Comment: What they call their replacement value, IS NOT You need to PROTECT yourself, call a contractor to do a replacement bid on your home. i lost my home to the BOBCAT FIRE, their estimated replacement was $488,000 reality $901,000. who paid the difference. Recently the motor blew on one of my cars, she called me right away to make sure I had been completely taken care of and adjusted the coverage on my cars to make sure not only that I was still completely covered but saving the most money as well. Comment: I have had State farm since I was 16 years old and would never dream of switching companies. Over the years they have paid out on a 40k house flood in 1993, a sunk boat in 2002, an RV claim in 2005, and many auto claims. Every time the claim was paid, it was always more than I expected and never had to do any fighting or arguing at all. I switched to Todd Main agency when my other state farm agent retired in 2004 and have been with them ever since. The last few years I have been dealing with Angela and she has been nothing short of outstanding in all dealings with her. Comment: I have been with Melissa and State Farm for years. I have our auto, homeowners, and earthquake insurance with them. When I called Melissa to inquire about how much my rates would go up if I purchased new car, she told me exactly how much it would be AND informed me that they do auto loans. Melissa was able to get me a low rate and beat her the other competition. Plus it took all of 1 hour at the dealer since I had my own financing. Melissa is the best. Period. End of story. I really like that the office is local to Palmdale, which means I can actually walk in and talk to somebody if there is a problem. His entire team is amazingly professional, and are always willing to work with you if there is a problem. I highly, highly recommend Todd if you are looking to buy insurance.
