Comment: The drill unit drain cleaner was seriously out of balance making it difficult to use on a bad clog. While that clog took 45 minutes to clear, it took nearly that time to find someone to check the tool back in. One person behind the counter left to find someone but no one showed up. I had to call the store when I was inside the store to help me. Still, no one showed up. What a bunch of tools!

Comment: Large selection, even for a Home Depot. They rent tools too.
