Comment: Very rude and disrespectful! I went in to try and get an estimate for my car. This is my very first time using this company call snapsheet and I was trying to explain to them that snapsheet comes up with their own estimate first and I am also able to get my own estimate done as well. So I go here to get an estimate and they telling me since I have an estimate done already I can’t get another one done and they can’t help me. I was trying to explain the process of what I was told from snapsheet but the man Jerry got upset with me and told me I’m not listening and that they can’t help me and then the real heavy set lady that sit in the back was also very rude to me. I was really so confused because they really denied giving me an estimate and because I didn’t leave when they ask me to because I was trying to get them to explain to me why they are refusing my service when I never once was rude or loud. They guy Jerry told me that he was going to call the sheriff on me if I don’t leave. Remind you I’ve been here before to get work done on one of my other cars through insurance Allstate so I don’t know if they was prejudging me and thinking I want be able to pay for the damages or something because I don’t understand why they couldn’t just give me an estimate when it doesn’t take long to do so. This experience left a bad taste in my mouth because I just wish they could have been more understanding and had patience with explaining to me. I hope y’all experience goes better than mine but after what I just experience today I want ever go back there for business again because I didn’t deserve the rude impatient service I received. I was hurt by they way they acted towards me and that’s not a good feeling big disappointment.

Comment: I picked them from different choices given to me by my insurance. They did an excellent job fixing my car.The ladies at the front desk handling the claim and appointments... ROCK!2 older guys in the back scratching their belly buttons 🤭 and barking orders, i didnt get to talk to them, but I was happy the ladies handled everything for me.

Comment: Great customer service. The staff was amazing went above and beyond to her my truck back to me before the estimated day. I would definitely recommend this shop to anybody in need of auto repairs. Communication was great and my truck looks like I just drove it off the lot.

Comment: Very low managementI brought my car here to fix then I noticed my spare tire was missing they called me to we will find out for you and they were trying to put a wrong size tire in my trunk just think If my car get flat somewhere and wrong spare size of tire not safe seems like they dont care and then I have to go back until they get another one for me just for spare tire I have to go 2 times wasting my time and gas who is responsible for thatIts been 3 weeks I am still waiting for my spare tire

Comment: Had an estimate done here for my car today (had an accident yesterday, but it wasnt my fault). It was a quick & professional process. Got an appointment set up for the repairs & Im happy that theyll be able to fix it because I love my car. Ill probably update my review after the repairs are completed. Thats the only reason I didnt give 5 stars. ☺️

Comment: A few years ago I took my cheap Civic to Tommy to get a quote on a bumper-scratcher, a cosmetic thing, and I was quoted over $1k to get it repainted, I asked for a cheaper option, its a Civic! but Tommy wasnt interested in doing a cheap job, so I ended up giving my business to somebody else, paid half, and be happier with it. Tommy probably does a perfect job, but I needed Walmart, not Bloomingdales.

This place helped me from beginning to end with all body work needs and I am very happy I chose this place. Not only did they handle my insurance work very well, I got my car back looking better than it has in a long time. They are a very good place to go for car repair needs.

Comment: Im a returning customer it was segguste by my insurance there are no cons, when you drive in you can clearly see its a large professional facility with train eye and skill workers there are two people in the office with great skill and knowledge they remember a face and make you fill welcome like I said large facility lots of job the most I had to wait was less then five minutes and I was out the door lots of car rentals in area and I was able to drop off rental car in the shop, owner was on site gave strait answers thats a pluss, Alex was a great experience working with him was on time with time frame and there was one delay that he notify me and got me in and out thanks I will return in the future.

Comment: This shop performed repairs on 2 of my cars, and one repair was a major job. They did a HORRIBLE job and we ended up going to another shop to correct the work.AVOID THIS SHOP.
