Comment: By far the worst rental experience since they instated using Clear. I was there for 35 minutes in a perpetual loop of revalidating my information again and again. I finally just walked out. If you dont know how to use your own system then you shouldnt be working behind the counter. In addition, Clear is a horrible platform. Every time I use it to travel I have to revalidate, call the 800 number and change the associated phone number that they keep putting on my account. Why would it be any better for retail? As someone that spends about $75K a year with Home Depot they have lost my business permanently after messing with my schedule today. Im Lowes for life now.

Comment: The young man that helped me was great, and the guy in charge was great as well. Did everything super fast and got me what I needed. Rented a truck to take a bunch of lumber home, and they held the truck for me while I shopped. Great service and nice professional people

Comment: Multiple issues and won’t be renting from here again.1. Rental guy was a total jerk at pick up and return. Horrible customer service.2. Trailer came detached from our truck when removing the equipment at our house!! Worker clearly didn’t hook up the trailer properly and we’re lucky it didn’t come detached going down I-80.3. When asked for a quick tutorial on how to use the equipment, the worker said to just “look at YouTube” and was dismissive. Safety definitely not a priority here.4. They started the 4 hour rental time almost 45 minutes before we could even drive out of the parking lot and then had the gall to charge us an extra hour on the rental when we returned it “late”. Wouldn’t have been over 4 hours if the worker wasn’t so chatty about nonsense and could actually do his job.Next time I’ll just go to a local shop to rent.

Comment: Thank you Home Depot for the great service from Rick and Gunner. Gunner came out quick and was able to fix any problem with the equipment. Rick was able to extend the service plan and I will rent again. I would recommend Home Depot rental service to friends and family.Thank you Home Depot
