Our A/C unit quit working in the middle of a heatwave and the ThermalPros team was able to get a new one installed for us very quickly. I had a great experience with ThermalPros. I had gotten quotes from several other companies to replace my furnace and AC and then contacted ThermalPros based on a recommendation from a friend. The other companies tried pitching the most expensive units, which cost twice as much and provided little benefit over other high-quality units. John from ThermalPros came the next day after I reached out, he inspected my furnace and AC with me, and provided quotes for high-quality Lennox products that were less expensive than quotes I received from other companies for similar products.The installation went seamlessly. The team arrived at the time they had provided and also called in advance of their arrival. They were friendly and upon finishing the job, they walked through how to operate the units and the steps I should periodically take to ensure they continue to run well.I highly recommend ThermalPros and would plan on using them for any future furnace/AC projects.

Very professional , nice crew , good quality equipment and work , on time quick appointment , done in a day no comebacks or problems ,, price as quoted . Repaired old furnace a few times , installed ac system , checked ac system when i had them come back and install a new furnace . Very happy all services performed . Small company good people , recommended from a friend , i may not even be in their area , used for 4 yrs so far will continue using them also .
We have been using Thermal Pros for many, many years. John and his team are professional, prompt, knowledgeable, and very cost competitive. We can always trust that the job will be done right, and they will stand by their work. We recently had new thermostats put in which we love. Johns associate had the work done super fast, showed us how to use them, and took care to clean up everything. Angela even took care of the rebates for us. What more can you ask for? I called ThermalPros because my A/C unit was not working properly. Angela was very professional, quick to respond via phone calls or texts. I was able to schedule service within 1-2 days. Service was completed in less than 30 minutes. I would highly recommend and will be using them again in the future.
This work was performed in April 2019. John showed up after a long day to give us a quote for bringing our furnace up to code and moving it slightly. He offered multiple options to choose from thinking we would need all new but he recommended the current unit was good. They came back when he said he would, added a humidifier, moved the furnace, modified ducts, replaced gas lines to both units, corrected the drainage problem all in one day while working in and around a small crawl space.A month later we needed additional duct work and we hired them again.Highly recommend this company.

Company really carea about their customers. Extraordinarily responsive. Our air condition stopped working during a 90 degree heat wave. Thermal pros came out same day. We called them again when we needed water heater fixed. Angela in the office is a terrific communicator. Technician was running a little late and Angela called us. Angela walked us through all the paperw o rk, filed for our rebates, etc. Best service weve ever had for our house.

I highly recommend ThermalPros. They replaced my a/c, furnace, humidifier and thermostat. Everyone I spoke with was very friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to show me what maintenance steps I need to do, and how to set up my thermostat. They cleaned up after themselves and left no mess at all. John took the time to explain all my options, and answered all my questions. The install was scheduled in a timely manner, everyone arrived on time and was completed in one day. I was very satisfied with the whole process.

I have to say, this is definitely one of the most professional heating and cooling companies I have ever dealt with. My 20 year old A/C unit was not cooling and on the referal of a friend, I contacted Thermal Pros. Angela answered the phone and set up a service call for the next morning. The tech was at my home at 7 am the next morning and offered up my options. My system was low on coolant and when it comes to A/C it means I had a leak somewhere in the system, most likely in the coil. He recommended replacing coil and a/c unit, but also stated he could just add coolant to system and it may give me the summer before leaking out again. No pushy sales tactics here, just a honest opinion. Since the furnace was original to home as well, I asked for a quote to replace both. The price quoted was fair, but the time frame to perform the installation was AMAZING! He assured me he could be out there the next morning and have both units replaced and by doing both I would qualify for a $200 federal tax credit and a rebate of $900 from the utility companies. At 7:30 am the next day, the owner John and his crew were out and by noon they had new high efficiency units installed, they even did me the favor of hauling away an old water tank from my basement that I had replaced a few months earlier. This company was a pleasure to deal with and I would highly recommend.

We had a furnace problem complicated by a bad installation job from the original builder. John came out, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it. He was prompt, clean, and very fair with prices. John the owner committed to a job started it left and never came back called him a bunch of times on his cell he will not answer or call back I called his secretary a bunch of times left messages with her, she keeps saying I dont know what his deal is, bad company stay away I really thought they were good I used them on several jobs before, dont know what happened to them been heari.h same stories from others as well, like taking deposits and not return BE CAREFUL
John Pilot, the owner, is very knowledgeable with the services he provides, from generators, furnaces and air conditioners to water heaters. He will give you a fair price and great installation service. Once you make the correct decision to go with Thermal Pros you must join their Service Contract to get your biannual check up on your furnace and air conditioner. Angela, who runs the office, is the most pleasant and capable person. She will call and remind you of your next inspection and will make sure she works with your schedule. If you are fortunate enough to get Sean as your serviceman you will be impressed with his kind and very efficient manner. What a great crew! You will not regret your decision.
My review will not be so glowing. We purchased our furnace and air conditioning unit from John at Thermal Pros in 2008. We have had it serviced every year to make sure it would continue to work well. My furnace decided to quit a few days ago. I called Thermal Pros and they sent a tech out who spent 2 hours not finding anything. John then came out and decided the problem had to be my Nest thermostat. He fiddled around and got it to work. It went out again that night. The next day he replaced the thermostat, got it running again, and again, it quit running that night.The third day, he decided that a board needed replacing. He replaced it, and again, the furnace quit running that night. I gave him the weekend off and used space heaters. I called Monday morning and spoke to Angela (who is the best thing to ever happen to this business). After speaking to. John, Angela called me back and said that John said that he would not be coming back out! He dumped us, after being good customers for 14 years, and made the receptionist tell us!!I called another company. In 20 minutes he told me that John had replaced the wrong board. In less than an hour, he had fixed the problem, and put my Nest thermostat back on the wall and connected it. Our furnace is still running.I will NEVER use Thermal Pros again.

Our AC unit recently stopped cooling our home and we called around to a couple places, we immediately liked the professionalism and kind demeanor of Angela on the phone so we called them out to look at our unit. We found out all the freon had leaked out and discussed our options with John. We were kind of already thinking to replace anyway and John affirmed thatd be the better option, but didnt try to push anything on us. The next day (day of this review) Sean and Santos came out to install the new unit. Sean was very polite and answered our questions, and they did an excellent job with the installation, and even corrected some issues with the previous installation! Will DEFINITELY call ThermalPros again.
Thermal Pro came out to do a routine checkup on the air conditioner as part of the service plan that they offer. They were very easy to schedule and were very professional and courteous. The technician Sean was very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.

I was having problems with a new furnace not heating properly that was installed by a different company. It had recently been checked by them, and had been declared in good working order, but it wasnt. Calling them again did no good. I found Thermal Pros online, called and talked with Angela in the office, and long story short, I not only received a call back from the owner John a short time later, but he came out personally that afternoon and took only minutes to discover and fix the issue! 2022-07-21I reached out to ThermalPros Heating & Cooling when my central air unit stopped working. They were at my house two days later with a brand new unit. Arrived on time, very professional and proficient. These guys did an amazing job, were respectful of the property and cleaned up after all the hard work. 2022-06-02ThermalPros has really come through. Repairman Sal is courteous, honest, and went above and beyond when helping us out previously as well as currently. Unfortunately our ancient furnace has now given up. Thankfully ThermalPros was great at working out an affordable replacement system for us, and they were able to schedule our install quickly. Highly recommend this company.

When they came out for the service call you found out what the problem was very quickly. When the two men came out for the installation they started to work right away and didnt stop until it was done. I would recommend this company to everyone.

2022-04-09I called in the evening with a no heat situation. I knew the problem that needed to be fixed and decided to have a new furnace installed instead of fixing the old one. 14 hours later, they were here to replace the furnace and were done in a timely fashion. I called Thermal Pros because they replaced my air conditioner after being referred by a family member. They are 2 for 2 on meeting my needs quickly and with a competitive price.

2022-06-07Absolutely amazing service and professional staff. We had a 40yr old hvac system where the blower finally died. They completed a full funace and AC install with new cabinet in a tough cramped spot, in 1 day! Great deals and great people. They didnt try over selling us for our house (1500sqft) and explained the systems available, even upgraded us a tier because it was available sooner, to start the next day. Sal was very comfortable to be around and knew precisely what he was doing. A+

2021-12-09Thermal Pros were so helpful and amazing! They were very responsive! We were able to get someone out to give us a quote within and hour of calling and then a brand new furnace and AC installed the following day. It was 30° here in Clawson and our house was freezing. Could not be more thankful! Price was much better than other quotes we received and labor workers were professional and kept everything completely clean.10/10 recommend

I called John for an estimate on a new furnace; he answered his phone and was able to come out the next day to see what I needed. He confirmed what a previous company told me which was I needed to replace my existing 20-year-old furnace. John wrote up an estimate which was very specific to the brand, the size, the BTUs, everything I would need to make an informed decision.After I selected Thermal Pros to do the work, Angela called me and we set up an install date. The morning of the installation, Angela called to let me know the estimated time of arrival for the installers/technicians.From the get-go, all communications with Thermal Pros was easy, precise, and a pleasure to do business with. All issues were addressed as well as some I was not aware of. Parts were ordered and service was completed with same expert care. This company sets the bar high and delivers.
