The store is clean but was so disappointed with one of the supervisors who is very loud and make fun anytime she sees me at the check out. She is so unprofessional.
The store is well organized. One employee was assigned to cleaning the carts and another one organized the check out line and cleaned the countertop between each customer. The employees at the jewelry counter were especially helpful.
I like TJ Maxx but I feel like their selection has totally changed. Im not sure if its due to Covid or not. I use to find unique pieces here, now everything seems very mediocre, could just be me, not sure whats up.
Neat store, clothes over priced even in Clarence section. They do carry name brands purses Gucci, Valentino, Stella McCarthy, etc.
Its a nice place to shop when they have merchandise. you can kind of tell some employees dont really like their job for instance today I just saw this employee just throw stuff on the ground not hanging it up didnt give a care .
Store is very clean and well organized. Staff have always exceeded my expectations. Stock is great.
I do frequent this TJ Maxx location, primarily for good deals on hair products and occasionally I do pick up a shirt, jacket and seasonal items. This store is generally well maintained and in order... unlike several bother its stores Ive been in. The biggest issue I have is, there is almost always a long line, but that seems to be the case in most any of these retail stores I visit in this area.
Love this store, they have nice quality items for the home, and clothing for the entire family. Also a variety of kitchen, luggage, fragrances, and jewelry! Located in Bloomfield on Telegraph!
You can find awesome deals here! Name brands at really budget friendly prices. Great store. And if you need to buy gifts, this is a great place for that too
Trying very hard to service people safely. Long line to check out, but moved quickly. Store seems to have a nice selection and is organized.
Nice wasnt very crowded check out lines move very fast... Nice and friendly cashiers... They have a host that disinfects every shopping cart for the next customer to use it
Think of this place as the closet you always wanted!Get excited by more than one look or are you not sure what look your looking for? NO WORRIES... You can pick from country to City Chic within minutes and compare them side by side right there in the store.Still not sure, bring them both home and try them out in your space. What you dont use bring back, returns are super easy.For the cost, you might keep both styles to change it up... The prices are so low what you spend for two outfits will still be lower than if you had to pick one style from someplace else.Dont forget the accessories!Youll feel at home... TJ Maxx. I love love love TJ Maxx. I seem to think this is the best location in the general vicinity. Since Covid-19 they have not been very well stocked in certain departments. No matter, I always find something.

The clothing and purse selection is pretty good. Found about 20 pieces- sweaters, Leggings, shirts, and a wonderful leather tote for about 400! The clothes I bought will get me through the winter
Really small. Missing a lot of items that bigger ones have like the cute dollar beach bags, and theres no pajamas at all.
So far, well stocked. Please wear a light coat, its terribly warm with heavy coats on. Plus they have the heat on 80

What can i say, expect my most favorite place to shop ever. Great variety, quality, prices. Return policy so-so, comparable to other stores. This is always my first stop when I need clothing, household, accessories, etc

Zero stars if I could. There are 4 associates by registers one of who is acting as a manager and they have ONE, ONE associate ringing PAYING customers up. Bad business and even though this location is close to me, I will drive further for better service!

Really nothing for men, but its an okay place to buy stuff for family and friends.
I came in to return an online order, the manager immediately stated that my items would not be able to be returned to the store, she didn’t even look at my invoice or items just rudely said this before I approached the cashier.I got a packing slip out and showed this to the manager, she then stated that it would be allowed this time only and that I could not return online orders again. I really hope this is not how you TJ Maxx train your management. This was also the first time I have EVER returned an online order.The items were snowboards which I could not use for our youth program and were unopened and unused. I have spent over $1,400 on my TJ Maxx card in the last two months and I don’t know if I can continue to use this card or your stores after this experience.The cashier on the other hand was very accommodating and treated me with respect and was very quick to process my refund.
Its a pretty good this max. Better organized than the on in Beverly hills. The on in Rochester hills is pretty good. There werent fantastic deals but some nice stuff at a fair price.
I love the store. But my layaway is still there and I have no idea when or if it will reopen. Hate to loose my money.

2021-09-28Terrible. DON’T shop here. They have no selection for boys or men. No men’s shoes. I bought an expensive piece of luggage, the zipper broke, and they won’t let me return it. I have the tags, the card I purchased it with, but not the receipt. The manager needs the receipt to confirm I bought it within 30 days - I bought it 5 days ago. I learned a valuable lesson in keeping receipts. I thought stores were better equipped and digital to handle returns. And I know they have the capability to return based on verifying the purchase with a card… so why not this time? Plenty of other places to shop.

2020-10-19Laziest stuff works at this store! One day I came to make return .I had everything ready-receipt,all tags. Usually its takes 2 minutes to do it. At this time it was 10 minutes!!!The lady,who helped me with this spoke with her colleagues, made a jokes, laughs, made a mistake on return process, made so many comments. And all this process continues 10 minutes! I had only 2 items to return.The other cashier at the same time served 3 clients. And the other my concern is stuff not keeping distancing between themselves and customers. When I entered the store, group of 3 ladies, who works here,stayed on a middle of the gate, having laud conversation, making jokes, laughing very close to each others. Clients try to pass through, but they made no movements. Few years ago the store was clean,well organized, stuff was helpful and friendly. Now situation changed to opposite. Absolutely disappointing.

2021-08-03I love this T.J.Maxx location. It’s only 2 minutes away from my home and I enjoy to shop there. I would consider this location to be the best in Michigan. Their inventory is bigger and better than the other locations.

2017-10-05Always has the brands I like at a fraction of the cost. I like Macys, but spending $100 on a shirt is not always something I want to do. TJmaxx is the next best thing

2020-10-27The inventory seems to be really sparse, especially in the active wear, intimates and shoe departments. There are some other areas that dont have a good selection to choose from as well but the three that I mentioned are very disappointing. The customer service is decent, most of the employees greet customers and will try to answer questions and are generally friendly. However, the biggest appeal which used to be the merchandise selection at this location is severely lacking.
