I woke up with a flat tire!!! With my busy life I almost panicked. Luckily the guys at TireMan got me in and out within 40Min! And at a great deal Thanks Again 👍
Incompetent mechanics telling me they couldnt do a transmission drain and fill on a Ford fusion 2011 because it had no dipstick went and verified it had a dipstick for the transmission myself. Thanks YouTube for exposing the laziness.

The customer service here is unmatched. Hands down the nicest guys and they are great at explaining what you need and when you should get it. I’ve gone for my oil changes and new tires and they always are great with time and things that may need future repairs. 10/10 would definitely recommend to anyone and go again!
2nd time I have used them, for 2 different vehicles. So far I have been happy with the service.
Was misled via simple communication, but the error was corrected in a manner that wasnt expected. The lead sales manager had me in and out in 20 minutes for a first come first serve basis.
They rounded off a lug nut then couldnt get it off so sent my GF home with 3 new and 1 old tire. Then the car was shaking and I found that they left 3 out of 5 loose and one was missing. They told her to come back another day to have their lead tech work on it and if there was an damage that they would take care of it. When we got it back they had damaged the wheel around the lug worse than it already was from prior attempts to remove the nut.I give 2 stars cause the guy at the counter was pretty decent to deal with when I had went in there the first couple times.Im not referring anyone else to them.
Fast and friendly service both times Ive gone in. The second time I went there I thought I needed brakes but it turned out that I didnt and they were nice enough to not charge me for thier time to look at the brakes. Update: two years later and still have had excellent service every time Ive gone in!
Will not warranty any snow tires. tire had less then 2000 miles side wall bulging and nothing but sorry no warranty. will go back to walmart and not deal with pressure sales.

Will never give them my business again. Bought 2 new tires. They installed them, next morning one of their tires was flat..bad seal?? Nope they said bad valve stems..really?? Why wasnt this addressed when they collected payment from me?? Got it back in there and waited for over an hr. for them to do the job I paid them to do yesterday. Oh, yeah..and now my sensor is bad..but it wasnt when I pulled in there. Like I said..wont use that place ever again.
Great service and prices. They also overheard a conversation and gave me a veterans discount after I mentioned I was a vetran to someone else. This is a great place to get tires.
Took my car in for an alignment. With all new front end parts, this shouldve been a breeze to fix. But they didnt get the steering wheel centered and the car pulls to the left. I took it back to see if they could adjust it and get the wheel centered. They could not!Now I will have to take it back to the dealership to get it properly done.Greg Bell Ford is also 10 bucks cheaper and youll have an appointment time instead of trying to get in line at this place.
Got my balance and rotation for my 2016 Camaro, guy at the counter was very nice had no problems there but I asked if I could swap my lug nuts out with different ones and also asked if they could leave the center caps off the wheels even offered to pay extra (usually to avoid damage recommended to remove when wheel is off the car), they finished and I noticed that the hub caps were still on, I told them and said thats okay Ill do it next time but the guy said oh no we can pop those off and they took it back in(I asked you can do that without removing the wheels again, he replied yea). Anyways they ended up having pried the caps off with a screw driver, which was exactly what I was trying to avoid having them leave it off when I was getting the balance and rotation done. Now the inner rim paint is chipped off and the centers are chipped. Not happy at all.

As far as service they were fast with changing out my flat tire, with seemingly no issues outside of the tire pressure being out of wack. My biggest issue is that the technician that parked my vehicle afterwords felt it was okay to use my cologne prior to exiting my vehicle. Extremely unprofessional & untrustworthy of the employee regardless of it just being cologne.
I took my vehicle here for an alignment and new tires at the recommendation of my mechanic. The staff was very friendly and called me at every instance when I needed something done to approve it. They were easy to work with and quick. We will be back again.
Great product. Great service. Price....Very good, not absolute lowest but close enough to earn my business. Very helpful and takes the time to research your needs. Installation done quickly, correctly, and on time. Will definitely go back for my other tire and service needs. The only reason I give 4 stars is that they put wheel weights on the outside of these great new tires and aluminum wheels. I fully believe they will be good guys and change them to tape weights on the inside assuming the proper balance can be achieved. I suppose we should have had that conversation beFore the installation.

The staff is always friendly & helpful. Ive had them do many different things to different vehicles. Free Inspection, fast walk in service. Reid always takes the time to explain things in detail. Fair prices. There have been a few times where there have been mishaps, however, they always go above & beyond to fix any issues that may arise with any work they have done.... who doesnt make a mistake every once in a while? Its the only shop Ive found that will always do their best to get you in right away & the work is always done fast!

If I could give zero I would. Set up an appointment and arrived early. Went to sign in and was told they dont honor appointments. They told me it would be 2+ hours past my appointment before they would consider getting to my car.Their actions caused them to lose my business and at least 3 others. All were going to be $500-$1,000 each.
Very POOR workmanship!!! Took my car in for a slow leak in tire. I had inspected the tire myself at home and found TWO small nails in tire. Took to Tireman in Adrian MI. Repair person fixed ONE leak. Put it back on and sent me home. (25 miles) At home checked the job out and found out they never fixed to other leak. Called the store and they wanted me to come back (another 50 miles round trip) . VERY POOR WORK !!!!!
I Had 6 spark plugs install and I Got charged $4O8 .00 AND THEY CALL THAT A TUNE UP I THINK A LOT OF MONEY I WILL FIND ANOTHER PLACE I WILLNOT BE TAKEN my car BACK TO THEM AGAIN $400.00 DOLLARS IS WAY TO HIGH FOR A TUNE UP NEVER BEEN SO UPSET I DONT THINK THATS RIGHT ONE HOUR OF WORK THEY GOT ME
Literally the best shop in town! Very reasonable and all the workers there are very respectful to their customers and honest and loyal to getting the job done. All their prices are reasonable and will work with you. Only shop Ive gone to thar actually cares about their customers and their cars care.
Grateful for a quick honest assessment of our unexpected check engine light issue when we were just passing through town. Its easy to fear being taken advantage of in such circumstances which makes us especially grateful that that was not the case!

They decided tp change my lug nuts without informing me and charged me for them and also after having just an oil change my car now blows white smoke with a cold start. Never bringing a vehicle back here again after they fix the mistake they made.
Super friendly, professional, and well trained staff. I didnt have an appointment but they still treated me like a priority and were right in line with their estimated wait times even with more people walking in. They took the time to not only show me my problem but offer multiple fixes, discussing why they recommended each solution. They started quoting me at a good quality economic tire, but I wanted a little better since this is Michigan (in other words they are not trying to up sell you). They were all too happy to compare between different brands, had my tires on hand and had me changed, rotated, aligned and out the door quickly. And they beat the competitors price. Thats how u get a customer for life. I will definitely be back! Thank you so much!
I had to get two new tires put on my car in May for a very special trip I had to take to watch my son graduate from West Point. As a single mom, my funds are tight, but they worked with me and I ended up getting an oil change and new wipers, too! My trip went fine, however, over the last month or so one of my tires was slowly losing air. I had to fill it up once a week. I finally found the time between my two jobs to take my car in and get the tires looked at yesterday. They got me in right away, found a screw in the tire, and fixed it for free! The customer service during both of my visits was outstanding! Something I rarely see these days!
Great customer service! The staff at Adrian Tireman are always super friendly and professional. Matched (and beat) a competitors coupon for a full synthetic oil change, full inspection, and tire rotation - In and out in 35 minutes. Highly recommended!
Reading the reviews I had a completely different experience there. Bought 4 new tires. Tried to up-sell me on multiple offerings. Was told all of my alignment needed to be done, which I got done, but didnt trust that it needed it. Service was extremely slow (double what they said). Then, to top it off had to bring it back two weeks later because two tires leaked air. After they fixed the leaks I got the car back and not two of the 4 tires were the same air pressure. They read 31, 34, 37, and 33. Neighbor also just shared with me a bad experience. Ill stick with my discount tire that I have always gone to. Go with what you know I guess. I just wanted to give them a chance.
I received outstanding service. I must admit I was quite impressed with Reed and how polite and informative he was. He explained everything thoroughly and even explained it to me again if I didnt understand it. Even when I called on the phone to find out when I could get my vehicle in Reed was very polite. When I went into Tireman everyone was personable they shook my hand and they introduce themselves. I will definitely come back again because of how I was treated and for the service that I received. Never give this place another chance ... Rude service and well they mess up more vehicles than they fix them . Go to discount tire or literally anywhere but this place
Fantastic group of people! I had a tire light on and they were able to check all my tires, determine they were fine and figure out what was causing the light to come on. Because there was nothing to fix, they didnt charge me. Highly recommended.
Walked in with a spike in my tire. They tried to patch it but the hole was too big. Walked out with four new tires. Salesman gave me a lot of options and had a no pressure approach. Great knowledge. Great service. And they had me in and out in less than an hour. Great group of guys.
I am very pleased with the services preformed on my car. I went in after having a bunch of front end work done, had an alignment and now my car is pretty close to perfect. Im definitely going back in the future. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

Update. I was very disappointed with a service quoted price then an actual price. A bit of bait and switch. I was quoted by Brandon at this location $300 to $350 for a brake service but after having my vehicle all day I get a call its going to be another $300 more than quoted. This guy wasted my time and his shops time as I dont have the budget for this costly of a repair. This kind of jump in price is crazy. This is why I ask for the estimate so I know what I am going to pay. I guess I stick to oil changes and tires from this company if I use them again at all.Always taken care of right. Reed is an awesome guy and takes care of every customer. They do it all and fast. I will not go anywhere else and I always tell my friends to see Tireman.
EDIT: changing my 1 star to 4. They were done with my car 30 minutes earlier than quoted and I love my new tires.I hate the way women are treated by places like this. The rando who took my key mansplained that I chose the wrong size tires for my car on my estimate, even though I went by the websites tire selector... rando said it was an honest mistake. SMH... YEAH, just not MY mistake.. UGH... offensive. Then I was told they dont even MAKE that tire for my car anymore. Well, WHICH IS IT?? NOW I have to wait an hour and a half for my tires, even though I made an appointment?? WOW.
Although it has only been a day, the Goodyear tires are nice. The tires that I ordered could not be found in supply, anywhere. A suitable replacement was shipped. I was asked if I would like replacements (a step up from the ones I requested) at the cost of the originals that I requested. Of course I took the deal.I want to thank my salesman (Stephen) for stepping up and taking care of business when my requested tires did not arrive on the delivery truck.
Got me in without an appointment on a Saturday. They diagnosed the problem and it was fixed in less than an hour for much less than estimated from my regular garage that couldnt get to my vehicle until Tuesday. A very unexpected surprise. Nice people in front, knowledgable technicians in back and will be comparing with them when service is ever needed again. great experience.
I am absolutely not happy. Came in yesterday to have an oil change and to have my air conditioning checked. Thought the guys were being really nice. They told me my ac was fine and they weren’t going to change me for something they didn’t fix. Then they proceeded to tell me that I needed to have my lower ball joint and control arm replaced, continued to tell me the price of 350$ well what these gentleman didn’t know is my dad’s a mechanic and I have spent a lot of time outside learning from him. They took me out and showed me my tire wiggled. Okay well your tire is going to wiggle if you have the key in. Told them I would take it home to my father. Which I did. My ball joint and control are fine. There is no issue with my car at all and they were going to try to take a poor helpless girl for 400$. Ha well I will never be back. They have no lost all of my business family and friends. I will also be calling the manger tomorrow.

Went in to have some work done that I was told I needed by another shop. Went in with the intentions of getting the work done as they gave me the lowest estimate. I was called shortly after dropping off my truck and they advised that I DID NOT need the work as there was nothing wrong. Mike Mueller, asst mgr stated they he love to take my money however everything they checked was fine! I find Mike and his crew had honesty and integrity! I will continue to bring our autos to them!
Took my car in to have 4 new tires mounted on my new rims. They were mounted, balanced, installed & had me on my way in an hour. Great group of guys here, they are all friendly, knowledgeable and the shop is clean & well run. Already had an oil change done here & will be back in another few weeks for another!
I recently had my car’s oil changed at Tireman in Adrian and it was a great experience! I was worried that i would feel pressured or scammed in some way (as has happened in the passed) but they were honest and helpful. They did what I asked, no more or less, helped me understand my tire situation and the price was great! Recommended for sure!
Usually above all but this time employee had attitude. He told me to park in a spot and come in 0800. He said they were closed. I said I am sorry online says 0730. He said thats for people without appointments. I said I dont and he walked away. I waited 10 minutes walked in. (I had a 2 month old tire in trunk with bulge under warranty @ this specific Tireman)and 50 mile tire on car. When I asked about approximarely how long it would take, he said I dont know we dont open until 0800. Discount tire across the street on the Saturday previously, at closing time they went to put air in my low tire. Found the bulge in my tire. They stayed open to change my tire because the swollen Ford lugs couldnt be loosened. No complaints were made by the employees just concern it could blow out and did not charge me. Even though they were working late they did not have an attitude. I was very disappointed in Tireman. Impressed with the employees at discount tire.
The folks at Tireman have always been honest and helpful with my aging HHRs needs. Unlike other shops, they dont need to hold my vehicle for days to get it back on the road. A wheel bearing replacement, greasing of the steering joints, FREE realignment in about 1.5 hours. Thats without an appointment! Highly recommended!!
Tireman is a great choice for someone that’s in need of a fix fast, and a quality fix. This is done by their walk in appointments, and amazing staff. I find these qualities amazing and my customers I send to them do as well. They get you in almost before you walk through their doors! Highly recommend anyone to them.
They were very courteous and I was in and out in about a half hour. The only thing was they forgot to reset my oil life indicator on the dash. No problem for me since my husband can do that. But it might be a problem for a future customer that doesnt know about that and might think their oil hasnt been changed.
I took my truck here after what I thought was super high estimate on some front end parts from a different shop. They took my truck in and not only did they not charged me they told me nothing was wrong and I’m good till at least next spring. They even brought me back and showed me the part that was starting to wear. A+ service.
Would recommend. Came in for a free tire patch and plug. As I suspected it was to worn to fix. So bought two new tire and had them I stalled. They installed them balanced the tires and aligned the vehicle. Only negative thing I can say, when I got it back my steering wheel was ever so slightly miss aligned. But very minimal and the rest of the alignment was great!
Great Saturday morning service. Oil change and tire rotation. No appointments for Saturday’s it’s only first come first serve. We showed up early to make sure we’d be in and out. First one in first one out. They had a better coupon than I did so he even gave me a better deal! We’ll definitely be back!
I called first to see if I would need an appointment, and if not if they could replace the front brakes on my F150.I was told to come on down and they would take a.look to see what was needed. They told me it would be about an hour, so I went next door to Meijers. When I got back the guy at the front desk came and explained all that was needed. An hour later I drove home with my brake problem solved and at a resonable rate also. Very pleasant experience!
I would strongly suggest anyone that needs tires go to Tireman they will take care of you there. Last set of tires I had put on my van was from a local Chevy dealer, and my van was never correct going down the road again until I got a new set of tires and a decent alignment which they could not accomplish at the Chevy dealer
I kept getting a run around from my warranty about getting things fixed. The Tireman figured everything out for me. Everybody from Tireman fixed everything and got everything taken care. In a timely manner, Very friendly, trustworthy. I will definitely be going back there for anything else that happens to my vehicle.
Tireman mails out coupons and when u try to use them SURPRISE!! Your cars not covered. Typical national chain volume over quality service. I went in to Tireman in Adrian for some information on all weather tires and left an hour later with a set of tires at the best deal I could find. Steven was very helpful but didn’t push anything, just gave me the information in a professional manner. I will definitely return for any needs I have with my car.
I went in with an issue. Was taken care of professionally and promptly on a Saturday morning when they were busy. Customer rep named Mike explained issues and repair plan was executed.They didnt over sell. Was out the door in less time than I expected. Very very pleased
Quick service. Good prices. Bought 2 new tires and an alignment. They moved tires around so both new ones were in the back and even put spare back up under suv on the cable without me even asking.
It was an overall great experience, I just got an oil change but they got my car done faster than the quoted time and the pricing for an oil change is competitive to other places around, and the gentleman that helped me was friendly! What more can you ask for?

Im coming from out of town and suddenly my windshield wipers stopped working I stopped here and they fixed it no problem and even showed me how to fix it myself if there was ever a problem later on . Never in my life have I came across such sweet and nice people like mike and Shawn . They’re the people to come to . Nothing was too small for them . So bad had to have my car towed from tire to Allan Chevrolet to repair the damages true Tireman did to my car! Still problems stemming from damage at Tireman.
Everyone friendly and polite. My brake line broke, my car was a thousand feet from the Adrian Tireman, I walked over explained that the brake petal just mushed to the floor. Steve and a mechanic pushed my car to the shop, looked at it and assisted me getting mysekd and groceries home. Called me with estimate were able to fix the car in one day. I would diffenatly return and recommend Tire man. Steve and Mike at the front counter were great they went above and beyond fantastic customer service

When they did not have the tire listed on line, I asked what he would sell instead of the Blizzak... He brought one out for me to look at and feel the doors. Saved a huge amount.... Ill let you know how good the traction is next week.
Ive found the Tireman in Adrian to be the best automotive repair facility that I have had the pleasure to use. Every one of the technicians and service writers are the best I ever dealt with . Theyre helpful, courteous and never have been pushy trying to upsell you something you dont want . Their prices are excellent on top of the great customer service .Highly recommend!
I was offered, and given a very good price for a full set of new tires for my Car.The only two things that I must say really annoyed me were that the salesman I had was trying much to hard to be nice, and polite. That made him seem fake in his level of sincerity.The other was that he tried to sell me a tie rod end which was no where near in need of replacement, and he tried to tell me my rear brakes were showing a bit to much wear They have been on my Car for less than a month, and do not even have 1500 miles on them yet..To me that is an insult, and a tactic to get the unknowing customers to spend more money.In my case I was looking for Tires. As a woman it can be intimidating to go to places like Tireman--this was not the case at all!! From the moment I walked in until I picked up my car I was treated as an equal. I was not pushed by a sales pitch or told I needed something fixed that did not need to be. I called several places before I made my decision and Tireman was #1. My car was parked in the garage at night as well to keep safe. I will be returning to Tireman for further appointments.
Went in and asked if all tires could re-sealed as all were leaking air due to aluminium rims. They did the work right away, without even giving me an estimate first. I was totally taken aback and shocked to be charged $85.00.Afterwards, I found the bottom part of the drivers seat was newly broken. A cap was left off one tire.Lastly, the tires (especially one) all began leaking air again almost immediately.Also, I found it very interesting that 3 cars in a row (including mine) were said to need the exact same $450.00 repair to the engine).I called the Ohio office and spoke with David.. who was the most argumentative, rude customer service person I have ever dealt with.I called Reed at the local TireMan store, and without exception, he treated me with great courtesy and caring. But due to the very rude way I was dealt with by David in Ohio..I am afraid and very untrustful to even take my car back in. I had heard very bad stories from my friends about the Adrian TireMan store, but I really wanted to give them a fair chance.
Took car in to get fixed ended up leaving only to get down the road and the problem persisting. Brought it back in and was told they couldnt fix it that day despite them not putting the part on right so had to return. Both times they didnt even test drive the car afterwards to see if the problem was fixed. XD
Disappointed. .....They didva great job on what they did,but its what they didnt do that upset us.Very disorganized.When they put the new tires on our truvk they were suppose to keep a tire we had recently purchased and use it on our spare and they didnt . Thdy also did not fix the fill tube on the gas tank which was one of tbe main reasons for bringing it in.Will mist likely not return but stay at discount tire across the street,we had been with them for years. I highly do not recommend I bought one tire and oil change i wanted the new tire in back and the old on the front and rotate the driver side. The paper work said they did it but they didnt. they did my parents truck the same way. For a new business in a small town is off to a bad start I will never recommend or go back

Very happy with the service. My only complaint is I made an appointment online for 2:30 I showed up at 2:15 and my vehicle was not taken in for oil change until about 3:05 so why did I bother to make an appointment ??? Didnt get out of there until about 3:40.. if I would have known it works like that I would have went somewhere else...but otherwise the staff was very friendly...

I had a very good experience the associate. He told me things I did not know. He also pointed out things wrong with my car. He offered to make appointment to fix these things but did not pressure me into it. I told him I couldnt have that done at this time. He also told me that they finance also. His name was Michael Mueller.
I can not give a bad review of Tireman of Adrian Michigan. Everytime I take my vehicles in for those folks to do service work on them I know that Im getting first class service on my vehicles.
Outstanding experience yet again at Tireman Adrian. Reed and the team there are great ptofessionals and highly experienced. Took my car in for some work on alignment and am asolutely delighted yet again with the results and how they treat their customers!
Wemt to the Adrian store last month lurched a tire asked twice about the warranty once before I bought the tire then once before I paid,went back this month to get another tire and the guy never put the warentu on the first tire! I ASKED TWICE! So I had to pay for the warranty this time.Then tried to say something else was wrong w the car. Then at the end of the day they lied about pricing and I couldve went to Discount tire and paid $50 less. So beware and dont get scammed by these people I will never go there again !!!!😤😤😤😟😠😠🤥
Went in for oil change and tire rotation. They claimed to rotate tires and even stated it on receipt but today I noticed they never did. I know this because one of my tires was marked last month due to a nail in tire and the tire is in the same spot. Last summer I was there and they did rotate tires but not as I had requested. I called and complained and they said to bring it back and they would do the rotation but that is another hour or two that I’m inconvenienced with in having to deal with their incompetence. I wouldn’t recommend them.
I first spok with Mike and he was so friendly and understanding to my situation. Then I delt with another man, Im sorry dont remember his name. He had red hair. Very very nice, friendly and made me feel important. He was so understanding and just down right great to work with. Wonderful wonderful customer service, one of the best I ever experienced. I will definitely go back and recommend rhis place to anyone.

Dropped off an American Force wheels to have a 37” tire mounted told salesman if they don’t feel comfortable mounting I can go somewere else being that it’s an $800 wheel. Came back hour later to pick it up and a gouge in the outside lip of the wheel as wheel as the inside of the wheel is gouged in numerous places as well as a gouge across the mating surface of the wheel to the hub very displeased with the service and the way they went about the situation.
I was pleasantly surprised with the friendly, customer service! My vehicle was in and out in no time. Im definitely a customer! Thanks Tireman! 😁 💯

The salesman and technician explained everything to me about my car. They were very kind and courteous Knowledgeable about their profession. I would recommend tire man over any other tire store in adrian .
Decent but they get you with their coupon and then it cost you way more than the coupon.
This is the nicest most caring group I have encountered in an auto repair facility since, I cant remember when. It wasnt just how they were to me but how I witnessed them treating all the other customers just as kind and caring. Best shop ever!

Great customer service great respect from the employees.... great job on my car fixing what it needed went back there today because I thought theres was leak in antifreeze in different spot nah just expelled some because it was too full... I give it 5 out 5 stars and would go back pricing was fine I got a transistor belt and got my antifreeze whose fixed it was going to cost 488 dollars but I new someone there and got a discount... so it ended up costing 452.03 or something like that... very happy with my service
When I arrived the manager was there to greet me and offered me coffee and was extremely nice ! He figured out my problem and fixed my car and had everything done in no time at all.. It’s never fun to drop a bunch of money on car repairs, but the guys at Tireman made it as pleasant as possible for me. They thoroughly explained what needed to be done, didn’t try to upsell or pressure me, and were very respectful of my time and budget.

Went to get an alignment on my truck. Was told I needed CV joint and hub. I took of my tire and noticed the break caliber was lose and sticking. To me they didnt look into anything before telling me the price of fixing stuff that didnt need it.

Set up appointment for wife to have new tires installed and when she arrived they had no record of her in the system,even after receiving confirmation two days prior. Took over 2 hours to get car in and was unable to get alignment done that day. Major inconvenience, and very frustrated spouse to say the least
Called at 5:10 pm to see if they could get me in for four new tires before they closed at 6pm. They said yes. I was there by 5:20pm and done by 6pm. Great service. Thank you.

This place is great they get the job done right and also are very helpful and commincate with their customers well plus the prices are good to we will be returning customers for future jobs thank you fireman staff for fixing our vehicle and figuring out the issues we had going on our car is driving much better.

2022-03-12This is not a place to bring your car if you expect to be treated respectfully and your property cared for. My patient brought his car there a couple weeks ago and was told 2 hours to fix. When he returned the store was closed they kept the keys. He was stranded there. Then he had a house fire. No attempt was made to contact him and today when I went to check on my patient he asked me to get his car. The assistant manager at tireman pretended he didnt know what I was talking about or remember seeing a tiny little bright yellow car at the place. He then told me I had to call around to see what tow yard had it. Then admitted he called to have it towed but refused to tell me who he had called. He also refused to give his name or tell me who is above him that I can contact. Sounds like tireman has some real caring professional staff who are ready to serve the customers that pay their bills and keep them employed...not.

2022-05-08Feel worst service I ever had there. Ask man behind desk if he was sure I got synthetic mix blend. Cuz cheaper than b4.. He said yes. Told me I didnt need tire rotation but I didnt understand what he said. Said everything was good but Im not sure brakes n stuff were all cked. Said topped off my washer fluid. I thought it was same but not sure. Washer dont work for some reason n felt it was same . Mayb Im wrong n 30 min was enough time. Im going to say I want to watch next time .Never felt unsure b4.

2022-04-02Wow. I have not been to tireman before. I usually go to another company. I this tireman location may have won me over. The parking lot shows its popularity . I stopped in to make an appointment. The man told me they do not make appointments. I turned around to look out the window and said must be a long wait. He says no those are done, you are next in line. He gave me 1.5 hour est. I was out in 45 minutes. Yeah I will return.

2021-10-18Top notch service. Responsiveness, attention to detail and overall friendliness was beyond our expectations. Price was half of what a dealership would charge. If you get the pleasure of working with Reid, you wont be able to walk away without a smile on your face. Came to service one vehicle, and immediately brought over our second for additional service because our experience was so genuine.
