Ive went to this location twice to send returns back to Amazon. I know of the guys who works there can come off a little rude because hes just trying to process everyone in a timely manner, but hes actually quite nice if youre there longer than 2 seconds to drop off a package. Then there is another guy, shorter, who I dealt with when opening up an account to have a mailbox with them. He was super nice, very informative. Answered any and all questions I had. I said I hope you guys dont mind getting tarantulas through here(in boxes of course lol) and hes like nah weve had people pick up snakes LOL. I enjoy them. Only reason for the 4 stores is because the taller gentlemen can have a little attitude sometimes, but other than that the location is fine and the prices were the same as the one on Kalamazoo.
Spoke to me over the phone as if I was incompetent, and proceeded to send my package a crossed the state. Thankfully a clerk on the eastside was willing to at least help me, and corrected a nearly delivered package that was paid in full.Terrible experience in Wyoming, very few decent encounters wit UPS.
2 weeks ago I went to UPS store to send modem back to seller, because it didn’t work for me. It was my 1st time returning back item to seller. And one of worker, just measure it and scan the modem number and I said I have the number to return this item. He was like “I don’t need that number we can delivered this item and seller have to pay us”. I was okay and come back home. But after a week I asked to seller that he received the modem back or not. He said no, I tried to contact with UPS at that time but couldn’t able to because it was weekend and I called them and they said we don’t know that we can’t help. Call and ask Comcast costumer service, I called them and they said we don’t know about that. We don’t know where UPS delieverd it. I talked with more than 12 people but I couldn’t find my modem back. Now seller doesn’t want to refund me without receiving that modem back in his hand. My money is just gone. Now I don’t have my modem with me nor the money. We come to you guys with lots of expectation and if you do that how people will trust you again. I hope you will never ever do that with other costumers. You are not there without getting pay, you have to work trustfully.
The only reason I’d give them one star is because it was easy to drop off a package. However, they gave my package I was supposed to pick up to somebody else. They claimed that it must have had the wrong name or address on it. That was completely inaccurate because the slip on my door said my name and address. The lady at the counter was trying to cover her butt because she knew she gave my package to the wrong person.
I called the store this morning and asked how long the store would be open, the woman who answered told me until 6pm. As I walked up the door at 4:28 pm I could tell they were closing up. I just needed to drop off a prepaid overnight envelope so I knocked on the door. The woman inside motioned for me to go away and that the doors were locked. I found this extremely rude and will never be going back. I called a second UPS store and the employee kindly waited for me a few minutes after their closing time to take the envelope.
UPS store that cant actually print labels to send packages! Tried to return 3 packages, with an email for the return with tracking number, yet the staff kept simply saying they cant print labels. Staff stated store cant print labels because we are a franchise, not an actual ups store. Not frustrating at all, to have to load up 3 large packages back into my car because they are a franchise. Confused on this one.
My package was supposed to be delivered from somebody at this store, I have been home all day and have a huge window right next to my front door. My package says it was delivered, I have been in the living room all day, nobody has came to my house, knocked on the door or rang the doorbell. My package is nowhere to be found.. I know for a fact that no one was here at the time it says it was delivered, because I was watching a show at that exact moment and nobody came to my door. Im pissed😡
Agreed with the other complaints about this location.Could not print a label for my own Personal UPS.So i paid the $$ to get it shipped as i was on our way to the airport and could not take the Liquid with us on the plane.when it arrived it was cracked. SO far not a great experience. neither Manage or Owner are available to at this time to get the claim process started.
The counter help was clueless. I tried attempted to ship a shell reloader. Its simply a machine made of metal and plastic. No material or components. They made a few calls and in the end called our firearm part and declined the shipment. Even after being shown a picture of what it was.I had to walk past everyone in line looking at me like I was some sort of criminal trying to make an illegal shipment. Ridiculous waste of time and poor service. Not to mention I called the day before for a shipping quote and I know for a fact UPS ships these items.
As a returning customer I am very unhappy with the service and performance of this location. I receive no updates or communication as to the whereabouts of my package or why it was held at the location, I was not provided with adequate customer service and wasnt given a delivery date. As I expected my package to arrive I had canceled plans expecting an on time delivery. After calling the number provided I was on hold for 25 min just to be told they are sorry. Why does ups use this poor location? Step it up or I will take my business elsewhere.
I live near this UPS Center on Clyde Park in Wyoming, MI. I have to say...the same lady always seems to be running the front desk here when I stop by. She is positively MEAN, rude and does not care about making you a happy customer, only about making you leave faster. I have left this location red in the face on 3 occasions in the last year, simply because the staff here refuse to help with issues or even go 1 step out of their way to find a package. HORRIBLE BRANCH.
Went in to ship a package that was already paid for online, and was pretty impressed that only 2 people were handling the store. Chad was great and very helpful despite the long line of people waiting to get helped. Great service and pretty easy on off to 44th street.
Absolutely worst customer service, First they went to neibors house then when I called they said he already tried to make an attempt and I had to pick it up my self. On the tag he left on the neibors door he put 3rd attemp when it was only the 1st then they sent the package back never once bringing the package to my door even once, Save your money and go with someone else.

2022-06-25On the road, and driving through Grand Rapids, had an item that needed to be shipped- the employees here were quick to help, knowledgeable, and very kind. They got it all packaged up for me. I needed an item to get across the country in 2 days, so it cost a lot- but the cost was to be expected in the time frame I was working in. Very pleased with the service I received.

2022-07-2222JUL22 - I had an issue with shipping here, the UPS driver was unable to deliver my package because of a missing suite number.Quinn, was able to correct the issue and follow up with a phone call the next day letting me know it was delivered.I believe, this worker went out of their way and beyond their responsibilities to contact me. Great customer support here.Thanks.

2022-07-17I went there mostly because of convince. I need to have a black and white copy made from my flash page. It was way over price. $2.00 per copy. KDL was free at the time. You could get 50 pages for free. Family Fare 25 cents per copy

2022-02-02I am being really nice. This is the 4 star review of the DMV. No one WANTS to go or be here. I felt like they all hated their job and it showed but the wait wasn’t terrible and they could have been a lot more awful than they were 🤷🏼♀️

2020-11-19Ive dropped off many return items for Amazon and am always in and out in no time. Of course some days are busier than others and not every person in line is always prepared. They are so efficient here that there is hardly ever a line to wait in. Refunds are processed quicker than expected. Keep up the great work!

2018-07-27Update: Read Below First: This UPS store is over pricing compared to others but dont take my word for it Ill include proof. I recommend going to a more professional location which i found store #0412 at 6026 Kalamazoo Ave Se to be well worth it. There prices were way cheaper and the staff is get professional, polite, and caring if your needs.I entered the store today 7-27-18 to consider purchasing a new mailbox or to rent one. The person who i got to assist me was a white female young with brown hair in a ponytail, and had to be the rudest person Ive ever met. She acted as though all my questions about the box inconvenience her. I thought it might be smart to check reviews and i usually never do. In fact i was actually looking for a different UPS when i saw the review section.I was not surprised by the low rating as it was exactly as many have described. I decided to go to a different location even though its further out, but at least if Im gonna to have a pleasant experience elsewhere considering i intend to do business for years with them. It amazes me the lack of care and work ethic in younger people these days especially while their getting paid to work. If you are the owner reading this I would strongly consider you to reevaluate your team, all be these be people to include myself cant be wrong about you store.Imagine if a UPS corporate executive walked in your franchise and witnessed this or would they get better treatment then the rest of us? Seek me out if you correct the issues and Ill consider coming back.

2021-03-03Was going to send a package here.Price seemed High $36.00 so went to Clyde Park UPS, 2 miles away. They were $11.85 for the package.. a $25.00 difference. Was explained that UPS Stores are Franchised and prices are ALWAYS HIGHER. Dont have a problem with a couple bucks but $25.00? My advice is go to the Clyde Park Location, it may save you a bundle..

2022-01-03I took some sensitive paperwork here to have shredded on 12/23/21 and on 1/3/22 I was contacted by my employers HR department that an unemployment claim was submitted using my name and SS#. DONT EVER USE THEIR SHREDDING SERVICES UNLESS YOU WANT TO DEAL WITH THE PAIN OF IDENTITY THEFT!!!

2021-06-16I use Amazon a lot and twice I have had to return something. Amazon now just gives you a scan code and you drop it off to a UPS Store. I have been here twice already greeted nicely, they scan my item and Im doneThey really couldnt make it sny easier. Thanks for the quick work and friendly smile!
