Comment: Worst ever experience at a Home Depot.Tool rental guy, Ivan doesnt know about customer service. Hes negative approach. Makes call the manager. Sandy or sally I dont know she was never truly helpfulAnd she took my report. Then I came back to apologize to Ivan, an he didnt accept my apology. What a crazy world, he provided me a bad service, and on top of that I say sorry and he said I dont accept your apology.

Comment: Very good customer service. Plenty tools available for rent. The process of renting was very fast. Paperwork was completed and printed quickly. Seems that the staff recognizes the notion of time. The prices are very good. Important contract details are explained upfront while paperwork is competed and printed.
