This place was great. I walked in the door. Had a return to amazon. The gentleman asked if I had a return international. The whole process was no more than 5 minutes.
Every single employee was wearing their face mask properly- covering their nose and mouth. They had a box for used pens and the credit card machines were wiped down after each use immediately. They were very busy and still followed every precaution to keep their patrons and themselves safe. I felt safer there than almost every business I’ve been to recently. Kudos to the whole staff- great job. It’s exhausting to have to include all those extra steps in your daily routine. It was the end of the day for them too and they all still had a fantastic attitude. Keep up the great work and thank you for keeping us safe. Side note: I read the review below and I have to say, whatever you have done to improve and whatever you were doing tonight - keep it up. This is how it should be done. All your customers seemed happy in there this evening.

I use this location for all package deliveries due to living in an apartment. This way I know my packages will not be stolen if left at the apartment building door. Thanks guys for the “Peace Of Mind”
The best UPS I’ve ever been to. Probably only was in the store for 30ish seconds before everything I needed was taken care of (sending back 2 returns) and I was leaving again! Quick and easy!

The staff here was very quick and efficient . I was in and out in less then five minutes with a receipt and a smile on my face. I love when that happens.
Extremely slow service. Rude too. Man working at 10:30 Aug 1 2020 has no idea what a line is. There is a line in the store and he is helping random people who arent either in line or farther back. I was standing in line for 15 minutes just to drop off a package. Thats It. Drop off a pre paid package. He only needed to scan it. Yet he kept cutting people in front of me and took a phone call while I was in line. Unprofessional, rude, and they arent following social distancing guidelines. No floor markers, at least 15 people inside and some not wearing masks. Check the cameras if you dont believe me. Totally unprofessional and will never be back to this location!
We do all of our printing and copying needs here. We always get EXCELLENT customer service and the best of printing. Jeff and his crew are wonderful to work with and always go above and beyond to help the customer. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for the best in printing, copying, and anything else. I was just at the ups store and I normally would never go out of my to write a review immediately after an encounter, but the employee who helped us (her name is Yolanda I believe) made my day! She was so helpful, well informed, and professional.Courteous, kind employees make the difference between choosing ups over usps, or Fedex; Yolanda made that difference for me today.GIVE HER A RAISE!
Love this store! There are usually 2 men and a woman when I go and everyone is always so friendly and patient. The men however seem to be willing to do more to go the extra mile. I really appreciate them, in particular is DeShawn. He was great!
Just had a great experience and saw great team work. Jabin was helping me with a shipment and his coworker was in the back working. When another customer came in he acknowledged him and helped him right away while helping me. His coworker came to the front to help the other customer but Jabin didnt give her time too. Great team work and mind you this was at 6:30pm on a Thursday when closing time is at 7pm. Most people wouldnt have great team work, they would be rushing to go home and havent seen good customer service in a long time!
I have been meaning to send this and time just got away from me but I visited your store again last night (8/13/19 @ 4:43pm) and I actually set an alarm on my phone to remind me to write this review.I have been to several UPS stores, in fact I go to all kinds of stores MANY time a week. But I felt the need to write to you about your employees at this particular store (The UPS Store #4707 – 46036 Michigan Ave, Canton Twp, MI 48188). I have been to this store at least 10 times and EVERYTIME I am there I have gotten excellent customer service! The employees there are ALWAYS smiling, friendly, attentive and just pleasant. They are always very helpful, not just with me, with all the customers that come in! So often you go into stores and the employees act as if they are put off or annoyed to help you, they don’t smile and act as if they do not want to be there. Well this is NOT the case at this store….I always walk out with a smile on my face and if I had a bad day at work…..their smiles and kindness always make me feel so much better!I know we are always quick to complain when we get bad service, so I wanted to let you know these employees always give GREAT service and they should be told so You are very lucky to have them on your team!!!!

Ive worked with this UPS Store for nearly 8 years! The employees and the owner are very cordial and ALWAYS go above and beyond for their customers. They truly DEFINE customer service. Jabin is the best!
Always a good experience at this location. Great helpful staff. I’m still puzzled why there is such a big difference between locations when I’m assuming this is a franchise which ideally should have consistent customers service. I always give credit where it is due, and I prefer this location going out Of my way at times to come here instead. None of my reviews are fake, feel free to read them. Some owners have people provide fake reviews.
I print here about twice a month. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and great at their job. Ive tried printing at other stores and have run into so many problems with even simple orders. These guys knock it out of the park every time!
I took my fairly large package of 50 lbs here the other day after getting a great quote by phone earlier in the day. After the staff member measured my package and weighed it, he informed me that because it had a hump the price would increase. When I asked how much, he gave me a almost $100 + increase in price!! Crazy! Because I felt cheated, I left with my package and took it to my local usps (where i should have gone in the first place) and had great service, great staff, and the price to ship my package was less than the original quote ups gave me. Stick to your local usps everybody! You wont get cheated there!!
I ran into the store 15 min before closing, so I was in a hurry and not thinking, I needed to get some documents to a business by 2 days at midnight. I accidently told Jabin the wrong day, paid and left. The store acutally closed when I realized my own error, I called hoping someone would answer even though they closed, Jabin took my call, I was so grateful as this dating mistake could have cost me thousands of dollars. Jabin fixed the issue for me over the phone and was SO NICE about it. I was so appreciative of his customer service. Thank you for always showing professionalism whenever I have been in there!
Excellent staff. They did a great job printing a Kronk Boxing banner 8x3 and was very fast. Same day printing. They made sure we had everything we need for our Expo display.

I was here over a year ago printing wedding programs and forgot to give these guys a shout out. I can not express enough how helpful they were and went over and beyind6 in assisting me prefect my design. They truly exceeded my expectations.

2022-04-23This is absolutely the best UPS store that I have ever visited. The staff is always so friendly, smiling, and comforting. They greet you when you are inside whether it is to say hello, or we will be with you momentairly. I have grown to know them and they have grown to know me. JEFF IS AWESOME. He is so super duper cool. I had something that I wanted to be printed in a larger size, and he said that he will look before printing to make sure it looks good. What do you know. I got that call within hours. I also get multiple copies there when I could go else where. Well worth it.

2022-02-09Ive stopped by this store many times to do returns and for some reason one of the employees, deshawn is his name I believe, seems to ignore me. He lets me wait while he helps other younger women who come in behind me. I’m not sure if it’s an age thing or what but today he offered to help another girl who came in after me with a drop off and told me to wait. Then he got on the computer and did nothing to help and instead made me wait for the other associate who had other customer while he played on surfed the web. I’m frankly tired of being treated this way at this location. I understand Amazon might not be fun to do but I wait patiently in line like everyone else and just want to do my return and go.

2021-12-14Every time I visit the Michigan Ave UPS store I find myself consistently impressed with the level of customer service from the staff. While in line today I saw one of the staff helping a woman carry packages from her car into the store and I so appreciate seeing this kind of above-and-beyond service. Its quite a thing when the level of customer service provided makes errand running such a pleasant experience.

2021-12-13I’ve been to this location a handful of times, and each time I’ve had an amazing experience with Employee 176661. He is so friendly, helpful and willing to go above and beyond for my needs. Also, he asks how you’re genuinely doing. He wanted to ensure my package arrived in pristine shape (I had strings and tags for a Secret Santa recipient), so he offered to box it up to avoid any damages. Employees like this make me want to continue seeking business at this establishment.

2020-12-16This location has outstanding service. I was in there yesterday to drop off 3 packages and it went as smooth as possible. The gentleman named Jeff was the one who helped me out and he did an outstanding job. He was respectful, knowledgeable, fast and efficient. Even though this location is a little further than another UPS store to my house, its definitely worth a few extra minutes to go to this one.
