Comment: I was told this was a tough market. But Alisha sold my home for over asking in two days. The entire process felt too easy. But after it closed, iIkept saying how I couldnt believe that it actually closed. My home was listed by two other agents, and I was told I would have to reduce my price by 50k if i wanted to sell. Wevebeen living in a apartment for the last 7 years with our 2 children (age 4 & 9). Our family HAD to find a bigger space. We knew the housing market was insane and we had a strict budget which didnt help (Im a stay at home mom and we live off my husbands income). We set up a meeting and first she warns me that there are about 6 houses on the market that are in our budget but not to get discouraged. All of a sudden a new build pops up on the list! Comment: In August of 2022, I was hoping to find a house somewhere in the Magalia area. Jessica Williams was my realtor of choice. Together we found one place in a neighborhood that I liked that was a fixer upper. Jessica put in an offer on my behalf that was accepted. Then came the inspection process, which I knew nothing about. Fortunately, Jessica is an expert. She contacted and set up the inspections with all the proper people. During the inspections while I stood around not knowing what to ask, Jessica was right there asking all the proper questions. In the end the house turned out to be more of a re-build than a fixer upper, so I withdrew my offer. I was feeling pretty depressed but Jessica told me not to worry because she knew of another house two blocks over from the first one that was for sale and in much better shape. After touring the second house I had Jessica put in an offer on it which was accepted. Once again, we went through the inspection process with Jessica asking all the important questions. This time there were only a few minor issues that needed to be addressed. Jessica worked her realtor magic and got the seller to lower the asking price enough to cover the needed repairs thus saving me money. Once the sale was complete Jessica gave me the names and numbers of contractors to do the repair work. In the end I now have a house which is in great shape in a great neighborhood and I owe it all to my realtor, Jessica Williams without whom I would never have been able to pull this off.

My appraisal came in low and they were able to get my value 30k higher than what the appraised value was! It has been a long process relocating out of state. Even though it took a very long time, Alisha never pressured or got impatient with me. When it came time to sell, I had some misgivings about how she wanted to list and stage the house. I respect Alisha and did everything she asked. I got so much more for my house then even I had anticipated. Alisha is a true professional who puts her clients wishes at the forefront. Im so glad I didnt listen to my ego (I thought I knew what was going on, a true armchair realtor) and trusted her experience. As far as customer service goes, you will not find better. You can thank me later. My water heater decided to give the ghost right after we had listed. I didnt expect Alisha to do anything. But before i could tell her what i was going to do, she had already mobilized her impressive army to fix this issue and take the pressure of moving all the way across the country, while flying back and forth between California and Kentucky, listing my house, and packing to move across the country. She anticipated my wifes and my needs at every juncture and kept us updated at every turn. She is not only one of the most genuinely nice people you will ever meet, but she is honest when it wasnt convenient to be. That is character my friend. Another realtor did something that Alisha knew I wouldnt like (she takes the time to get to know you as a person), mind you she had zero control of this minor thing and she was completely up front with this issue. I respect that on a greater level then I can put into words. She took the initiative to make sure what happened (it was a very small annoyance, it just seemed bigger to me at the time with the stress that I listed above). Alisha couldve blown it off and told me it wasnt a big deal like other agents might have, but she didnt. Another thing that I really liked was all the technology she has in her arsenal. She owns the 3D camera and what not to literally give a virtual tour of your listing! She doesnt have to call a third party to get this done and charge you back for it later. Im a pretty bare bones guy. That said she staged the house with a professional, at no additional cost to me. These are the things that are awesome bonuses that come along with her exemplary service. Her whole staff follows her lead service wise. So hire this lady, trust her instincts, and let her work her magic. The difference between what I thought she could do and what she did when I trusted her, literally changed our lives in a better way then I ever imagined. There was so much more that she did for us, but I have probably gone on too long as it is! At the end of it (which was way ahead of schedule in a good way!), she showed up to make sure everything was good on my end while I signed my sellers paperwork. There isnt much to do on that end. But thats the level of service she gives. And then, like a cherry on top she gave us a very personal gift basket and said she appreciated working with me! Are you kidding me?! More like they other way around! I should give her a gift basket for unprecedented loyalty and service! Like I said way back up top, hire Alisha and have the confidence and solace knowing you got the best that can be had anywhere.

She even helped us get a five-figure repair credit later when we found a mistake on the sellers MLS listing. We did not have to pay even a penny out of pocket. Alisha is very meticulous and we appreciated it. A few years later when we had funds from a 1031 sale, Alisha helped us juggle a lot of financial decisions and close on three separate properties within just a couple months and within budget. For the last of these three properties, Alisha advised us to put in a back-up offer, which eventually was accepted by the sellers. Alisha has experience with residential as well as income properties, and it helped us choose the right properties.
