This location is right in the center or my path for daily errands, making it super easy to pick up and or drop off.They have handled multiple parcels for me, since my 4 children live out of state and I am often sending gifts.Also they are an authorized Amazon drop off sitePlus they take ATT equipment, scan it in, box it up and send it.Beyond super shipping services and options they have B&W copiers and color as well for only .49 cents per page.BoxesPacking popcorn and bubble wrapThey even have a notary for a small fee.But the greatest quality and asset of this location is its staff.Truly this staff goes above and beyond on every single visit.Ive been there at peak times in the early am and the 5pm rush and they serve with genuine care and kindness.I would mention the entire staff by name, but fear leaving someone of in my error, know this they are all TOP SHELFThey are also great at problem solving.Your label wont come up on your email, no problem they can find it and print it.No box, they have one.So often places take customers for granted , not here, they are here to serve and they do it with:Genuine CareA winsome attitudeAnd how can we help youSolutions abound here.Easy , Free and plentiful ParkingPlus Screamers Ice cream is right next doorOne stop shopping for sure.
I use this location when shipping packages for my work. Everyone is always helpful. Brett will go the extra mile to be sure everything is packed properly. The service is quick and friendly. The store is very clean. I highly recommend using this UPS store. There is value in good service.
I frequently use this site for business shipping and receiving. The employees at this location know me by face and vehicle. When I pull up theyre already preparing my packages from the back for pick-up. It is always hassle-free and a worry-free experience. Id like to highlight the employee Brett as a wonderful individual with a positive, can-do attitude. They go the extra mile at this location every time I visit. BEWARE PACKAGES WONT GO OUT ON TIME. NOT THE FIRST TIME EITHER WITH THIS STORETHEY WOULD RATHER LEAVE EARLY OR NOT HAVE TO STAY A MINUTE EXTRA RATHER THEN GET YOUR PACKAGE OUT ON TIME.1 star because I cant put 0.Nicholas and Shelby are the ones that were working tonight and because they wanted to leave early they wouldnt help me send a package out. My package was supposed to be overnight but its going to be late because of people like this who work there.
Just like my buddy Aubrey Graham aka Drake, I too have trust issues. Specifically trust issues about how my packages are handled while being shipped. I have used other services to ship things out before and have had extremely bad experiences. So I decided to switch it up and head down to my local UPS Store.I was immediately greeted by the smiling faces of Nicholas, Sofia, and Brett. In almost a Pitch Perfect-esque fashion, these three harmonized the words How can we help you today? so well I thought Anna Kendrick herself was going to break out a solo performance.As I was shipping something rather fragile and a tad pricey, the team knew exactly how to make me feel at ease. They recommended which packaging I should be using and Sofia even made sure the item was secured tightly so that it wouldnt bounce around before they taped it up.At the end of my shipping experience I performed a random trust fall into Brett, Sofia, and Nicholas and they executed to perfection, bracing my fall and raising me right back up. This didnt really happen but Id like to think that because of the trust that was created during my time at UPS Store #5502, it definitely would have.
I deal with this store on a weekly basis or twice a week (sometimes). The staff is very professional and friendly especially Nick and Brett. They always greet customers with smile and they are always have answers to any question. I would not go to any other UPS store.
The employees here -- specifically Haley, are amazing! She has been SO helpful during this time of unrest. We have no computer or printer at home, and my daughter has school assignments that must be printed. Haley has gone ABOVE AND BEYOND to help her out. Dont know what we wouldve done without her! Thank you!!
Was just there delivering a small 4 lbs package. Was charged $35 and was told it was cheaper than USPS. Just got home and entered in the weight and dimensions on the USPS site and it calculated to only $19.99, so thanks for lying to me, UPS! Guy also never had me verify and sign to make sure the address was correct nor did he offer me insurance. In the past 24 hours (I sent an identical box to another location yesterday) I have been charged $70 to ship the equivalent of 8 lbs.
They had a system outage when we arrived. I had a pre paid label which the attendent asked to email. Then later said they couldnt even access staff email. I understand system outage but ups really needs to train the employees about customer service especially during holiday season. Just a waste of time overall.
Unfortunately i had a package stolen from me at this facility. I had dropped off a return package with a guy by the name of Randy to be sent back to Nike. I made a mistake and threw away the receipt, called Nike to see if they had received confirmation and a tracking number that the package was on the way. Nike investigated and told me No check with ups. Spoke with the rude manager Brett, he had no tracking numbers or documents in the computer or on his log sheet for that day I dropped off my package but had proof and a track number for when i had a text book sent back to amazon. Brett could not explain to me why there wasn’t any documentation on the computer or on his log sheets for that day or where is my package but had everything else and refused to give me cooperates number and threatened to have me escorted out of his store and told me to take it up with Nike they’re the billion dollar company. I lost my money and my package! Worst UPS ever!

2022-05-04I walked into store 5502 yesterday and instantly had a smile on my face. I was acknowledged instantly. Two young guys were working, they had some great music on (at a perfect sound level!) and the vibes they both gave off was welcoming, easy going, yet professional. I was taken care of in a quick, very helpful manner. Great job UPS for allowing your younger employees to feel comfortable enough in their jobs to perform excellent customer service!! Will def choose store 5502 as my go to now. To the two young guys, thank you, you were a rare pleasure to experience in this crazy world!

2022-04-03I come here all the time to get copies and stuff like that. They are very very friendly and helpful every time I go! I always offer to pay them but they don’t even make me pay for copies. Today, they were closed and doing maintenance and construction inside. I really needed a copy of something, though, so they still gave me a free copy even though they were closed and doing other stuff that day. These guys are the best!

2022-05-10Great store, the manager and staff are always helpful, always pleasant. Brett helped me set up our mailbox at this location and it has been great for workflow (mail, packages, forwarding, access) - Id recommend a mailbox at the UPS Store over a USPS PO Box, 100%

2022-04-13I went in to the store to return some shoes. Brett tossed the email to the store in front of me rather rudely. I then sent several emails and was getting frustrated. Brett did not specifically tell me what he received or what he needed. I did not raise my voice but I specified that I was unhappy. He gave me a receipt and supposedly the shoes are sent back. This young man Brett is in customer service and does not represent the UPS brand very well.

2022-03-14Would never take another package here again, they will remove the labels and stickers from packages regardless of what they are for. Girl behind the counter removed my limited quantity sticker on purpose after being told not to, that it had to be on the package. Called the manager to attempt to resolve, was asked if I had a question after explaining what happened. Unprofessional and dangerously incompetent. Its illegal to remove DOT stickers from packages when you dont know the contents...I was told thats just what they do at this location, take boxes to the back and remove all stickers from them. I was able to take my packages over to the Rochester rd store and drop off no problems!Whose responsible for the spill because she removed the proper designation sticker from the box? Surely not me!

2022-01-28The people here work hard, they’re fast and efficient. They’re helpful and kind despite some crazy customers. I go here constantly and it’s the best UPS I’ve been to — it’s small but they work fast.

2021-11-04Terrible customer service from one of their associates. As I calmly watched him help another customer who was in fact behind me in line, I was patient in loading up my codes to be scanned. After he was done with the customer he proceeds to help me however tried going back to another customer because I was taking too long to bring up the code on my phone. Mind you, this takes less than 5 seconds. I calmly waited a few minutes for him to help the customer who initially walked into the store before me, and I did not want to wait another couple of minutes so I said the code is literally up can u just scan it, he proceeds to yell at me and states “just take a screen shot of all of your codes!” I told him it takes less than 5 seconds to scan the code and he proceeds to yell that there’s a line behind me. There were 2 people behind me. Regardless, if there was a line, you help the person who came in first. This employee needs to learn proper customer service or else he needs to get a job where he doesn’t deal with the general public. Unbelievable treatment. Will never step foot in this UPS again.

2021-03-06Super quick, smooth and easy process. Im going through this UPS store for my packages vs others and especially USPS moving forward. Great service, clean and I especially appreciated that the employee was wearing a double mask...Made me feel better about the cleanliness of the place.

2021-07-21Came here today to ship a return. I wasnt familiar with the process so the guy working seemed irritated with me. I ignored it, however, mid-transaction he walks away and starts talking with someone else.. I waited.. And waited and finally ended up walking out. I couldnt believe how unbelievably rude this employee was. Actually made me sick. This guy should not be working with the general public. Rude!!
