Comment: I’ve rented trucks numerous times, jack hammer, plate compactor, trimmers, etc and all the equipment has been well maintained and worked well. The prices are reasonable and the equipment is almost always available on short notice. The staff have always been awesome, super friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The rental area is well maintained and clean and generally this rental shop is a well oiled machine and exceptionally managed. I can’t recommend this rental HD enough.

Comment: When I rent equipment, I expect it to be properly maintained and in usable condition. The compactor I rented was neither. Smoking, impossible to start, ran for 10-30 seconds then stalled. HD was belligerent in their handling of the issue. Honda 4-stroke motors are bullet-proof, yet they do wear out. This unit I suspect was filled with mixed fuel or the motor is simply worn out and oil is getting past the rings; regardless this unit should never have gotten out the door. They blamed it on too much oil on the filter, then it needed an oil change, then they blamed it on the new guy putting the wrong fuel in it; total amateur hour.

Comment: I went to rent carpet cleaner Rug doctor here. The guy told me the laundry soap would damage the machine which is worth $1000. I told him if the machine was broken I would like pay them $1000 but he rejected to rent Rug Doctor without buying their solution for carpet cleaning. He was a liar and wanted to sell me the soap they have.

Comment: Every single staff member I encountered was immensely helpful and very kind. They were patient with my questions that I asked over the phone as well as in person. The crew in the tool rental department was especially fantastic! Ill be going back there for a very long time!
