I dropped my pair of 15+ year old wolverine boots off for resoling. Got them back a few days later, and not only did they fix the soles, but they repaired the inner heel as well. Very pleased with the boots!
Ive taken many leather items here for repair, especialy equestrian items, they do a wonderful job, reasonably priced.
Took a pair of shoes in here to be adapted so they would fit me and saved a ton of money! Everyone I encountered went above and beyond. Highly recommend I will be back!

2022-07-20We arrived as they were closing and locking up the store (we didn’t check and hours) and one of the employees without hesitation unlocked the door and took her time with our daughter to find the perfect pair of shoes. This store is great for finding new shoes for kids since they actually measure to find their ever changing shoe sizes. Great shoe selection for adults and kids and friendly, patient staff. Will definitely be returning!

2022-01-15It’s tough to find a shoe repair place anymore. I’m glad I found them. Always great service and I’m very happy with my shoes.I brought a leather tote bag that’s in great condition but the handles were shredding. They repaired it better than the original! Highly recommend.

2021-11-05I bought my sons first two pairs of shoes from this store, $55 each. I was happy to shop local. Today I went in to have my sons feet remeasured. A woman helped us and brought out the two pairs of shoes available in his size. I didnt care for either style, so I said Thank you, but I am going to continue to look around. She immediately jumped on me with Just so you know, when you shop online you put us out of business. People come here and use our services but then decide to shop online, which again puts us out of business. I said, Yes, I understand. And was hit again with I just want to make you aware of what youre doing to our business.As Im walking out with my son, the UPS driver comes in with a delivery and asked how her day was, to which she immediately complained to him about what had just happened.How does this woman know what I wasnt planning on coming back to this business to make a purchase? How does she know I didnt forget my wallet? Is she aware that I SUPPORTED her business TWICE in the past? Apparently not. But I can say that I will not be back to support her business in the future after being treated like that!Shop local, they say!

2021-01-09Staff was very helpful when I needed help. I liked their selection of quality shoes and boots. They have shoes for the whole family! Great shoe repair too! Theyve repaired my sons work boots and my favorite sandals. Ive even had them repair my purse. All well done!

2021-05-18Very happy with my shoe buying experience today. Amber was amazing and very helpful. The higher end New Balance shoes are worth every penny. So glad to have this wonderful store in Brighton.Wonderful repair done on a sandal I brought in. Thanks again to Amber, for helping me find a great pair of SAS walking shoes.

2021-05-01If you have footwear that is worthy of repair, look no further! Took a pair of my treasured walking shoes,NB,with worn heels and wifes side zippered leather boots, zipper needed replacement, and we couldnt be more pleased with the repair quality ! We in the Brighton area are very fortunate to have this level of shoe repair service and quality of workmanship! Would give them 10 stars if they were available!

2021-01-23Amazing group of people. Very nice and helpful and they fixed my cowboy boots at a very reasonable price. I was nervous at first because I have never had shoes repaired but they did an amazing job and I would highly recommend them.
