This tim Hortons location is one of the worst locations the franchise holds. This location always has the doors locked to the inside long drive Thur line. finally when get to the window the product is so poorly but together, You can see your iced coffee half stirred and the egg and cheese sandwich so poorly put together. Now I drive down to ford rd few blocks west of Telegraph they are perfect there.
The worst tim hortons ever i went there around 9 pm i order 7 black coffee they refused to serve me they told me we only able to give you 5 i asked for the manager he told me iam the supervisor his name was Martin i records every thing on video and im going to post it on social media
I came by after work to get something small to eat and a coffee, when I asked about the grilled cheese they said we arent making food right now (this was the second time this has happened, first time they said the grill isnt working) then I proceeded to order my coffee. When I pulled into the window I saw the staff messing and joking around with a line of customers behind me. The coffee was supposed to be a double double with vanilla but it had no vanilla or sugar what so ever.
Okay, I dont even know where to begin. Where is the owner of this Tim Hortons? Is it a Franchise or Corporate? Who do we contact to complain? I mean this place is the slowest Tim Hortons Ive ever been to, trust me, Ive been to a lot of them. The employees are so slow, very, very slow. Customers can tell that they hate their job and they dont care about anything. The drive through is slower than the inside. Like today, I went to the drive through and there was no one ahead of me, it was empty. I was like okay thats good this will be quick. NO, I had to wait for more than 5 minutes just for them to take my order. Remember, there was no one before me. I then ordered. I had to wait for a coffee and bagel for more than 5 minutes. When I got home I found out it was the wrong bagel, so I threw it away. The owner/manager need to learn from other Tim Hortons around the area like the one in Ford RD/Cherry Hill. They are fast and reliable. This Tim Hortons needs a make over or it should be closed. Dont waste our time and money just because you dont like your job. An advice for the employees: You signed up for this job, no one forced you, so act like it and do it like you mean it. And if you dont like it just quit and find another job. Its just coffee and bagels and some sandwiches. Its not rocket science.
No food or espressoLooks like this is a reoccuring theme based on the other reviews. Ruined my morning having to wait in a line you cantt get out of just to be disappointed. Maybe post a sign at the entrance so I dont waste my time? I would look into your broken food equipment if you value your customers opinions :) see ya never.
Worst tim hortons ever, every time i go they mess my order up or the people working are rude. i work in food service and very understanding that everyone is short staffed but the staff at this establishment is always rude and nasty. today i got over charged for an item i was told wasn’t even made then when i got my replacement item i got no money back or anything. this is repeatedly happening and it’s disgusting.
Paid for a large iced coffee, recieved a medium.Paid for a double shot of espresso, recieved nothing.Came unstirred and looked like straight milk with a layer of sugar on the bottom.Wouldnt recommend the midday shift as they clearly do not know what they are doing and it will be a waste of your time and money.
Took my order back and got my money back. whatever the sandwich deal was...... excuse maam can I plz get a refund this sandwich looks horrible and gross!!! She gave me such attitude and said thats how it supposed to look. No maam it shouldnt but that ok just a refund plz.
Worst tim Hortons ever the owner needs to open another lane and run his business cuz its so horrible the line takes an hour to go thats crazy people got things to do and its horrible workers dont know how to run nothing please fix ur bisnus and let it be like the one on fordroad that 1 gets a 5 star seriucly.
Pay attention when you go there. I goes to this location every other day. Today my experience was terrible first off the girl who rings up the order also makes your coffee with the same gloves that she collects money from where she is touching the lid to your coffee. Then the girl who makes the food goes outside to deliver a customer order with the same gloves she makes the food with came back in with the same gloves on and tried to make my food. I explain to her she need to change her gloves before making my food she literally lied to me and stated she did not have on gloves when she went outside. My food was made wrong and I decided that I did not want my food remade I was already late work.
Tbh, I only go to this Tim Hortons for their donuts, and my order is always “dozen chocolate dip donuts”.After the first time, they told me to call 10mins before coming, fine. It worked the first time I called.Second time, they flat out told me we can’t make the donuts right now, this was an hour before closing time.3rd time, they said the same thing again, when I lost it and told them that they’re the ones who asked me to call in the donut order and they’d make it, at which time they agreed, VERY LAZY STAFF!!!
The supervisor is very rude, I came with my little daughter, and when I gave the coupons to the cashier she said that the supervisor should be asked about the possibility of using more than one coupon. We waited more than 5 minutes because she was using her mobile phone to make a long call. When she felt we were waiting for her, she stop on her call for seconds, answered the cashier nervously :No, then she went back to complete her call. Then I asked the cashier to do two separate operations so that I could use the 2 couponins. The supervisor came, angry, and picked up the coupon from the cashiers hand and said nervously, No. I didnt like her behavior so I asked to cancel the first operation, so she came again and said all this for a coupon? She could have apologized for accepting the coupon politely and urbanity, but seems to be missing the minimum standards for good handling with clients.
This is by far the worst Tim Hortons location I’ve ever been to. Expect to wait five to ten minutes, while standing in front of the speaker, just for someone to speak. Then when they finally do, they give you an attitude like your presence irritates them. Their coffee is always lukewarm and their donuts are stale. Be sure your windows are rolled up while you wait for your cold coffee to arrive if you have children with you or they’ll likely pick up some colorful words. The staff openly curses at each other and it can be easily heard through the window. On average, I wait about 15-20 minutes for my order every time I visit. And yes I’m writing this review as I wait. This will be my last visit.
Absolute worse service at this location! They keep waiting you at the drive thru , when they finally do come after a five minute wait they answer in the rudest tone! Coffee never tastes fresh. Never stepping foot in this location, ford and silvery lane location will never disappoint you and their coffee is ALWAYS fresh.
The manager was just so RUDE! The lobby closes at 10 but they literally kicked everyone out before 9 and they thought they were funny about it. I confronted them about their store hours and they said we changed our hours to 8 or 9 depending on some days. When I told them to stop lying and making up stories, another worker told me its because they wanted to leave early. Im sitting in my car writing this at 9:03, I never leave comments ever but I have midterms this week and was rudely told to leave while in the middle of my studies and she wouldnt stop talking so rudely to me while walking towards the back telling the other coworkers to make sure that I leave the store. Im shocked by the management of this place.
Last weekend the points thing was down. Now this whole weekend they have only been accepting cash. I work nights and need my coffee to help keep me awake and they have given me issues the past two weeks. Also half the time my coffee isnt even stirred... I have to do there job for them. I worked at a coffe shop before that was way more difficult than theirs so I dont get how they cant handle it! They need to get it to get it together. I dont mind them being busy, but not being able to take care of customers because of their difficulties is not ok!
Avoid!!! Waited for 5 minutes at the drive-thru until someone was able to take my order. Once I put my order in for a breakfast sandwich the employee retaliated “we don’t have any food” in an aggressive tone. At this point I asked her what do you guys have. She said “donuts” again in an uninterested, aggressive tone. As a first time customer at this Tim Hortons location and business owner, this behavior is completely unacceptable. I quickly reversed out of the drive-thru telling them both to have a wonderful day.
The place honestly sucks everything from coffee tasting like water and sugar to the service. The last time I went I tried ordering a muffin they were out I then asked for a cookie they were also out then went on to ask for a donut and they only had one kind plain so left with nothing. It’s understandable to be out of food but damn like they literally had nothing. Since then I have never gone to this Tim Hortons.
They told me they dont have any fresh dark roast. Isnt this a coffee shop? Worst tim hortons Ive been at. Other tim hortons usually say were making some fresh ones. No greeting from the employees, long wait although it wasnt busy. I did place the order for a regular coffee but I didnt trust theyll give me a fresh one, so I waited in the drive through and took off without taking or paying for the order. I think its management issue not employee maybe they treat them bad who knows. Going to Starbucks.
This 1 is Always packed in the morning Especially with it being so close to Telegraph. The drive thru keeps very long lines in the morn but the wait isnt too too bad. Our coffee is usually made wrong and or priced wrong and has to be corrected which takes longer so we dont stop here much at all.
This is the only Tims that messes up my simple order every time! I was excited to have a Tim Hortons so close to my new place, but I was sadly mistaken. Ive received multiple breakfast sandwiches with only one half of the muffin/waffle. They mess up simple coffee instructions too. Do not recommend!

So youll have to wait about 7 to 8 minutes for someone to ask you at the register because they dont know if you already ordered or not. The prices are too hight for a regular coffee or a ice cap but the donuts are wonderful especially the oreo one. I will recommend people to come because its clean and has a nice sitting area.
They tell you after you order that you have to have the exact change. Never smile. Slow. Clumsy. Also beware if you make an order make sure they give you your change back right away because they will pretend to forget after they hand you your order. I had to remind the guy there that he never gave me my $10.28 change back. They also mix the size of your order. They had two guys serving a hundred customers. What a place unfit management for such a brand. Too bad Tim Hortons.

Ok, coffee is good. I am a regular at this Tim Hortons and i used to like it a lot. But now not that much. their drive through is horrible. Its been more than a week where they only accept cash in the drive through. Really? In 2017 and you cant fix the credit card machine? What kind of business is this? But when you go inside you can use the credit card.. How come the drive through machine is the only one thats not working? I doubt its a problem with the machine, theyre probably doing a study or something at the customers expense. This place really ruins the reputation of all the Tim Hortons places. If I notice a change in the upcoming week I might change my review, if not then oh well Ill do another one until they fix it.
The coffee is always fresh but they are extremely slow especially when it comes to the drive through. They make you wait and the order area until the customer in front is done so their times look goodNever has hashbrowns and never tell you and still charge you full price for the breakfast wrap
Omg! I love Tim Hortons, but I will NEVER go back to this location again. Stayed in the drive thru for over 12 minutes AFTER placing my order on a weekend afternoon. Thought they were short-staffed until I went inside when I forgot something and realized they had more than 7 people working inside! What the heck? Whoever owns this location has some major firing and hiring to do.
Ive been there a handful of times and not once has there been a friendly staff. Which is terrible especially when youre taking young children and theyre excited about the donuts and hot chocolate and the person behind the counter ruins the whole mood, they really need to do better training on better customer service. looking at everyone elses reviews, Im not the only person who feels this way. Weve been long-time Tim Horton fans with our coffee and were happy that this location open so close but unfortunately its not as expected
Let me start of by saying the worst customer service. They never get an order right. Always have an attitude. Im an ice cap addict & this location have by far the worst tasting ice caps. How can u get the mix wrong! I just called corporate and filled a a formal complaint. This cant b happening. I have to go there every morning just because it on my way to work. Sadly no other Tim Horton around.
In the drive its 3 cars ahead of me. Knowing I would be waiting 20 mins or more I go inside. I was happy to see only one customer. The cashier took the girls order and walked away. Im standing at the register waiting to order just one black coffee. I counted 7 employees just standing around just talking and laughing. After waiting for about ten minutes I asked can I get some help. One guy told me to wait she will be right with you. Ive heard a lot about this location like they to slow and it always smell like weed. I wouldnt recommend nobody to this location even if the coffee is free.
Absolutely TERRIBLE! I wanted to order the new jalapeño breakfast sandwich but they were out; fine, these things happen. I ordered a french vanilla cappuccino, turkey club with no cheese no tomato, and two regular sized sausage egg and cheese breakfast wraps. They had more difficulty than would be expected even taking the order, completely missing the french vanilla which was the first thing I ordered, and then they didnt have the mods on the turkey club. After straightening these things out at the speaker and double checking/confirming our order, we pulled forward to pay. The turkey club had both cheese and tomato on it! They gave me the mini breakfast wraps instead of the full size... i never want to come back to this location again, i HIGHLY advise the same of everyone else. If I could give zero stars I would
To be completely honest, many times 7/10 times my order was exactly as I ordered. other times I felt like I was being served milk and sugar. it is incredibly slow.. even when it was night time with only one car in front of me. Today however, it was quick and the workers were polite as usual. except when I finally got to my work place and opened the lid, i smelled a funky spoiled milk scent. I ignored it and took a sip anyways and it tasted like spoiled milk! I went and spilled it down the bathroom sink and when I looked in the cup there were chunks of rotten milk right in there. absolutely disgustingg. please pay attention to what youre serving people!!!
The wait is always long and for whatever reason when I order a coffee with 1:1, 7 times out of 10, I get cream with a side of coffee. This happens even with large coffees, they look like slightly beige milk and taste like really sweet creamy milk with a hint of coffee.
Well this morning was it for me. Very slow and only had 1 other car in front of me. When I get to the window I was told they didnt have all the ingredients for my order, I was ok with that. 5 minutes later I was then told well if you want it youre going to have to wait. RUDE, skip this location
This location is the worst Tims Ive ever been to. Slow service -- whether its in the AM or at lunchtime. Servers are clueless. Everyone walks around like they have no clue what their job is. Lines are never outrageous -- and Im tricked every time thinking that it cant possibly take long. Wrong. Wrong every time.
It’s unfortunate that this location can call itself a Tim Horton’s. This is by far one of the worst ones around. The drive-thru is insanely slow even if there’s only a couple cars waiting. The night staff has the worst attitude, no interaction skills. They just had you your food, you ask for a receipt and you can’t get a “sure” out of them, but sass and a dirty look
Was not expecting to be confronted by an angry employee on my way out. This employee was either off the clock or on a break when she came up from behind and said you didnt scratch my car, buddy. She spat out the word buddy. She could not even tell if she had a scratch on her car from where she was standing. I told her I did not, but it was a tight squeeze to get in and out. She then remarked that she did not believe me. Even though she watched me not touch her car as I got into mine, she still found a smudge on her car and glowered at me as I left.I just went in for a quick cup of coffee. I am not sure why this employee hates her job/ the customers/ feels like taking her anger out on the customers. This is a good way to sour someone elses day first thing in the morning. Do not intend to come back to this location again.
The lady seemed bored who served us. She also got the donut I ordered wrong she should be glad I wasnt corporate because everyone there would lose their job for how bad of customer service I got. Do not go there it is bad there period. I would consider reporting them because I saw one employee scratch her head then handle our order absolutely disgusting.
Look real talk, this is a good location! I dont understand people that go to Tim Hortons and order food. Grab a coffee and keep it moving for Gods sake .and if you insist on ordering food at least walk in and do it dont make everybody else in the Drive-Thru wait for you to get your bacon egg and cheese bagel or biscuit or whatever it may be.... as long as one of those idiots is not in the Drive-Thru line every time I come here I get good fresh hot coffee fast just like the way it should be!
I am very disappointed. They were out of sausage on a Sunday? I asked to have muffin sandwich with bacon instead and I had to pay a dollar extra . Management should have corrected that due to the fact that I came there for the sausage in the first place . I also ordered Timbits and the order was wrong.
The worst Tim Hortons ever..it take almost10mins to get through the drive through...they are so slow. if your in a hurry dont go to this location..never order the steak sandwich its.it so greasy and has no meat on it..i wasted my 5 bucks.i couldve gotten a bigger better sandwich at subway.
The service was good. But the server eas not real courtesy. And the Boston cream donut was dry not fresh as usual and the Chocalate topping was way too much. And that was not rite eitherI think the donut was old because it felt cold too. And that was not normal either.
Tim Hortons Corp should rip this Franchise Owner from owning a Tim Hortons. This Tim Hortons is so slow, slower than a fancy restaurant that cooks you a fancy meal. today i waited in the drive through for 15 minutes for a coffee and bagel. I come here Everyday there is a 4-5 car gap in drive through we sit in the middle of telegraph waiting to pull in when 4-5 could be pulled in then when you do get to the speaker you wait 2-3 minutes to give your order while still a 4 car gap to the window. Besides I got a Tim hortons gift card no one knew how to use it because scanner doesn’t work I don’t blame the workers are playing the management terrible absolutely horrible
My experience here is pretty similar to most of the other Tim Hortons visits Ive had over the years. Service was decent, but there are the few that are standing around talking and are seemingly aloof. The food and coffee was good, and met the standard Ive grown accustomed to for Tim Hortons products.

You are losing business because of your bad Crew, be aware and hire more reliable workers.It is bad service from workers and manager, we had to wait for 35 minutes and then the manager came unprofessional y and started our order then left without finishing, then another worker came to say do you want a refund, my has and replied that he waited that long to get the order not to get a refund. Anyway we got our refund and left.
This location is the closest and most convenient to home but I avoid it at all cost and will drive out of my way a few more miles to a different location when I can because I dont want to put up with the horrible attitudes and slow service. For instance about half an hour ago today, I went there against my better judgement & saw a VERY empty parking lot and NO lines in the drive thru so I pulled in to make a quick order for an ice capp. I sat in the drive thru for two to three minutes with no response so I ended up parking my car and going inside to make my order instead. When I asked if their drive thru was closed and if that was the reason for the inactivity, I was rudely told with glaring eyes by the worker that they were going through a shift change before just walking away without ANY apology. When she came back, she didnt even ask what she could get for me and instead attempted to have stare down competition with me instead while I stood at the counter. Finally I told her my order and she was mute and robotic the whole time while making my order before just dropping it off and walking away as if she couldnt wait to be rid of me. I called the store location when I got home and asked to speak to a manager or supervisor and got the same run around. She couldnt answer me when I asked her why I didnt at least get a response while waiting in the drive thru to explain that they were doing a shift change and it would just be a few more minutes before someone would be with me instead of just silence. She offered a non sincere apology over the phone but refused to give me her name when I asked for it. She simply stayed on the line without responding back when she had no more excuses left to make up before I hung up. ALL the staffs there need to be replaced! Theres no amount of training that can teach these employees how to give decent customer service. I dont see this location being around for much longer with all these continuous complaints from the customers. I hope whoever is in charge of THIS location sees the al the numerous complaints and takes the necessary action.
My kids and I went there after our doctors appointment and waited a really long time to get through the drive thru. Then we waited a really long time at the speaker box before we could even order. I almost drove up thinking it was broken. I was charged $0.20 more for my iced coffee than I am charged at other Tim Hortons which I am not sure why either.
Where is the manager? Where is the owner? Do they know what’s going on at this Tim Hortons? This is unacceptable. Worst customer service ever I swear. Worst than Comcast customer service. The workers are very very very rude especially the one in the front. They don’t even have name tags.. I guess they know they’re rude and don’t want anyone to know who they are. The staff and the manager are the most rudest horrible people I have ever seen In any tim hortons place.this location is terrible the entire place needs to be changed from staff to managers.they always have low stock of everything,they dont even have dark roast coffee. I used used a tim hortons coupons for my purchase and they refused to use it. I asked for the manager and she did the samething shes as rude and unprofessional as the staff.NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS DISGUSTING LOCATION!!!
I sure needed your smile today. I ordered and didnt have enough money on me, had to run back to my car for money. Young lady at register just gave me a big smile and said thats ok. You see I lost my father this week. And feel pretty sad. Thank you to the young lady who served a lrg Decaf , 2 cream, 1/2 sugar today.
The place was really dirty when I went in and they were out of a few things I really wanted. I ended up getting the grilled cheese and it took forever to make and the cheese didnt taste right. It was a horrible place. They need to clean it up good and get employees that understand what they are doing.
Their drive through POS was down so the decided to run both drive through and front counter off of one POS (point of sale). Eventhouh there was at least a 3rd POS available. This made everything take way too long. There were several employees standing around doing nothing instead of taking orders or helping the scenario move along. Other customers were wrapped all around the building. Sadly all the technician had to do was push one little button behind the register. So all of that waiting was unnecessary. This is very unprofessional.
While Ive not had a problem with the taste/quality of the food here, the afternoon inside-register staff is hit or miss. Some move at a glacial pace and really seem to not care. I used to be a regular in the mornings, but then they became inconsistent about having oatmeal available.
If you are on your way to work at 6am find a different place to get your coffee. I have been getting my coffee here for months. For the last few weeks they have had me in the the cold whating for them to let me in. As someone what takes public transit I do not have a car for the drive though. They say they are 24 hour but you will be left in the cold.
I love coming to this Tim Hortons, because no matter when you show up, how long you stay, or what you order the staff is friendly and kind. A lot of people come here to study after other wifi spots have closed, and the staff is friendly and energetic even late at night. Keep up the great work!
This location is consistently out of various food items (for example, everything with eggs or all croissants). There are a few outstanding, pleasant staff members, but others seem to dislike being there and some are just plain grumpy. They stop serving breakfast items earlier than the website states. We do still stop here occasionally as its convenient at times, but the lines are usually quite long and its not usually a quick stop.
If i could give this place no stars i would. Im absolutely blown away by some of the good reviews. Fast service...yea at 3am when no one is there. During peak times your waiting at least 10 minutes for a coffee. They dont take your order in drive thru until the window is clear. A joke of an establishment. They will never get my money again.
Took 25 minutes to get through the drive-thru (with two cars in front of me) and yet, they asked me to drive around and wait for my coffee because the first one they made was made wrong. So now I’ve been here 35 minutes and counting...for a two bagels and a large coffee.
5:30 am on Wednesday 08-15-18, I ordered bagel with cream cheese and 10 timbites no BIRTHDAY cake counts, very simple and easy I was the only car in the drive through I had to wait for almost 10 minutes, then i got my order after 10 minutes of drive I checked my food, bagel no cream cheese in it, and most of my timbite were birthday cake !!! I Called the store and spoke to the maneger. I said I dont eat this and she asked to come back with product and my card to get refund. Well I go on drive through because I am on hurry and I dont have time in the morning, then I told the maneger is that it ?? You are gonna let me go after you made pay for something I dont eat beside the waste of time you did to me?? She said she will put credit under my name, I came back Sunday the 19 th and wanted to speak with owner or general manager and no one was there, supervisor of the shift called GM and she said she doesnt remember me. Well thank you so much Tim Horton for this bad service, I will never buy anything from you again, I will use different Tim Horton and I will tell all family and friend about this experience.
I called to ask if the seasonal pumpkin spice iced drink had milk and Lashawndra the manager (N Telegraph location) informed me they were not making them. Although, that was not what I asked, I informed her that I was asking for a specific reason. She informed me that that she could neither confirm nor deny what ingredients they used and that I would need to visit the website or contact the corporate office. After hanging up I called back to get the name of the individual and asked the same question regarding what ingredients were in the pumpkin spice Iced drink. Luckily Lashawdra answered the phone and told me I just called. She didnt answer the question but all I wanted was to get her name. To not share the ingredients to a customer is an incredibly stupid policy for a public establishment. I was asking because my son has allergies (not life threatening) to milk and prior to ordering the drink WE didnt find out if milk was an ingredient. Poor Customer Service.
This is the worst Tim hortons I have been to in my life! When you order threw the drive thru the person taking the order does not speak unless they are done taking care of the car at the window!! The things you order never taste the same! The staff desperately needs upgrading I was making a order today the lady kept rushing me, speaking ahead of me, at one point she got a call from her baby daddy asking where hes at!!!!! I get to the window she forgot half the order. When I asked about them she flipped out the guy at the window kept telling her dont worry about it and gave them for free!! Lol 😂 she then said people do that on purpose to get things for free. When my latte its self cost me 7 dollars a cup daily from Starbucks! I go to Tim hortons to drink my afternoon regular coffee by the way that always taste like Victoria secret spray! I have called many times to speak to a owner and I always get hung up on by the employees! The garbage around the drive thru is sick you have 9 people working at a time someone should at least clean it!!!!! This Tim hortons needs major HELP and BETTER MANAGEMENT!!!
I live 4 blocks away. Have been here 4 times every time has been the worst experience ever at a drive thru. Complaining does not do anything. I dont know where they get these rejects that work there. But I think being absolutely unintelligent must be a must to get you a job.
This Tim Hortons is horrible! Everytime I go I say maybe its just this time, but after so many times you just give up. I just left there and the girl was rude and made it as if I was wasting her time and kept tskin durin my order! Worst service by far! Disgusting and filthy uniforms! Horrible and managed very bad!
This place takes forever. Even when there isnt a line down the street, it takes 15+ minutes for only four cars in the drive thru. Also, they apparently have less meal options than any of the other TH branches, and half of the side options are always unavailable for one reason or another. Also, at least half of the time the order is wrong. Huge waste, go to the one down the street.
Waited in a long line in the drive thru to find out the credit card machine for the drive thru was not working. Employee said we could come inside. The credit card machine inside was working. I dont understand why they couldnt use the inside machine for the drive thru instead of turning customers away. Seems like bad business to me.
Very slow. Employees lack customer service skills. I once witnessed them give change from the donations box because they needed the change...yes I am serious. They got the key, unlocked the plastic donations box for the cause, and took money from it for a customer..put the lock back on and locked it. I almost called corporate for that, I was livid!!! Unacceptable!
The night shift guys are aowsom . However one day I went on the afternoon and I asked for a chocolate dip dounat but they are so busy to make one. Two hours later, I asked if they made one and they said the area still busy.However, they forgot that I was studying for 3 hours while watching them playing on the phones.
Horrible service door says it opens at 7:00 a.m. lobby was closed went to the drive-through lady had me when 4 to 5 minutes same she was in a freezer grab and some stuff giver a minute when I had ordered 2 shots espresso and asked her to put like a 1/2 inch a coffee just a light in the express all cause it is pretty strong did not ask for much told her a 1/2 an inch or inch she says I have to charge you for full cup of coffee which was ridikilous even though I got such badd service before there to top it off she wants to charge me for a 1/2 inch of coffee the Im adding to my espresso know Tim Horan is does that I can understand if Im Getting like a 1/2 a cup of coffee or something..
They took WAYYY too long with my card it made me very uneasy if you know what I mean . Coming from someone who has had there identity stolen before so maybe I’m just very sensitive to things of the sort . But I’ve never had someone in the drive through close the window for minutes while they have my card . Just swipe it and hand it back . And the look she gave me after did not make it any easier for me .
Wont go here anymore. Have gotten my order wrong literally every single time Ive been there. (Once or twice a week in the past couple months) Not to mention all of the staff is incredibly rude and ill mannered. There is a ton horns not far on Ford road that will get my business from now on.
The reason I am writing this review is to let everyone know that this place waters down their french vanilla. You let it go the first time, the second time. But common it is ridiculous after a while. Either they do not know how to make it or they do it on purpose to save money. Both ways it deserves a negative review

Should have read the comments prior to coming here. Terrible service. Lazy workers. When you come here for a year straight and have to correct them on the same mistakes over and over and over you just cut your losses and move on. This is directed towards the midnight crew. Will have to drive out of my way to a different location from now on.

2022-04-06Went inside to order for the 1st time since C19 hit.The aroma!!! Like Heaven!! Very positive vibe, too. It was great to see the employees laughing and joking with each other while taking and filling orders. It would be nice if more restaurants had happy people employed, like this Tim Hortons does!

Theyre to busy eating at the window to even say anything, no receipt again and of course my foods messed up again. I ordered sausage and cheese bagel. Explained no egg, whatd i get just nasty looking egg and cheese. Feel free to have a manager or corporate contact me.

2021-12-03I don’t recommend anyone coming here, the employees are horrible probably under paid. I seen a little kid about 12 years old taking garbage outside. Long wait even if it’s not busy. The 5 min drive to Starbucks or Tim’s on ford rd is easier than waiting here for 30+min

2022-06-19This location is a hit 5% of the time, and a miss 95% of the time. On the rare occasion you get trained friendly staff. On the rare occasion they have all items in stock to make a simple ice coffee. Many times theyre only accepting cash which you only learn after waiting in the drive through line. These issues individually and randomly would not be a problem, it happens..but this is like alot of the time. This location isnt able to do the bare minimum of basic things needed for a Tim Hortons to function. Disappointing.

2022-04-12This location has gone down hill drastically. Terrible customer service. Everytime I come here they are out of somthing or they mess up a simple order like the one had today. They are so worried about getting you out of the drive thru they dont care to actually do things right. The people there seem depressed to be there its not a good morning vibe. I have always stood by Tim hortons and have been going to this one every morning for almost 2 years. I cant keep spending money on wasted food. I will start going to a diffrent one from here on out.

2022-06-21This is by far the worst Tim Hortons location in their franchise. My orders are always made wrong, service is terrible, short staffed, dirty, and an overall fail as a business. I wish the owner would sell me this location so it can be revived before they lose everything.
