Comment: I had an extremely disappointing experience with this service. I initially considered using their rental insurance for my property but decided against it due to the lengthy process involving a third-party company, Burns and Wilcox. Despite not using their insurance before closing my escrow, they now insist that I owe a portion of the premium fee. The communication has been abysmal, and explaining the situation regarding this unused premium fee has been beyond frustrating. I would strongly advise against using this service, regardless of the consequences.

Tim Carter and Allstate are worth the change. I have tried someof the others in the past, this is where I am staying. The little money difference that you might find from some, will not add up to the servicethat Tim and his staff provides. At times, I could have as many as 5 vehicles.

Ssuuuch a good deal when you sign up for multiple policies at once - I have both my car and renters insurance here. I did a LOT of shopping around for renters policies and this is definitely the best I found. Tim meanwhile is very knowledgable and helpful! And so is everyone else in the office. Really a solid choice, definitely recommend.
