Comment: Lately I have been noticing the lack of good and or friendly service all around the Los Angeles area for example you go to a restaurant and the tables are not clean and when you ask can you please clean the tables they’ll tell you as soon as we get a chance !!so this morning when I went to rent a truck from this place I didn’t expect much to be honest with you but I was really surprised by the unbelievable friendly and professional service I received I was really impressed to say the least and I will definitely be coming back to that store For everything I need for my housethank you Jordyn thank you April you are amazing

Comment: I have been a long time General Contractor in the Santa Clarita Valley and this particular tool rental has never let me down. The equipment is well maintained, it always works flawlessly and the check-out/return procedure is quick and easy. My favorita associate there is Hannah. She goes the extra mile to ensure you are satisfied with your rental process. This is a no brainer folks, Honor thy Depot, Stow the Lowes.

Comment: Hands down the best Depot in the valley! Customer service in tool rental is nothing less than exceptional. There is a young lady there (Hannah) that is very knowledgeable about all the inventory, how it works, tips, tricks, even will help you load it. You cant go wrong renting your next jobsite tool from here.

Comment: Rented heavy duty machine to remove PVC tile from the floor. Machine turn out to be totally useless and was returned immediately after 1 minute of use. Total turnout was around 1-1/2 hour include pick up, drive to home(around 6 miles), unload, test and return to rental plus over 20 minutes waiting time(included in 1-1/2 hour time) because tool rental rep. name Tavo elect to serve his friends first without waiting. When rented tool I mentioned that power outage my happen and was told if for any reason tool doest work for me I can returned within 2 hours frame at no charge. So i did this and was charged $38.59 because Tavo said this 2 hour time frame apply only to situation if power goes out which is not what I was told at the time I rented tool. Assistant manager(Alex) called to solve dispute in very rude way told me there is no way no to charge me for that rental. My impression after this experience:- stay away from this place otherwise they will always find the way to screw you up- quality of service in this location is below any standard (hopefully REAL manager step in and solve ongoing problem at this location)- rental policies should be clearly displayed and show minimum charges in case tool doesnt work with customer application and is returned promptly- training and behavior of the Assistant Manager and Rental Rep. is also below any standards and should be evaluated by Management

Comment: I was just in the customer service area, the representative was obviously struggling with her Spanish and couldnt communicate properly. Instead of calling someone to assist him (or her), she told him very rudely to get the right item he needed and come back. Her attitude was very unprofessional. It seemed as though she was speaking to a vagrant, not a customer. I had an issue with her but it paled in comparison to the way she called him annoying and her coworker agreeing while he walked away unamused. They obviously didnt care about other guests in line witnessing. I would call the store myself if I had the time. Hopefully management takes notice of this post and trains their customer service representatives to handle situations better because its those same annoying customers that keep her rent and bills paid.
