Comment: Bad customer service...Why does home depot advertise so much the ridgid brand and their lifetime waranty and when the time comes to help the customer the associates find every obstable to replace the items,..1 items have and specific code and the code needs to be registered..2 if i show proof that the item is registered and it maches the item im bringing, you should be able to replace my tools right there in a second.3 i did my part by having my tools registered YOU home depot did not do your part by even trying to help me get my replacements.4 .. please traing your asscociates ( Alex in tool rental ) or find some one who can do a better job.
