Service extremely slow. Took me an hour and a half just to drop off a drain snake that I had rented for 4 hours. I understand everyone is having staffing issues, but it took me longer to return the machine then it took me to clear a 100 ft sewer line.

I rented a truck from home depot, didnt even know they rented out trucks. Very busy, lines were a little long, one we got moving, service was great! The older man had jokes kept us laughing overall great customer service and great personality! Hate i dont remember his name black older gentlemen..

On hold for over 13:30 minutes.... before someone answered my call ! I asked for tool rental to see if the Kubota loader was available. I got put on hold again At 21:36 another person answerd, it was not the right department. At 23:10 the call bounced back to the same person. At 24:49 Tool Rental answered! I WANT THE 25 minutes of my Life back!

The only problem that I ever have here is when you have to have someone with a hilo get something off the top for you. Most times it takes 15 minutes for someone just to get there. Other than that theyre fine in my opinion.

You will be much better off going across the street to Menards, much better customer service and easier to work with. stay away from this location if you expect any help finding something or need to ask a simple question.

Rude reps. Long waits. Prone to accidentally overcharging. Oh and if they screw up, you will do all the leg work to get it rectified and no one will call back when they say they will.Dont rent here.

Home depot should hire more workers that are not elderly for this position it takes at least 1and half to rent anything omg.
