Comment: Recently, I visited Tony’s Body Shop to inquire about a repair. It’s not my first time dealing with them. My first contact was with their friendly and courteous receptionist. I didn’t have to wait long for Paul. He quickly assessed the problem. When I asked about a solution that would take a little time, he agreed to take it back. I waited about 15 minutes and was pleasantly surprised with the result. I can’t thank him enough for listening to me. More importantly, Paul took it upon himself to help out with a temporary repair. Thank you for going above and beyond .

Over the past 25 years I have observed their 1) absolute excellence in.quality control, 2) outstanding advanced technology not found at many or many other body shops, 3) however, what sets Tonys apart from all others is the exemplary customer service, which is also reflected in the way everyone of their employees is treated as if they were all family. I’ve watched the Flores family invest themselves in the unity & loyalty & care of every single employee regardless of how long they work there or the obstacles in their lives. Interior wasn’t cleaned good at all which exposed that apparently using plastic to tape things off was neglected.Fine dust throughout the whole car combined with dirty edges of seat trim and floor mats. Car seats were left in place and were covered in dust.Gonna be 2-3 hours for me to get the interior to what it was.They offered more cleaning after the fact, but the trust has been ruined.At this point I detail my own car.

Comment: This is by far one of the best run businesses I’ve worked with. I needed some body work done on my car and it was easy to get an appointment, they handled all the communications with AAA and the car rental agency, and they have their own shuttles so you don’t need to find a ride. They let me keep my car until the parts arrived and finished the job more quickly than they promised. I was able to leave my rental car there when I picked up my car which saved me a trip to the rental agency. Every single person was polite and professional and explained what was happening and what the next steps were. I will never take my car anywhere else. They have made me a customer for life!

I contacted my insurance then this place and I got told, “we are not fortune tellers to know we were supposed to send the deductible to you“ 🤭 The representative was blaming my insurance.. I felt that was not a responsible answer. By logic you know when you are missing money from your registers as well as you should know when you have money you should not have. Service agent even disconnected my fog light during first estimate to make sure it didn’t fall off while I was driving. All the staff (Including the driving service) were very caring and friendly.

And in a short period of time. I thought they would have my truck all day but they called me to pick it up in less than 1 1/2 hours. Phenomenal! Looked great. AND, I had checked many other potential repair shops and Tonys was by far less expensive than all others. I would recommend going straight to Tonys for any body or paint work you might need. Comment: The wait to general public for a paint job is a 1 1/2 month wait to have your vehicle done. You get priority if your car comes from insurance company or the dealership. Oh! Forgot to mention the price quote i got to paint my truck was $6500 + dents and additional repairs. I remember when we use to take our cars to Tonys when he was a small autobody shop and depended on the little people to keep his doors open. I guess they forgot us little people.
