I love them! I wasnt a fan of headbands until I tried the ones from The Sassy Olive. They stay put where others have always slipped off. A pattern or color to fit anyone. Animals, food, sports, and colorful fun patterns. The new store is always decorated so beautifully. They even carry clothing now. 😍 You absolutely must check out the store or website if you cant make it down to the store. Shipping is always fast and they even offer free local pickups if you order online so you can guarantee you get the headbands you want or if you dont have time to browse. Cant say enough wonderful things about this store.
The Sassy Olive is a charming boutique which carries a multitude of adorable options—from locally made headbands, to tunics and leggings, to locally Made jewelry, soaps, and scents! The also have a cute corner for baby gear (the blankets are amazing!!). Above all else, they truly care about their community...they consistently donate items to the schools and offer support in many other ways. A visit is a must!
Stopped by here because I saw a waitress wearing this cool headband. The place was quite quaint. Located in the little heart of Allegan MI. Prices were fair. Huge selection of head gear! Many holidays and sports teams were amongst the pickings. They also had some cool leggings. If you want to shop somewhere other than the mall..this shop will not disappoint.
One of my close friends bought me a white headband with a cute orange pattern all over it and Im obsessed!! Your headbands always impress and you always have the best collection of stuff!!!
First time visiting the actual shop and it is SO cute! Way more there than I expected. Amazing employees, quality products. Its dangerous for someone like me who always wears headbands lol By far one of my favorite company to shop with.
Love the Sassy Stretch. They are the only headbands I can get to stay on my head and look cute! Stopped into the store this morning on our way to the lake. Ended up buying from both the store and the booth at the art fair at the lake. Cant say enough good things about these!

Very cute store :) loved how busy they were when I visited and one person was working but she did a great job of interacting with the customers and getting everyone in and out in a timely manner. Especially seems it was sidewalk sales going on downtown and very busy. It was my first time there but all the items they sold are worth visiting the store for and purchasing items.

The customer service department is amazing!!! They were patient and worked with me to resolve my shipping address issue!!! They were kind and had an amazing and infectiously joyous attitude that will be reason number one that I come back to The Sassy Olive! I cannot wait to get my headbands!!!
I absolutely love the 3 headbands I ordered; they are beautiful, well made, and shipping was fair, simple, and the package was cute!The 1 star, and the unlikelihood of me purchasing again, is due to a personal conflict over some of the product designs offered that I discovered after placing my order and exploring the site more;There is a headband of a Blue Lives Matter flag on it, and several Military designs offered (I wanted a Navy one, as I was proudly raised by a military dad, but it was sold out) but in the dog themed section there is a design called #BlackLabsMatter and I felt that while some may find it entertaining, I found it misplaced and insensitive. To represent the people who fight for our safety and freedom but passive aggressively condescend and mock that freedom... I have no respect for that. Now, if this is a misunderstanding, Id be over the moon, and excited to purchase from The Sassy Olive again.This is my interpretation, and my review of the product as well as the website.

If you are a millennial or younger (and female), chances are you will like this establishment. Otherwise, probably not so much (unless you are looking for a gift for your trendy 20-something).
Great place to get sassy hats and budda bands for chemo hair loss! Comfortable, breathable, and cute. I have flowers, Harry Potter, a beautiful blue artist watercolor, and Western Michigan University wear - go Broncos!
Stopped into the shop for the first time and very impressed with the styling and feel of the storefront. Very nice staff and a quick checkout. Most important is the great product available. Very nice shopping experience.

Buyer Beware!!!!I Wish I could leave a negative star but I can’t! This absolutely blows my mind. My daughter bought me a Christmas gift and gave it to me early. I tried to return it as it doesn’t fit. But there return policy is only 10 days. So, if your out shopping for Christmas gifts please remember by the time you give the gift, the exchange or return is void as its will be past the 10 days. I am Totally disappointed in the customer service and the policy they have in place especially during this holiday season!
Owner is rude, and condensending to her customers. We were simply curious about whether or not she would be attending a festival or running her store, and the response we got was appalling. I cannot believe someone would talk to customers/potential customers in such a manner. Will no longer get our business.

2022-06-10I met one of the owners/ partners while she was on business travel in Utah. We chatted and went climbing together and I got to try some of their headbands and ended up getting one. What I appreciate is she is working hard to get to know climbers and outdoors people to see what they are looking for in products. It’s something I greatly appreciate.Great simple headband for climbing. Breathes nice and is super well priced. Most headbands at REI will set you back 20-30 bucks. I’d happily purchase from them again in the future. Recommend this product.

2021-08-23What a gem hidden in a small town! Beautiful storefront with the most decorated windows! Plus the mural on the side of the building is the splash of color the downtown district needs. The staff is always welcoming and polite. I love that the headband patterns change with the season and all of the fun events the store holds! The additional clothing options and support for other local vendors is a HUGE bonus!

2018-03-06Started off so small and had turned into a great quality small business. Headbands tend to slip and fall, but these headbands will stay without being uncomfortable and they always have new varieties for holidays, cancer awareness, trends etc. I have several headbands from bright colored puzzle pieces to french fries, flowers, squirrels, random foods, I even bought a headband with cats in space with space suits on! Theres modern varieties as well, plain colors and Michigan prints. All of these can come as plain headband, double, knotted etc. I guarantee you will always find something you want either for yourself and/or others with the buy 3 deal especially. Small store on the corner with a fantastic and absolutely vast variety of choices.

2021-01-12I live in VA, so I’ve only been able to shop online, but I’ve probably ordered 4 or 5 batches over the years. Always a great experience with shipping. All the headbands are high quality prints, and they’re some of the only ones I’ve found that don’t slip off my head. I’m a pediatric ER nurse, so my patients and families are always excited over the fun prints, and it’s a subtle way to add color and flare to my scrubs. The EMS and medical ones are definitely fan favorites. My only complaint: limited supply of each pattern! But it does make it feel more unique to have patterns no one else will, and it helps me not drop my entire paycheck on every pattern. People ask me constantly where I get my headbands from and I always direct them to the site. I have an order on the way currently and I’m super excited to open it.

2021-09-25I highly doubt this review will be seen but I would like the owner to know, I walked into shop recognizing it to be a small business with the intention of buying things to support it. When I got to the back of the store I was appalled at the sacrilegious cards featuring the saints. In good faith, I had to walk out. For those who have come before me saying it best “Go woke, Go broke”. Jesus is never to be mocked.

2020-05-20I literally have Sassy Olive shop in my favorites tab on my phone!This is my favorite online store! I came to know about the Sassy Olive Shop from a post I saw in a closed Facebook group. I fell in LOVE with the most adorable designs for headbands. I used to play this elite soccer in HS, so headband wearing is almost part of my daily. These headbands are the most comfortable I’ve ever worn! Not to mention how fast I received my items, this store is amazing!!!
