1st time going and I only decided to try them over my regular disp was because of the free pre roll and the curiosity of fomo. Well, no pre roll. Im not going to spend another $82 for a free pre roll. It makes a person feel like my business isnt important enough to you. Muskegon is well saturated with dispensaries. You really have to stand out with customer service. All these dispensaries have the Monster Xtracts, Undrafted, Element ect... They all offer points and deals. So all that leaves is attention to detail & customer service. I dont think I should have to order again to get the free pre roll you, the reef when I called told me I would receive. Just really grinds my gears. Wont be my 1st choice of dispensaries. This is why its damaging to not pay attention to details (I put 1st time customer in the special instruction) because now the negative review will go 3x farther than 1 positive review. Bummer.
I Like the open area in the storefront love the vibe the modern feel more for the culture got all the selection of michigrown and rkive my fav brands and chill educated employees like I had shoutout Sara and the dj Jodi and good deals great shop!

Nice looking facility, the fish tank is cool. I came in with my boyfriend and our budtender wasnt very excited to work with us. Also, most products you can get cheaper at other dispos in Muskegon. You can easily save $5-$10 or more per product if you shop around. If you dont have the best prices or customer service then Im not sure whats gonna happen.

Ive never been in one of these stores but, am in search of relief from several forms of arthritis and lupus. The lady (Miranda?) was amazing and recommended an oil I will continue to use as I believe it does help. Very knowledgeable, very friendly, and very professional.

On point customer service..................✔Largest selection in W. Michigan........✔Kind and Knowledgeable staff............✔I was SO stoked when I heard that The Reef was coming to West Michigan. They definitely brought the soul with them...HUGE 420 SHOUT OUT to Dakota the manager. He gave me every reason to bring my money back to the reef. I had an issue that in my opinion was a substantial issue and he was QUICK to Rectify the issue. Ty again for everything and makeing my experiance there a positive one. ~One Love!!!!

Vast variety, more expensive than other shops but the selection makes up for it. The employees are excited to chat with you while other shops they seems bored. I like the raffle promotion and the Bacio Gelato was great, more sativa than I like but the flavor was so floral Ive never had one that was so reminiscent of a bouquet of Easter flowers. The Oreoz were insane, that flower is super indicia and absolutely amazing. So potent and I need something strong for my pain. Then I got the Ya Hemi THCA desert sand at 96% pure thc and 99% total Cannabinoids, I was in outer space! Spend a little more and its sooooo worth it. Its also closer than other shops. If they had a more substantial medical discount I would have rated 5 stars but still Im extremely happy. Love the fish tank too.

2022-02-19This is a destination shop. A big tropical salt water aquarium. The coolest swirly green and blue watery floor throughout. Great selection, friendly knowledgeable staff and fast service. I love The Reef! They carry hard to find products too like a variety of organic CBD products from Earthbound Remedies and Lake & Leaf CO2 Vapes.

2022-04-17All THAT AND A BAG OF FISH! The first time I came in here I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff, nice ambiance and the large fish tank in the lobby, then I was treated to some kind of new customer deal where I got a free joint and a discount on everything.. they had some really great prices and products which left me leaving with a smile. Next, I brought a friend and there was some other kind of promotion with a cool company COMMON CITIZEN giving out free bowls, bags, grinders, papers, lighters-- everything ! Plus it was like buy one eighth (4 grams here) get one free, so we wound up getting like an ounce of weed for like $3 a gram! Great experience, Id definitely come back

2022-05-28Recreational only, but 10% discount available for medical patients. Only was able to use curbside for 1st visit, but free selected pre-roll for all 1st time customers! Flower was fresh. Staff was friendly, but could of been more punctual for curbside.

2022-01-27The fish tank was awesome to admire. The person that helped us was pretty nice somewhat informed. The flower we got was absolutely terrible. Paid top dollar for something we couldnt even smoke it was so gross. Definitely try somewhere else first. Exclusive, redbud anything else
