Comment: Great selection, and the location is easy to get to. Parking lot always has room to park near the front of the store, and the store itself is super clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. The best part is that we never have to wait in line - their self-checkout area is always available!

Comment: Just rented a carpet cleaning machine the machine was in a very bad shape it was all cracked and it should not have been used as a rental I couldnt finish my job I had to return it back thats how bad it was when I told Associates he said he would let the manager know

Comment: I rented an earth compactor. It was started for me in the store and was not taken off choke so it seemed to work.When we got it to the job and took it off choke it wouldnt run.We discovered that the air filter was filthy and was choking it off. This was because adequate service wasnt done and the machine was rented anyway.Further I rate the employee as unfriendly.This was the Edinger store.I would not rent there again

Comment: Not as well kept as some of the HDs Ive been to. It reminds me of the one in Sylmar (San Fernando Valley).The tool rental department has everything and is a good reason to use this store.
