Was just in and there was a line, older lady didn’t understand how to do her Amazon return, all the people that work there were busy helping customers SUPER patiently. Lady in front of me in line was OBVIOUSLY annoyed at having to wait in line but I couldn’t help but be impressed by how the employees stayed attentive and just kept helping… yea it took a couple extra mins but I was okay with watching some people still take pride in their jobs

I walked in 15 mins before closing time with 5 returns, thinking “These people are gonna HATE me” and to my surprise… they were the kindest and most helpful instead. 🥰 Teresa and Josh worked together to get everything scanned and taken care of in literally minutes!! And they literally printed a label and boxed my items for me! ✨ Because of them, I’m definitely choosing this UPS store over any other shipping store in my area now :)

The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. I went in on Friday because I had a note on my front door stating I had 3 packages waiting at the UPS store in Clio. I gave the young woman working there my name, and she came back with 2 packages. I told her the note had stated there were 3 packages. She yelled at me that someone must have made a mistake, because she did not have another package for me. Very irritating, but I took my 2 packages and went home. After checking my tracking information, the UPS website stated my package had arrived to the UPS store on Thursday and was in fact there. I waited until Monday in case there was some mistake, but the tracking info still stated it was at the store. So, tracking info in hand and the website open on my phone, I went back in on Monday afternoon. The same young woman was at the front desk, with two other women also working this time. I gave my name again and she could not find my package. She started to walk away from me, so I tried to explain to her that the UPS website said it was there and that it had arrived on Thursday. She then tried to tell me that it must have been sent back with the returns on Friday. So I asked her why a package that had just arrived on Thursday would have been sent with returns one day later. She started yelling at me that she didnt have my package. I asked her why she was yelling at me, which made her yell more. Thankfully at this point another woman working there came up to the desk and explained that packages that are not picked up within 2 weeks are sent back. I told her the package just arrived on Thursday and showed her the tracking info on my phone stating the package was there and had just arrived on Thursday. She simply asked my address and looked it up, and found my package for me within 60 seconds. Luckily some of the workers at this store are sane, otherwise I would still not have the package. Im still not sure why the first worker resorted to making up stories about returned packages and yelling at the customer instead of asking for the address or tracking number. She should be fired if she cannot handle the simple task of typing in info and handing customers packages. She also did not have a mask on either time I was in the store, which is truly a huge insult to Healthcare workers like myself.

Awesome people!! I’ve been using this mailbox service during the summer the last two years. I just have to brag on them. Today a package of mine delivered to the actual post office to my mail box number to an elderly couple. The manager literally drove there and got my package and brought it back. How awesome!! Love this place.

I wouldnt have given any stars , Today I went into the store in C lio and was treated as if I wasnt even there , I know they were open because a man before me was waited on , I went in , and was told it was closed , and the worker turned his back to me as if I wasnt there , These people need training if they are dealing with customers. He was rude ! I will not be back , Hope you have other workers that are personable , Otherwise you wont have any business with people like him !

We very much enjoy stopping in at the UPS store in Clio,Mi.Michael always greets us with a smiling face and a warm hello.He and his staff provide top notch services of many different kindsand everyone always seems to be happy there.The UPS store in Clio,Mi is essential for us and I really dont know whatwe would do without it.I would rate their services and people skills with an A plus.Thankyou.

I visited the UPS Store in Grand Blanc on Saturday. I had placed an order online but they had trouble getting the color brochure to print. The employee tried different options but nothing worked. Sadly, I was not able to get the brochure printed. I was disappointed but I did get a refund. I stopped by the store on Monday to mail some packages and the Manager was able to print the brochure. They are always friendly and courteous. I have had countless documents printed at the store.

Mike Raysin is very personable and tries hard to make sure you are getting the exact service you need. He helped me to make some great flyers for our local theater group as well as printed several other projects that I was working on! 5 star service all the way! I love the large format printer and the store is always clean and neat.

We recently went back home visit and we wanted to mail several fragile items back home to Texas, We had UPS wrap the items for us and I was so worried until they arrived, They were exceptionally wrapped and arrived in perfect condition. These were family heirlooms. Thank you so much we were very impressed with the packing and carrier service.
