Comment: The best experience Ive ever had at a Home Depot (or anywhere Ive rented a vehicle!) with Chris at the tool rental counter. I rushed in near the end of the day to get a truck rental and he made sure everything was done quickly so that I could get where I was going with my haul and back before they closed. Thanks Chris for both understanding and accommodating me when I was hurrying.

Comment: Where women love shopping at the mall, I feel the same about Home Depot. I find myself walking down different department isles dreaming up ideas for my house and property. Whether it be fixing things up or starting new projects.Ive found the staff to be friendly and helpful, in as much as I would expect from a corporate chain.The rentals department is also very helpful for bigger jobs that I wouldnt need to own the equipment.

Comment: I rented a carpet cleaner which 1/2 the nozzles were plugged and would not spray hot water. I mentioned this to the employee upon return and he was indifferent as he ordered an underling to fix it. This was the same employee who would not come from behind his desk to load the cleaner into my truck but ordered another underling to assist me. There were no other customers there at the time. Just laziness and indifference.
