My wife and I realized our bills and things of that nature that needed to be eliminated before we proceeded with purchasing a house. Sung checked on us patiently over the next 4 years (YES I KNOW...4 YEARS LOL) and finally caught us in a time where we felt we were primed to purchase our first home for us and our 2 children. We came into this situation not very educated and knowledgeable of the real estate agency and how the whole process worked of buying a home. Comment: We met Lisa by chance after we saw a home that was listed for sale on Zillow. She made time to meet with us the very next day. The home was not a fit for our family but Lisa took the time to get to know us and find out what was we found most important in a home. She made time to meet with me to look at several other properties and quickly was able to judge what my response might be before I ever stepped foot on the property.We found a home we were interested in and made the decision to list our current home for sale. Lisa went out of the way to throw a huge open house on Super Bowl weekend with a great turn out. She answered our questions promptly and with patience each step of the way. Our home was effectively marketed and we accepted an offer less than a week and a half later.The home we are renting were interested in purchasing needed a lot of work. Lisa supported us through countless inspections and communicated with us each step of the way so that we were never left not knowing what was going on.Lisa even stood by our side when we eventually backed out of the first home we found after one too many issues was uncovered during inspections. She helped us to find just the right property and got our offer accepted within 24 hours. She consistently made our family’s priorities her priorities and negotiated on our behalf to make sure we got the best possible outcome.I highly recommend Lisa if you are considering buying or selling. Comment: I contacted the WEST experience and was immediately connected with Kris LoSole. I sat and interviewed Kris, asking him about his knowledge and experience in helping a buyer to buy a home. After I felt comfortable moving forward with Kris, I gave him a wish list and time frame I needed to adhere too as I only had 65 days or I would be homeless. I told him I had filled out loan applications with 3 different places and all 3 where taking there sweet time. Kris referred me to someone they use. After giving her a call, she qualified me over the phone for a higher amount then any of the other three did in 5 minutes including my own bank .Kris understood the assignment with understanding, compassion and speed. After 2 weeks of looking we put in an offer and it was excepted .After inspections Kris worked to fight tirelessly on my ( the buyers ) behalf. Comment: Five stars are not enough to explain the level of service I got from Aaron West.I live out of the area and was referred to Aaron as the person who gets things done in Modesto. I was in the process of taking over managing the affairs for an elderly family member. Our first few calls I didn’t even know what to ask, I was just gathering information on how to manage my situation. He was a wealth of information (and compassion). We met at the property that was filled with garbage and squatters that had moved in when my elderly relative went into the hospital. At one point Aaron even dodged a flying axe that was part of a booby trapped door. I thought “it can’t get much worse than this” so we made a plan to take action on a sale when I could secure a court order.Alas… it got worse…While waiting for the courts there was a fire. Aaron went to the property and took photos and gave me regular updates. He also gathered information from the City and County on the non standard zoning. This was not going to be an easy job.Finally the court order to sell was obtained and Aaron helped me navigate transferring the title. All of this was done with no obligation from me. He wasn’t officially my agent, he was just helping me out.Turns out selling a property in a conservatorship is remarkably involved and there were more steps to be done to get authorized. Aaron checked in throughout this process and even posted no trespassing signs for me.Alas, it got EVEN WORSE… There was a second house fire! Again, Aaron sent me more photos and helped me navigate the fire investigators and sheriff.Nearly 9 months after our first call, 1 swinging axe, 2 fires and countless calls later we were ready to get the house on the market. The property was listed on a Friday and by Monday morning we were in escrow with a full price offer. Woo hoo!There was a mild heart attack inducing question on the last day of escrow (the city had questions), because Aaron is local and known in this area he got the questions answered and the deal was done.I could not have had a better partner in this process. Aaron was professional, kind and an incredible resource in this incredibly complex situation.

Comment: Initially we left 5 stars because we had not seen the house in person and he was very pushy for me to leave a review before we got there but after we made the move from AZ to our new house in California, we had to change the review. We bought the house while being out of state and that was our first mistake. The second mistake was believing “all the floors are hardwood under the carpet” like we were told. As soon as we started doing renovations and ripping the carpet up, we noticed the rooms have an old, ugly cheetah print tiled floor which we now have to pay to have redone. The house was in no way prepped to be sold so as everything looked good on FaceTime, we didn’t get the notice the details of how dirty the house really was. It took multiple times of shampooing the carpets for the water not to come out black. It was gross and the house was also definitely smoked in too, you could tell by the yellow tinged white paint on the walls. We also were not told about the dryer outlet in the garage being old school. The previous owner had a newer dryer installed so we thought that we would just be bringing our dryer and washer in and easily hooking them up, but that was not the case. We had to have the power cord swapped out for a three long plug which also cost us money to pay a electrician to do it properly. Sung did not really do much negotiating for us as we paid for all fixes to the house because sellers refused. The sellers did not want to help with any closing costs so we threw out a lot more money on this home than ideal. Is sung nice? Yes he is, he’s friendly and easy to talk to. Is he always punctual? Definitely he is! But do I think he had our best interest at heart? Eh not really.

Comment: From the very start, Damien Wilson was professional and thorough. Before we agreed to make him our realtor he did a very professional presentation via zoom to me and my sister. I was impressed from the start. Damien worked very hard for us. The house we were selling was in Riverbank and I live three hours south. So it wasn’t your normal realtor/seller type relationship in that I wasn’t around. We did meet at the house so he could go through it and we could arrange for pictures and what not. He gave us pointers on how to best stage it. Because I’m from out of town I had no clue as to who to use for an estate sale, and he provided me with several names I was able to find a very good one based on his recommendation. He arranged an open house, and the house sold the first weekend. After your normal escrow time, the people pulled out and we were back to square one. But Damien remained steadfast and positive. We relisted, and it sold quickly again. There was a time we needed some minor repairs done, and he was able to provide me with a competent repairman again since I was out of the area and had no references or connections. It was a bittersweet day when we closed, so relieved to be done with the process but sad I won’t be getting to bug Damien anymore. Who knows maybe I still will. 😃

Comment: Sung with West Experience Real Estate is amazing! Having just bought a house with not the smooth transition or experience with our lender. Sung was patient, kind and very much on top of everything at every single part of the process. Due to unforeseen events our process took 3 months and he took care of every part of the process in making sure we were on the same page. I truly believe we wouldn’t have been able to close on our home if it wasn’t for his experience, professionalism and humor. Comment: Kris is amazing!! I’m extremely tenacious and he handled my tenaciousness very well. Totally on top of everything and answered my questions right away, and followed up with all my concerns. Whenever I wanted to view a home, he made arrangements with us the very same day. Lenders are on top of everything as well and did everything they could to work with us within our financial means, and nothing delayed. In fact, my escrow is closing earlier than expected. You want something done fast and right, this is who you want working for you and with you. If we plan purchasing another home in the future, we will definitely be doing business with them again.

Comment: Aaron is the absolute best! His knowledge of the market and its relationship with the overall economy is just one of the things that really sets him apart. He encouraged us not to sell our house in Ripon in November of 2020 when we thought we should sell because the market was hot (but we weren’t quite ready to make our move to Idaho yet). We took his advice and waited until we were ready to move to put our house on the market, and Aaron and Damien sold our house in June for OVER $150,000 MORE than we thought we’d be able to sell it for in November! I had jokingly told Aaron that if he sold our house for $650,000 (when the market said it was worth closer to $590,000) we’d name our next pet after him. So here we are, living our best lives in North Idaho, with our new pup Hank Aaron. Thank you Aaron, Damien, and the rest of The West Experience team!!

Comment: My wife and I first moved to Modesto in 2020 and bought our first home ever with Sung as our agent. Sung was recommended to us by our workplace. He was extremely helpful from the beginning to the end of the home-buying process.When we were looking for houses, Sung was knowledgeable of the different areas of Modesto and different aspects of the house to pay attention to on our tours. He was always available for questions, even on weekends and nights, which is something much appreciated given our odd work hours. In fact, there was never a time in which he did not respond within 30 minutes. I really can’t say even things about how well we appreciated working with him to find our current home. Comment: I wish there were more stars I could give. My experience with Aaron and his team was nothing short of incredible. They sold my house for 10% more than the highest listing price recommended by any other agent, and did it in under two months, from the very first phone call to the close of escrow and delivery of the purchase check.I interviewed six agents, all of whom visited the house and provided comps. I was unsatisfied that recent sales in the neighborhood offered fair comparisons to my home, which had some unique attributes. Among all the agents I spoke to, Aaron was the only one who had the same instincts. He researched further into the past to find more accurate comps, ultimately justifying a listing price over 10% higher than any other agent. The West Experience made recommendations on critical repairs and enhancements, then hired the teams to do the work, all at way less than what we thought it would cost to get the house ready to sell. The listing and marketing process were seamless, with everything aimed at getting word out about the house (which had never been on the market) as broadly as possible. I was impressed by the level of promptness he showed us with all our questions and contact throughout the process. He priced our home at evaluation we felt was fare, helped us navigate necessary repairs to the home prior to listing, and exceeded our expectations with his negotiation skills. We received an offer above our asking price and he was able to negotiate issues with an appraisal being lower than what we had hoped for. I appreciated the communication throughout the entire transaction. I was always informed and updated about what was going on.Considering the multiple hurdles that came with selling my home, I had a pleasant experience working with Aaron, which I dont think would have been the case given an alternate realtor.Lastly, the follow up from Aaron and his team post-sale has been amazing.
