Amazing Staff and Great attitudes! Quick turn around time on all projects they have worked on for us! You can really tell they take pride in their work and value each and every customer who walks in! Always happy to make their customers happy, which is so refreshing!! Honestly, picking up my Blueprints from the Brighton UPS has become my favorite part of my work week!
I love printing my 5x7in invitations and thank you cards 2 up on 8.5x11in paper and trimmed to size at ups when I don’t use a print shop. But this ups location is a ripe off. They charged me $13 to trim 36 thank you cards to size on a machine. $35 dolors later when my online quote to print was $17, so I was assuming at most $25 for everything. The print manager is a tool and didn’t try to see my side to it. Never once had an issue with ups printing until this place. This is why I own my own design business and they work at ups.
I have been using this UPS store 1-3 times per week for a couple years and I am always greeted by happy, professional employees who go out of their way to help me. They ask about my kids, joke with me, and make me feel welcomed. I wish more businesses were run like this one.

Was caught in a pinch last week as I was on my way to Lansing needing my presentations printed off. Stopped at Fedex but they were able to get them done in time. This UPS store came through for me in the clutch. Thanks guys!
The staff here goes out of their way to exceed expectations. I have consistently called them for last minute printed items, overnight shipping on unique parcels and advice on shipping overseas. They continue to amaze me with their customer service and I will drive far out of the way to only use this store.
I was dropping off two packages today with my two small children. An employee saw me unloading my car and actually came out to the car and took my packages for me. I didnt even have to bring the kids into the store! It was totally unexpected and very much appreciated. I wish I would have asked for his name because he was so thoughtful!
We just visited the Brighton UPS store today and were blown away with the customer service. With a grave relative we were shipping a gift to, he added a special touch to our day and to our Christmas season! God bless him!
Very friendly staff and quick. I thought it was a little pricey though. I needed something notarized and it was $10 for each page that had to be notarized and I had 3. So it was $30 for 5 minutes of work. I dont have a local bank so I couldnt find someone to do it no charge. I remember the day when you could walk in to any bank and it would be no charge but I guess those days are over.
People were friendly, but I walked out instead of spending their $3 print minimum to print their own shipping label. Never had to do this at my local UPS.
Awesome customer service. Needed to drop off a package, showed up just as they were closing. As I walked up, the young man ran to the door and took my package and was extremely polite.Way to go!
Their internet was temporarily down when I urgently needed to print something and they still managed to help me out and get my textbook shipped within 5 minutes. I love this store, the employees are always so welcoming and the owner is so wonderful.
Had business cards and brochures done at this store. I asked if this could be done in two or three days. To my surprise it was done within 4 hours. Thank you for the fast turnaround!
I had a couple of Amazon packages to send back and a young man named Tyler told him they closed at 7:00pm, but he would stay open for me. Great service to stay open late for me.

Not impressed! Asked to ship a cheap camera the cheapest way and it was 20 dollars. It was 3 lbs! Person working acted like I was an inconvenience to them
I went to drop a package off yesterday. I was carrying my baby in his car seat and a large package. One of the young male workers sprinted to the door to open it for me. Wish I would have caught his name!

They tried charging me over $7.00 to print ONE piece of paper. They claimed it was for computer time, but the only reason I had to use their computer so long was to try to format the document using their limited software. Nobody else was in the store so its not like I was hindering business. Ill go somewhere else to print next time.
They are the only UPS store my business uses. We love the staff and the owner is a great guy.

2022-07-12The store lost my Amazon return. When I went to ask for help and and proof for Amazon Kevin was so rude, telling me it was my fault for not getting a receipt, they are not Amazon and dont get paid much to handle Amazon returns. Kevin told me to take my business elsewhere from here on out amd welcomed me to complain about him to UPS and Amazon, so I am. I would think they would want to help and keep a good reputation, but obviously not. Kevin was so bad another customer approached me outside and told me how out of line and wrong they were for acting that way toward me. Dont ever trust this store.

2022-06-29Last week my very confused and elderly father wandered into this business, looking for his dog and a pizza. The owner, Kenneth or Kyle or Kevin or something was so helpful. He gave my dad a light snack and let him sit by the window until I arrived. I was so impressed with how clean the place was and how nice everyone was. They even printed off a map for my dad to keep with him. Thank you, you sweet printing angels.

2022-01-07I personally and the business I run works exclusively with Brighton UPS for all of our printing needs. Kevin and his staff there are fantastic. They are knowledgeable and personable. Wouldn’t recommend anyone else.

Shame on me for not writing this review sooner.The personal and professional atmosphere of their store is reflected in their outstanding service and finished products. Besides shipping, I use them to help me print literature for my presentations and their suggestions for layouts have proven to be spot on.I highly recommend their services to everyone.

2021-06-08Kevin was amazing and so helpful. I’ve been struggling for months trying to print some logos, and Kevin got it done quickly and efficiently! I went to the Howell ups and that was a disaster. 10 out of 10 recommend !!

2020-01-21I’m a business owner for 43 years and hands-down this UPS store at old 23 and grand river is the best I’ve ever dealt with. Amazing service Very polite and now have probably one of the best printing facilities in the state. Full-size posters, canvas prints, marketing printing, you name it The Store can do it. I’ve been going to the store for over 15 years and I hold every store I’ve been to to try to withhold the standards this Store has proven. Hands-down the best in the state!

2020-08-20I’ve recently had contact with Gary & Gabby at this store in gaining their help to mail multiple large/heavy packages back to our home in South Carolina. Both associates were very friendly & helpful in securing my packages (even more than I had done) & processing my order. They are excellent representatives of this store.

2020-01-24I don’t do reviews... but there’s some credit due here.This place is different. It is well staffed with experienced professionals that are welcoming and energetic.We ship a lot of packages overseas and we have never had any held up in customs. They also maintain our history so repeat shipments to the same location are really quick.While they specialize in print, we’ve only used them for same day business cards. They have a an in-house CNC cutter so they are as nice as any you order online.Thank you, UPS BRIGHTON, for being a good partner and making it easy to do business with you.

2020-01-25The staff are very friendly and helpful. I never have to wait in a long line. They are fast and it is so easy to drop my packages off and know they will arrive safely. I even had someone run out to my car to help me bring my packages in! I have been going there for years and always have a great experience.
