My package was dropped at this store, I went to pick it up but they claimed it was picked up under my name. I asked to show a proof, but refused to provide any evidence and gave me 800 number. I asked for camera images to see who is using my name and ID but store manager refused and called cops. Package worth $1200.I will follow with cooperate office.
I was just in shipping some really important and expensive camera equipment and was nervous about the packing and handling of the gear. John, Andy, and the entire team were fast, straight forward on pricing, and handled all my equipment with care. Stuff arrived safely today and I couldnt be happier with the service and the price I received. Highly recommend this UPS Store!
I have been customer for years. I dropped a package recently that no one can track as ‘whoever’ did not scan it and do their job. Staff members ensures me that the package left the store, but they have so many drivers they can’t ‘control’ them as I was told...Ok it will not break my bank, but not ever again dropping a package without a receipt. Come on people. This is not how you handle your customers. Their response ‘I can ensure you that the package left the store (as stuff member remembers me dropping off the package), but we can’t do much about it. We have so many drivers...’ they did not give me any paperwork or ask for information to maybe look into it and let me know...According to an employee there ‘There is no misplaced packages procedure in place’ unbelievable for UPS. This would be a serious audit issue. If the package somehow in its magical way gets to its destination I will update my post’ until then I am advising everyone not to trust them and always take your receipt when dropping off your package...Response to below...you are in business of accepting packages for UPS, so you should be liable for it as well. Thanks!
This is my go - to UPS Store. The owners are amazing. They give personal , professional service. I want to thank them for helping me make sure my niece who is out state gets her present by Christmas. Support your privately owned local businesses! Make this you go-to store also for all you personal and professional shipping needs!
Drove a few cities over to drop off pre-labeled package. Site said they close at 2 p.m. on Saturday (day before Easter.) Door was locked and shut at 1:40 p.m. with about 8 customers pulling up/leaving/standing outside waiting. Dont come here if youre within half hour of posted closing time.
Poor customer service. I came in with a few packages set for return to Amazon via UPS Store drop off (the store scans the return code and a shipping label is printed). One of my returns was for 5 items on one return code/label. Once they saw the size of the items together, they proceeded to grab a box from their inventory, tape it up and put my items in it. After scanning everything and placing it in their box, they asked for me to pay for the box. I explained that other UPS Stores Ive gone to in the past havent asked me to pay for a shipping box. Their response: Well, we can take it out and you can take it there.I understand these stores are not official UPS locations and are independently owned and operated, but this is a bad reflection on UPS.I decided to do as the gentleman suggested, and will take my business elsewhere. And if the other store wants to charge me to box up the items, thats fine as long as they are up front about it and professional.
TRY A DIFFERENT LOCATION THAN THIS ONE!Horrible UPS franchise!!!The worst service I have every experienced at a UPS Store!I Purchased a Mail box and the owners was trying to tell me when to come in to get my mail. and that I couldnt use this address as a mailing Business Address. They were also asking what type of Business I had . By the Way This is a husband Wife duo for Owners The Husband was nice the wife was hilarious with all these rules as I spent my $$$ there. I immediately close out my Box pretty much got ran away from her Over so called customer service!!! A huge inconvenience and waste of time to go here i TOTALLY AVOID this place its one right down the street on Greenfield way Better anyways.
Quality service with a personal touch. I appeared early on a Monday morning without notice. My car was stuffed to the roof with strangely packed 16 shipping boxes, a sheaf of random posters, and various other artifacts from my daughters apartment in Canada. When I eventually presented a surreal-looking hybrid fantasy weapon consisting of a 32 slashing blade mounted on a Western-style gun stock, the UPS Lady (Kelly) said, unfazed, We have a box for that. By the time I left, we had shared many personal details about ourselves and our loved ones and had developed a solid personal relationship. This kind of personal service is all too rare these days, and I could tell from her interactions with other customers that every one of them is treated as a unique individual with a rare and special quality of attention. Excellent overall experience.
Had an all-in-one computer to ship. Called and spoke with a courteous, knowledgeable person on the phone. Took the computer and a couple of wireless accessories in to this store. So good to receive just what I had hoped for in customer service. Will use this store again for future shipping needs. Thanks guys!
The Owner of this store Kelly is on all levels rude and unprofessional, doing business AT THIS PARTICULAR location has been the worst business experience ever. She is rude, unprofessional, confrontational and from her attitude she could care less about providing great service. To be the owner acts as though she does not want to help or answer your questions when you are spending your money. I Had several packages delivered only for them to lose them. When I was able to provide a proof of signature that she signed for them she acted as though I was in the wrong for questioning the status of my shipment. Kelly told me to place a claim but weeks later the package was discovered and I never received a call to inform me my packaged was found. You can be pleasant to her and she will still come across as unprofessional. Dont waste your time going to this location expecting quality service...MY FAMILY AND I WILL NEVER MAIL OR HAVE A UPS MAILBOX AT THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE especially when you run a business to have your mail lost on several occasions.
Andrew and his team do a great job here! This is where I come every time I have any shipping, notary or printing needs. Everyone is always very accommodating and willing to help you figure out the best way to accomplish your tasks. Feels like hanging out with old friends. Keep up the good work!
I use lots of ups stores and i never had one charge me individually to simply tape already labelled boxes... I guess this location is too urban... Ill continue to take care of my ups needs in canton.... really if u want a normal vs ghetto experience i suggest u go elsewhere

2022-07-14Just want to take a moment and give a shout out to Lauren and Andrew for handling an overnight package that wasnt delivered properly and for following up with corporate. Its not easy being in the customer service business but they handled it so well. Thanks again!

2022-07-13Extremely unprofessional staff members! I was in earlier today and I am so bothered by the experience I had. I walked in to another customer talking to the employees in a very negative and defamatory manor regarding someone else. Instead of shutting the conversation down the employees kept engaging in it. As the conversation kept going names were used and I knew exactly who they were talking about. This location is much closer to my home but I will be definitely driving out of my way to never walk in here again. The things that were said made me extremely uncomfortable and outraged I am still in disbelief that the employees not only allowed this but engaged in it. There were two white employees that engaged in this defamatory conversation and one African American employee who was just trying to help out the customers and avoid the conversation the others were having. I was in the office this morning.

2022-02-14Had a overall pleasurable expiernece here. The prices were pretty much comparable to other shipping outlets. My shipment was processed very quickly and the person helping even volunteered helpful information on future shipments. I was so impressed with the Service that I asked to speak with the manager. I in fact was already being helped by her, one miss Loren Vasquez. Will be back for future shipments. Thanks again Loren

2021-07-17Great service, very reliable and trustworthy. Andy and his team are top notch professional in customer service and conducting business. I know I can trust and count on my packages to be handled and delivered ethically and honestly.Plus, I just love the extra products they sell, especially the magnetic rechargeable flashlight. Keep them in stock. My customers always comment on my flashlight and I refer them to the Dearborn UPS store on Michigan Ave.

They provide many services like mail, mailboxes, faxing, shredding your valuable documents, passport and ID photocopies, color and black copy, Notarizing and also computer workstations service. They sell parcel boxes, stationery and cards. Common parking front of the store.
