Comment: Get everything in writing or a email. Got charged 1 day 5 hrs when we were subpose to get that time credited. Their machine went down and we lost a day in a half. The tech was going to be here at 6 am in the morning the next day but didnt show till 9am making it 1 day 7 hrs. BEWARE

Comment: This place has really knowledgeable and helpful people ! Rented a trailer from Randy, Super nice guy. took 10 minutes from paperwork to hookup! U-haul takes about an hour with tons of paperwork and questions. To top it off,it was half the price of u-haul.

Comment: Just called for some answers on truck rental. The department associate was dismissive of my questions, stating the truck was out for today before I could explain I wanted it later this week and just wanted to know rates. Whole attitude was like I was bothering him. Got the impression that the associate didnt want to help. Probably doesnt care if you go someplace else either. So I suggest you do.

Comment: I missed returning a rental by 35 minutes so they charged a full extra day. I rent from them almost weekly. There tools are falling apart. The saw i rented was missing guide bolts and the brushes were worn out. It was a piece of junk. It was blowing the breaker constantly even though it was the only device on a 20 amp breaker. It took twice as long a good condition saw. The job took an extra day because of it so now i am paying for 3 days instead of one. There are plenty of tool rentals down the street so they officially lost ALL of my rental business and will be loosing most of me retail business.
