Comment: The service to the public is completely KICKED, an American man thinks he owns the store......he threw all my product that I had bought at me, but I spoke to the manager and she treated me like a real person... ..I felt that this man was going to hit me with the Scanner in my face....and today I am even afraid of getting there. I hope they take action on the matter. Its not worth it unless one day he hits someone because of his great (bad ) TEMPERAMENT I think that Home Depot should classify its STAFF. Comment: I called to ask about some tools for rent in the tool rental department, they transfered my call almost 7 times and no answer. They just ignore customers

Comment: I just called and customer service on rental department answer the phone with a bad attitude, I asked for equipment for rent and he dont have education on how to talk to a customer, they needs to focus on this employees. I always buy there, rent tools there and is not correct to get this poor quality of attention and also hi act like he doest not understand what I was asking for, I know my English is understandable and Im disappointed with the home Depot customer service attitude, I hope they can take it of it.
