apply here.

Too expensive and when I asked about discount, the staff became rude and blatantly told me no. I was shocked with this behavior because as a consumer I only want to get the best priced products or services as possible. If you cant take potential customers asking for discounts, you have a big problem.

This company cannot move forward because of the divide between old and new managers. The new ones want to go a certain direction while the old ones want to go in the opposite direction, which is the traditional way companies are managed. This feud among managers creates a terrible work environment for the employees. Also, management needs to provide more support and training for the employees.

I worked here for a short time and the worst things about here is the unstructured management. We are confused as to whose policies and directives would be followed. The management was divided between the senior ones and the young ones. Both division gives out differing and conflicting directives which made working here confusing and frustrating.

I always wonder where management is. We are unable to communicate with them, and we never receive any support or training from them. Its like they do not even exist. What we have are a few people who tell us what to do but thats it. Theres not a single sign of leadership.

They are known for delayed services but I didnt believed it first until I have experienced it firsthand. My business suffered losses consequently because of the delay from their part. I dont recommend this place to anyone.

This is the only website that has the products we are looking for. Unfortunately, they are out of stock and have put a delay on our renovation project. We had to find another source to supply to us so we could deliver to our customer as we had promised. It was not a good experience!
