I’m a frequent Amazon shopper and occasionally have returns. Twice now when I’ve brought my return, that Amazon states no need to box or label, UPS will do it all for you, the employees want to charge me for tape if I happen to bring the box and label they came in but didn’t tape it shut. They insist on making me redo my return to get a barcode they can scan and then they put the item in a box with other items (that they’ll have to tape shut). So does it really cost them that much to throw a few strips of tape on a small box?? Terrible customer service.
