AVOID HOLIDAY SHIPPING from here!! Nearly 2 weeks ago I mailed 2 well-marked packages from here. 1 was delivered back to my home when it was clearly addressed to jcpenney. The other, which was supposed to be mailed to Wayfair is apparently LOST in the UPS facility. Their employee, Christian, is recorded frantically saying on my voice mail that the package was found undeliverable in their store and 1 need to pick it up YESTERDAY!! It definitely was accepted at the counter as deliverable when I mailed it, but when I called, Christian answered the phone and I had to convince him go locate it. Now its LOST and not a single word of apology or offer of help, just denials and smart mouth Customer service. Im waiting for a call from the owner.
Avoid this store at all costs. They want $2.5 to print a shipping label for Amazon return when my Amazon return says free drop off at UPS store!Printing costs $0.10 but have to pay $5 to use the damn computer. Owner doesn’t care about any feedback given by the customers either!
I went to this location to send my daughter her iPad. I grabbed a bubble package AND a box and the representative told me the iPad would be ok in the bubble envelope. I asked for 2 of them and he stated I did not need the box. He packaged the ipad!!! My daughter received her iPad with a footprint on the package and the iPad was shattered and they denied my claim because the packaging wasnt sufficient! I will NEVER use UPS again!!!Update: Still no resolution and the manager Andrea actually laughed while we were speaking on the phone after she lied to me about telling me she needed a copy of the receipt. This location is trash and so is the so called leadership staff. Her attitude changed when I brought her the receipt in person.Update after response was received almost a year later: You obviously didnt read the full review. It clearly states YOUR employee packaged it and discarded the packing I came to the counter with. Bottom line, your reviews match the service received. Horrible!!
The opening hours for the store we’re listed as 8:30am. I went there at around 8:55 and have been standing here for 30 mins now. There is another employee of the store as well who’s waiting outside to get in. I feel sorry for the guy, he has been out here in the cold, waiting to get in since 8:30. I have shipped a priority package with them on a Monday morning and was assured a delivery by Friday to a different country. It was Wednesday morning and I was still unable to track the package. Upon enquiring I got to know that the package never left the store. Please avoid going to this place if possible.
This is my first time visit and there is 2 employee there a blonde woman which is whatever she act so lazy doesnt do her right job when I got to her my stuff was not too much to put in a bag medium bag💀 she said we have to put in the box which cost me money for a box not even label and the guy said we DONT SELL BOXES I dont know what wrong with her but this is poor service ever. Not coming back.
I inquired about the pricing of shipping a 23kg check-in luggage and I was told a price which was quite affordable for me. When I went into the store to ship it I was told a much higher price(double of what I was told over the phone). It was a huge disappointment. Plus the staff was super rude to me. The owner needs to make a note of it to ensure customers are not treated in this way plus they also need to make sure the staff is providing correct information over the phone.
I sold a pair of shoes on stockx, and shipped them via the ups store on Drake. The Drake UPS sent the shoes in the shoe box with the label attached to the box with the box being uncovered. They arent supposed to do that. The shoes box should have been placed in a shipping box. My sale was rejected because the box was damaged during shipping. They box should have been covered. I now have merchandise not eligible to sale. They completely dropped the ball and I lost a sale. Very sloppy.
Although the staff was friendly, it was still a pretty expensive transaction, especially if you let them package your items. Had probably $30 worth of shipping items and that turned into $88. The employee over wrapped packages to increase the overall size and weight. I seriously recommend avoiding this store and going with USPS.
Dropped off a package for my brother in Chicago, told me a week. 3 buisness days later they call me and tell me it was an undeliverable address and that I have to come pick it up. After asking what address they sent it too, it wasnt even close to the address I wrote down and handed them on the day I dropped it off. I asked if they could correct the address and resend and they said I would have to pay for it all over again. After they talked with the manager they offered me a discount but said I would need a new box because the box was damaged... (I had purchased one the day I dropped off the stuff). I picked it up and brought it to fedex. The only reason why they get 2 stars instead of 1 is because they were very cheerful.TLDR: I paid 30 dollars for the package to go no where and get damaged. Luckily nothing was fragile inside the container.Also they kept trying to tell me they are sending it to Florida (because my father lives there with the same name as my brother). This leads me to believe they mixed up the two addresses.Will not go here again.

2022-04-06I came into this location for the first time. I was greeted immediately two gentleman Christopher and Kenny took the time to help because I was not familiar with shipping , I always use Amazon. This case was different starting a new business for myself and I will be shipping here from now on . I would recommend this location. 5 stars for sure. Great job!

2022-02-07Never open at 8:30am like the store hours posted on their door sign. They close early as well.Morning staff mosey in at 9am sometimes. I can never get there during the work week to ship anything since I also work 9-5.To response: first of all Im not a sir. Second, your response makes absolutely no sense. Im not trying to drop packages off on a Saturday. Im trying to drop things off during the work week for my convenience, because I am a customer. You are open for your customers convenience are you not? If Im shipping something work related I will not be coming in on a Saturday. And if I have to be at work myself, from 9:00 to 5:00, and must drop off a package before that time and your door states you are open at 8:30 a.m.????? How is this good for your business or for your customers? You have bad reviews for this reason so instead of responding with a pointless message maybe fix the issue which is either changing the time on your door or having the people who are supposed to open that door by 8:30 actually be at work. SMH either way I will not be using your UPS location any longer.

2022-02-07The best place to go for help with my business and returns. The associates are all so helpful. There were alot of things I had to do and everyone all helped me and were so patient with me. Thank you to all the front line workers , working though a pandemic with such amazing service I thank you all! I recommend coming here for a great experience.

2022-01-22The store manager was very helpful in getting a label printed from Amazon.It does cost $2.65 to print an Amazon label so be prepared to pay up if you didnt print a return label at home.This store has all of your normal shipping needs as well as mailbox rentals.

2022-01-05Do not go to this UPS location, the customer service is terrible. I went to return an Amazon item and they refused to take it because the box wasn’t taped however I contacted Amazon who had said to bring the item unpackaged to UPS with my QR code. The lady working at the store absolutely refused to tape the box unless I paid for tape. I’m shocked at the lack of customer care. I have shipped many international packages from this location have done countless Amazon returns here and have never encountered this problem before, will not be returning to this location ever.

2022-05-14Went in the guy was very nice and handled everything in a timely manner only thing is it was Hot as hell in there like very muggy I felt sorry for him he had the back door open to get a lil fresh air ! Now why not have the air on for your employees so sad!

2022-06-27Service is bad, they do notary until 5pm but when you show up at 4:30 then they say we have limited people to manage we cannot do notary but store will be empty there wont be any crowd.

2021-11-16Excellent service! Clean place.. They even put new packaging tape on my package since mine wasnt packed correctly. Dropping off packed has always been easy, they provide receipt with tracking number.

2021-11-21Well maintained store and highly professional services. my experience is very high class every time I visit the store. i even saw staff went out of way to support drop off customers when their phones have problems ( by providing with charging cables). highly recommend the store
