Had the most efficient and helpful experience today at the UPS store on Wilder Rd. Jennifer was able to help me return a number of excess boxes I purchased and no longer need. The return process was speedy, and she was chatty and helpful. I will definitely be using this location as my preferred UPS drop off/pick up location moving forward!

It saddens me to see a store manager such a credible institution carry themselves with such poor character and attitude. I had a client call into my office and we referred our client to the UPS store to send us in sensitive documents, via UPS print and scan services. we specifically referred the UPS store over the staples 1 miles down the road or the Walmart across the street (who both charge less). while our client was in store our employee was on the phone with them. An employee / manager name is Jennifer told out client that we didnt sound like she knows what she is doing and discouraged our client from doing business with us.if you are doing business. do not trust this store or the manager Jennifer Siefert. it is not up to UPS to decide who their customers do business with.after the incident was over I called in to resolve this issue and see why our client was advised in this way. the person who picked up the phone said she was the store manager and she can tell her customers what ever she wants and she stood by it. I asked for her name and she refused to give it and hung up on me. This shows that she believe that this is her company and her store.It was only upon talking to UPS corporate. That I found out who she was...I dont like to leave reviews like this but I would like an apologies for myself and my employee Jennifer disrespected.

Poor customer service. The “next day air” service I paid for was a complete waste. The package did not arrive on time and was not offered any immediate refund. The store told me that UPS would cut a check on their own and the store was out of the equation. I waited 3 weeks and decided to call the UPS 800 phone number only to find out the store failed to file a claim regarding the ship delay. Was told there will be no refund now, as the store passed the 14 day submit period. Not a happy customer and will not use this store/service again. Will not have anything nice to say if others ask me

Shipping with UPS much cheaper than using the local post office. This isnmy friendly neighborhood store that I visit once or twice per week. It is great because we have a business account now and schedule pickups when we need them.

Poor customer service from this store. I went to this place to return a package as per Amazons instructions, and even though thy were supposed to be open until 7:00 p.m., the doors were locked when I got their well in advance of 7:00. The employee was visible at the counter, and when I knocked on the door, he ignored me even though he saw me clearly. The nearest UPS store is this one and its 45 miles form my house, so this really ticked me off. I took a picture of the store hours on the door showing the time and called the store the next day talking to the owner Peter, he apologized, but offered no resolution for the cost to me.

I had a few items to return to Amazon and was instructed to visit any local UPS to do so for free. I was greeted instantly at this location and this process took less than one minute! Thank you Amazon and UPS for offering this convenience!!!

I have been waiting for a very important package. Was shipped UPS overnight air. The delivery guy let some one sign and take it, and it was delivered to the wrong address. All this after I paid 50 bucks to have this very important package thats worth thousands of dollars delivery to me. No need to say very upset with UPS right now. When something needs to be signed for would think they would ask for ID, nope just handed a stranger 5000 dollars without verification.

Said they were open July 5th on the website so I drove 39 weeks pregnant all the way to the store and they closed early. Do not rely on their website or corporate hours, they close when they please
