Comment: No security on the day I was shopping, my entire work truck was stolen 5 minutes after my arrival with a lifetime of tools in it,the manager said well, were not responsible so Im screwed, did research, 15 robberies and stolen cars at this store alone but no reviews indication so,odd.

Comment: I had a very painful experience in this store, my galaxy note 10 plus was stolen, either by the security or the police officer, and the manager of that store deleted, the vedio which shows I was in that store for one hour.

Comment: The tool I rented was in poor condition. Two parts were loose. One fell off. Overall the tool performed poorly. The guy at the counter was a bit gruff but he did help me load the tool into my truck. I recommend going somewhere else to rent tools like Oakland Rental or Crespo or others. The price wasnt very good either.

Comment: Jeez! I called to try to reach the rental dept, which never answered their phone. Then I got bounced around--ultimately wasting about 5 minutes and getting nowhere, reaching no one except Jeanine(?) the operator, who patched me through to phones which were then never answered.But the point of this review is to TRY TO GET THROUGH TO MANAGEMENT that their outgoing, boiler-plate telephone ad material is set excruciatingly loud. The rest of their phone system seems to be OK (except for the fact that phones dont get answered.) That one outgoing message is so loud that its beyond unprofessional--its OFFENSIVE. Please fix it, will you?Im a regular customer of this store and its a relatively good Home Depot. Im aware that one might argue thats an oxymoron.
