ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!! I have never packed and sealed my own mail for Next Day air completely unassisted and disregarded. The owner of this location should be FIRED IMMEDIATELY!! Due to blatant disrespect to customers. He gave me no eye contact, charged me without mentioning cost 1st, and told me to come back and seal my package. ARE YOU SERIOUS? UPS Corporate should follow through with immediate action. Dont even think twice about it. He does not communicate well at all and does not have a lick of customer service skills. A great company like UPS should never place someone of such rude character in ownership again. Immediate actions should be taken. Now 1/1/2015!!-Sincerely a highly disappointed customer!
Took an item there to pack and ship. I have shipped a lot of items in the past and understand what reasonable and appropriate costs are for shipping and materials. I am willing to pay a reasonable premium to ensure that higher dollar-value or fragile items arrive safely.Without doubt, I will tell you that this is the most unreasonable cost I have every paid to have something professionally packed and shipped. It was highway robbery and unethical. Had I not been in a time-bind, I would have left and taken the item to FedEx office for packing and shipping.Avoid. Complete rip-off.
DO NOT TRUST THIS LOCATION TO SHIP ANYTHING IMPORTANT!! We had them package and ship a large picture for us in December (!!), and it arrived with a crack in the glass. UPS and THIS UPS STORE have refused to honor the insurance coverage we had on the shipment. Worse, the store manager refuses to take or return calls and is not in when we stop by. USE THEIR SERVICES AT YOUR OWN RISK. Dont have them ship anything breakable or having any value. They DO NOT care about your package, their customers, or honoring their commitments. Our last resort will be to take them to court to collect what they owe us. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Dont put yourself in the same position - AVOID THIS STORE and use a REPUTABLE shipper!
Horrible customer service. Showed up and the young man reeked of cigarette smoke, I had to stand across the room since I am allergic. First, he argued with me that there was no such address I was sending the package to. I told him I send packages there frequently. He said it was not showing up. I looked it up on my phone and showed him a photo of the house and the address below. He said it may or may not arrive since the address isnt in our system.He them proceeded to give me a quote of $38.00 for a 9# box and I said that seems high, I just sent the same size box through the Post Office and it wasnt even close to that price. He then replied, if you ship through Post it will be $58.00. I took my box and left.The next day I went online to both UPS and Post office, submitted dimensions, weight and zip and UPS charges $26.00 and Post $24.00! (The address showed up in the UPS system right away!)I called the store and a woman answered. I told her what happened and she kept repeating the post office is more expensive. I replied, I never asked for a quote for the post office AND why is the quote he gave me more expensive than the quote on the UPS website? She said, the young man was new and probably got confused. Hmmm, ok then why are you leaving a new employee, who doesnt know what he is doing, alone to run the store?Do your own calculations before you go in, or better yet, purchase online then drop it off!!

2022-07-28I recently returned a package to Amazon and it was clearly stated in the Amazon instruction that I didnt need to pack it for that return. However, the staff refuse to ship for me and insisted that I purchase a $5 box from the store. I contacted Amazon to clarify and their customer service confirmed again that no packing was needed and reimbursed the packaging cost. I never had similar issues with other UPS stores or Kohls drop off locations.

2021-09-18I have had nothing but great experiences at this UPS store. The employees are always so nice and helpful. Especially the younger guy that is basically working every time I go in there. I can’t print at my house so I always have to use their printer for shipping labels and the price to print one is kinda high in my opinion. But sometimes I don’t even need to do the printing. I’d recommend this location to anyone!

2021-01-18Scott is amazing! He is always patient and very kind when I come to the ups store.However, this store charges $2 even if you just want to print one shipping label from your phone.There’s another guy, I think he’s the owner. He won’t let you use one of their hundreds of boxes to ship a return if you forgot one. I mean, what are you going to do with those boxes anyways?? I understand if you’re shipping something to someone or internationally, but if you’re just returning something, why not? He just wants to make money and have you PAY for boxes.

2020-08-12Rosette is quite possibly the BEST worker-employee Ive ever dealt with! She is professional, kind and very knowledgeable about her job. She spoke positively about UPS, which I found refreshing. I shipped 14 boxes and she opened the door, helped me lift them as they were very heavy. 10 Stars to this lady!

2018-02-14I walked in to a calm and pleasant atmosphere despite a little bit of a line. There were 3 groups of customers ahead of me and one customer behind me. Everyone was just waiting patiently and there was plenty of room to stand in the clean and uncluttered store. There was one associate working, Rosette. She was calm, patient, and polite the entire time. When it was my turn, she clearly explained my box options and shipping costs, confirming the arrival date was okay. My information was quickly pulled up by phone number, and the recipients name and delivery address were already in the system as well.Rosette took my overfull box of gifts, recommended a more appropriate size box, weighed my packages, gave me my total, and nicely told me she would re-pack everything in the new box and get it ready to ship.I left feeling so thankful that I had come to the UPS store instead of the post office. I remember having a similarly pleasant experience the last time I shipped a package. Visiting this store was a pleasure.

2021-02-18My business has dropped off packages to all the UPS stores in the area for years and this store by far is the worst. It is not so much the customer service but the poor attitude or maybe it is they handle me like I am a number or robot....give me your package and move along. I did some Amazon returns and the lady only said two words and none were thank you or have a nice day. I will be sure to change this post if I see a change.

2021-01-13Terrible service. It’s clear they are not happy to be there and help customers. Every question asked was met by silence. Customers shouldn’t be expected to know every detail about how UPS handles returns for Amazon. Most places don’t even charge for the packaging they use to ship it back, but UPS does, and when it’s met with such poor customer service it stings even more.

2018-02-12Hello, I just wanted to send some feedback on my visit to store 4295 this morning, 12/13. I had heard that UPS shipping rates had increased so I thought I would try USPS this year. However, I left the post office feeling frazzled because it was like a zoo. People were impatient, and there was nowhere to stand and wait in the long line.I decided to leave and go to the UPS store at 2531 Jackson Road like I had always done in the past. I walked in to a calm and pleasant atmosphere despite a little bit of a line. There were 3 groups of customers ahead of me and one customer behind me. Everyone was just waiting patiently and there was plenty of room to stand in the clean and uncluttered store. There was one associate working, and I believe her name is Rosette (from my receipt.) She was calm, patient, and polite the entire time. When it was my turn, she clearly explained my box options and shipping costs, confirming the arrival date was okay. My information was quickly pulled up by phone number, and my parents name and delivery address were already in the system as well.Rosette took my overfull box of gifts, recommended a more appropriate size box, weighed my packages, gave me my total, and nicely told me she would re-pack everything in the new box and get it ready to ship.I left feeling so thankful that I had come to the UPS store. I remember having a similarly pleasant experience the last time I shipped a package. I really commend your associates for remaining calm, patient, and polite even when busy. 2019-10-28Name: Sandi Dial10/25/2019I had an exceptional customer service experience with Scott at this location.I work in Phoenix and was expecting a package that originated at this UPS store. Scott went above and beyond to help make sure the package arrived here after we realized the sender had put the incorrect address AND we were having trouble getting in touch with the sender to correct it.My first call with Scott he was able to change only part of the address, so he called UPS Customer Service on my behalf to see if he could correct all portions of the address that were entered incorrectly (the street number and street name werent entered correctly and we could only change one or the other).The next day, Scott tracked and followed up on the package when it was unsuccessfully delivered a second time. He called UPS again to make sure the address on the package was updated, and it took multiple attempts to reach someone who could help him. He made sure to call me and let me know all the steps he had taken and keep me up to date on things, as we were both tracking the package.I am happy to report that after all of that, the package arrived here successfully. I sincerely believe Scott played a pivotal role in making this happen. Even though I mistakenly called him Kyle about 35 times in our first phone conversation, he was polite, patient, responsive, and really exceeded expectations in providing great service. 2018-05-23Ive always had a good experience at this location and Id say Ive been here probably more than a dozen times over the years.There always seems to be a different person working but they always know how to help me.For example 9 times out of 10 Im just shipping something but sometimes Ill have more unique requests. One time I went in to have something notarized and the lady there knew exactly what to do. I had it all squared away within 15 minutes.Another time I needed to have shipping insurance and it was an oddly shaped item that I was shipping and they were able to box it up for me which was nice.There never seems to be a long line in here but maybe thats because I go during the middle of the day when I can.If youre in the area and need shipping or a notary, this place is a good one to go to.
