Comment: Actually my initials of my real name are G.K.I brought my Yamaha PSR a5000 keyboard for a warranty repair, I was greeted by Steven and immediately told me that the joystick needs a calibration, which is not found in the user manual, but in the service manual.He was able to fix it within the hour.I just want to point out to Steves professionalism and ethical honesty.Highly recommended.Thank you Steve for your honest service.
