Comment: Rental equipment is not in good shape, I rented a drain snake, and the cable was full of kinks, made it almost impossible to use. When I told the counter clerk about it, he just said that he would have his mechanic look at it. I seriously doubt it will get, looked at or fixed, just cleaned up and put back on the shelf.

Comment: The truck is in a nice working condition. However the rental price isnt as straight forward as it should be. It is advertised as $19.99 per hour. We rented for 4 hour 59 minutes with the gas refilled without insurance but we were charged a total of $133 and changes. They explained that it is done by block of hours or something weird that I still couldnt understand.

Comment: Lady who works evenings is rude and lacks in the customer service department. She looked upset when I told her I needed assistance unloading a large piece of equipment. She also over charged me for gas when I filled it up. Wish I didnt spend all day working or I would drive 30 minutes back to drain the gas tank.

Comment: This place is a mad house on the weekend. Dont expect to rent a tool, a truck, or buy an appliance without a wait. However, the staff certainly seems to be trained well and are absolutely as efficient as could possibly be expected. Had to buy a frig, will call it to pick up the next day, rent a truck, etc. We had to deal with quite a few different departments and were very happy with all the effort from each and every employee. They care and it shows.
