Comment: Rented a carpet cleaner 10/7/19. Took it home filled it with water as per instructions, wouldnt run kept popping breakers. Filled with water tried to get it out of my house, got lot of thing wet, them I had to dump the water, which couldnt get fully out and now its in my trunk. They should really check the functionality of these carpet cleaners with water in them. Never coming back!

Comment: Waited on hold a LONG time... finally got someone and asked, Just wanted to check to see if you still offer truck rental (since Lowes no longer does)... answer: ummm, let me check with the manager... really? then another LONG hold then, hello, how can I help you?... explained question again and got umm, let me check with the manager.. hold music for a really long time again.... wow... called back 3rd time, currenly on hold for the past 10 minutes... wow, pretty basic question. I could have DRIVEN there faster to ask the question

Comment: Pretty standard for a Home Depot. The store is very clean and not crowded which is always nice when youre browsing around for things you need. They have a section on the left side of the store where you can rent larger power tools and trucks for transporting larger items.
