Comment: Asked them to handle a simple speeding ticket. Their plan was to postpone the hearing long enough for the officer to not show (roughly a year they said) and then have it dismissed. Sounded like a plan. Quick to take payment then proceed to never update, call or email again. This was November, they pleaded guilty gave points and the full ticket price 3 months later. To top that, they said they emailed me the disposition, which they cant prove they did because it never happened. They didnt call or mail anything or bother to notify me. So a simple ticket that I couldve got the same results went to collections and I spent more money on late fees and almost had my license suspended because theyre are I competent and dont actually care about you. Youre better off asking a Santa Ana bum to walk into court for you have a better success rate. Go anywhere else

Comment: Speechless not, I have a lot to say. Think twice about this kind of legal representation service. I paid Ticket Clinic to represent me on a ticket that I was not guilty of. On my 1st court appearance Ticket Clinic missed it. I was notified by Superior Courts of California by mail of the non appearance several days later. I called Ticket Clinic next day of receipt of Superior Courts notice of non appearance and they informed me that they requested another court day on the day I called. Thereafter, my court appearance was rescheduled for 3 more times. Last appearance Ticket Clinic entered a plea on no contest which legal terms is a guilty plea. I provided Ticket Clinic with supporting documentation of my innocent status and I had a witness in the car at the time. Never will use this kind of representation. I would of done a better job doing it on my own. Never, never again!!!

Just after we contracted with them COVID hit. They took care of everything! There were many canceled court dates due to COVID and Ticket Clinic informed us every step of the way with each new court date. Comment: This is my second time using this service with success. My ticket was really unjustified - meaning a motor cycle cop pulled me over for a LEGAL left hand turn while taking my son to school. I was waiting to turn left when the crossing guard entered the cross walk space AFTER I was already in the middle of the street awaiting my turn-meaning she entered the cross -walk behind my vehicle -a vehicle already in motion in the intersection so there was no way for me to see her.The cop, who was at a driveway awaiting to bust parents, saw me turn and cited me even though the guard was not in the street when I entered which they are not supposed to do until traffic is clear (obviously relevant because no parent wants their kid or any other kid injured) Long story short, case dismissed, justice served.

My case was then continued for another date and the Attorney appeared for the 2nd one! The officer said I made an unsafe Lane change while I was working, driving a Gasoline Tanker, the officer said I cut off another semi truck, which was untrue. They never took the time to let me know what was going on or to talk about strategy or even give me a clue at to how all this would work. They never asked me my side of the story for my defense, and when it came time to go to trial, they just lay down for the judge. I paid $350 to save $196. I knew I was not at fault for speeding and I thought it would be a better way to handle the situation! But I wrong and very disappointed in using ticket clinic!I Paid over $250 to ticket clinic, lost the case to “no contest” and was force to pay for the ticket fine and traffic school which costing me over $750!I did take action as citizen and decide to see the judge in person for myself to see if he could reduce the fine. He was kind enough to listen to my side of the story showing proof (ticket clinic said they didn’t need) but he couldn’t no further help me because the case was closed. He said I could have had chance fighting the ticket myself in the first place! In the end results he did not lower the fine and said if I can afford a lawyer then I could pay this ticket. I wasnt eligible for traffic school and didnt have time to drive to the court house to fight the citation myself since it was away from home and much farther from work. I had never used ticket clinic before but I called and asked if they could help me. They cant guarantee success since every situation is different but I took my chances and ran with them. They completely took over my case and once I gave them my information, I didnt have to do anything else. In my case, they were able to have the citation dismissed and it was all taken care of. For my situation, the cost of the ticket clinic representing me was less than the citation itself so I saved some money there on top of not missing work. Comment: I am happy to write this testimonial for The Ticket Clinic. I retained The Ticket Clinic as a result of being issued a speeding ticket in CA. As this was against my CDL I decided to research companies that could help me. I discoverd The Ticket Clinic through a web search. Soon after retaining them, an attorney called me, listened to my story and then expalined his strategy going forward. For a fixed price they would appear in court on my behalf ( I did not have to appear). My Ticket Cinic attorney appeared on my behalf on three separate occasions and my case was finally dismissed. Comment: Wow...Amazed...these chaps are the real deal...from the time I called...very skeptically I might add...they were professionall...kept me informed...and went to court for me...normally I would just pay the fine and go to driving school...but this time I got 2 tickets in a matter of 14 days...so I paid them(the ticket clinic)...they took care of the first...the more difficult one in my opinion...and now I am waiting for the result on the second...I hope to get the 2nd one cleared as well..Fantastic job and well worth the MONEY...I will keep you posted on the result of the 2nd...fingers crossed...

Comment: I want to start off by thanking the ticket clinic for helping me with my case and getting it dismissed. I was referred to ticket clinic by a friend who also used them and was very pleased with the results, So I called them and let them know that I had 3 violation against me and that I am in the process of getting my commercial license and didn’t want it to be on my recorded and hurt my chances down the road looking for work in the truck driving industry. Comment: I am impressed at their performance. I was up against at $1500 ticket which was reduced to $350 due to my own fault. It would have been dismissed if not for a prior incident. I didnt have to go to court or take time off from work. I was able to drive and maintain my license while this case was pending, which eliminated chaos. Although they delayed the court hearing a few times, the results were positive and not only was the fine waived but I didnt get any points on my licence. Comment: I hired the ticket clinic to ideally get a traffic violation dismissed or a reduced fine. It was for running a red light, but I was stopped and by mistake started to go realizing it was the turn light that was green not straight. I immediately stopped but couldnt as I was blocking traffic so I had to continue. A cop saw me and ticketed me. It was an honest mistake that didnt warrant a $544 fine.I hired the Ticket Clinic in the hopes they would get the ticket dismissed or reduced at a minimum. I had to call a couple of times to get an attorney and finally spoke with him and explained the ticket to better help him. He said it helped and that he hoped to get it dismissed or at a minimum reduced fine.Well I got the notice today from them and the fine was the SAME and I still had to do traffic school. They did 0 for me and in fact cost me more in hiring them. I think what upset me the most is their lame letter which implies they helped me. I would have way more respect if they said they were unable to do anything and they were sorry, but their letter made it sound like they did me a favor. They did absolutely 0. Maybe others had good cases but my only ask here is to just say sorry we tried but couldnt do anything. Dont give me a lame letter acting like you did me a favor

Comment: I was caught speeding on the 133 crossing lake forest. Mind you, this is a 65 MPH zone. There was a cop waiting for anyone speeding. The cop/chp officer said I was speeding but he didn’t pull me over until I crossed the light on lake forest. He told me he caught me doing over 80 mph but the said he would lower the speed to 79mph to help me out with the cost. Anyways I hired Mr. MacEachern through the ticket clinic. I thought there would be a chance of winning this case since there were many cars on the road and the cop was about a 2 miles from where he said I was when he clocked me doing 80 + miles. I thought my LAWYER would have done something besides just showing up and not arguing any of this. Mr. MacEachern told me that there was nothing he could do for me because the cop used a liedar gun which is the most accurate radar gun out now and that the cop was credible and I’m just a simple civilian and my word is worthless in court. He then advised me not to pursue this in court because the judge would see it the cops way and I would end up paying more in the end. My point being that if Mr. MacEachern couldn’t even over turn this case, or even reduced the cost of my ticket. He really can’t do anything but take your money in exchange to show up to court in your place. Don’t waste your money trying to fight the ticket / fine. Was it worth it. NO! Don’t hire this guy.

Comment: DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM,,,Please do not waste your money on these people,, they advertised for $99 and when you call them they raise up to $199,, they promised if they cant dismiss the case theyll lower to less,, they DIDNT and i end up paying same as my original ticket,, plus the money I paid them,, when i called them to ask for explanation, they said i was agreed to terms the read to me so fast before charging my card,, The only time they win a case is when the officer doesnt show up in court which you can go to court yourself and try that chance,,

Comment: I got a speeding ticket in the county of Orange (going 90 in a 65mph on Route 73) and really did not want to have any points on my record. I was skeptical to use Ticket Clinic at first but I took a gamble and all worked out perfectly. The experience was very smooth - you just email them your case number and a brief call to verify, along with a payment of $200 and the rest is on them. About a month or so later, I receive an email stating that they appeared on my behalf and my case has been 100% dismissed! No further fees or points on my driving record. Super easy to work with and couldnt be happy with the case outcome. Give them a try! Its worth a shot (especially if, like me, you dont have the time to fight it yourself, deal with going to a courthouse, etc.).

Comment: All they do is look for errors on the ticket and attempt to get a dismissal on the technicality. If they don t locate an error they send a lawyer to your scheduled court date where they bank on the officer not showing (automatic dismissal) . If the pig shows, they plead no contest and ask for traffic school. Its a nice little scam.You can do all the same yourself by not paying them a penny or attending a court date. Look up Trial By Written Declaration.
